Olen asiakas Suomesta ja haluan suomenkielistä palvelua! Ostin teiltä PDF- WORD kääntäjän pari kuukautta sitten. Se oli maksettava ennen käyttöönottoa. Kun otin sen käyttöön ja muunsin ensimmäisen PDF-dokumentin WORD-dokumentiksi, lopputulos oli erittäin huono. Ohjelma ei pysty tunnistamaan suomen kieltä, joten muunnos oli täysin järjetön. Lähetin tämän jälkeen reklamaation Adoben tukeen sähköpostilla, mutta en ole siihen saanut koskaan vastausta. Pyysin mm. siinä peruuttamaan ko. ostoksen sekä palauttamaan maksamani hinnan takaisin. Ko. kääntäjän osto-ohjeissa pitäisi ehdottamasti olla maininta siitä, että se ei toimi suomen kielisiä PDF-dokumenttejä muunnettaessa!

I uploaded a 165 page pdf document to the document cloud, opened the document, and then attempted to use the organizer to extract 2 pages from the document to save as a separate file.  However, I cannot use the Organize Pages feature because I keep getting a conversion failure--Too Many Pages.  Apparently there is a max of 100 pages?  When I subscribed to this service, there was never any mention about a page limit on documents.  Is there any way I can save these pages as a separate file?

i have a form in which the text box expands to accept more text, but that text doesn't show up on the printed copy.  How do I get all the text to print?

when I try to fill in my PDF form I keep getting an application error  - the instruction at 0x64507 ab6 referenced memory at 0x0000002c. the memory could not be read

The pdf file ends up not looking like the original. I read one response where the answer was something like "we are expecting too much". Really? I don't think that a pdf document using a calibri font converted to a word document should have a calibri font is expecting too much. I hope I am doing something wrong rather than that being the explanation. Please assist.  Thanks

Hello,I have cancelled my subscription many months ago.Today, 7-6-2015 I was told by my bank that your company has been billing me for months and collecting $14.95 or so.This is incorrect and fraud! I want thew refund for so many months refunded immediately!!!

adobe pdf 10 crashes, will not save work correctly deletes part of text that is inputted randomly on saves, will not close out pages correctly with red x, crashes program almost loosing my job over this please help I have windows 8.1 64 bit operating system not happy....:( have never experianced issues like this with any adobe products I have used.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so how long before it was resolved as its impossible to contact adobe directly and I require the service asap.

I spoke to Dhanooj on June 16, 2015 via Chat. I had just purchased the Adobe PDF, Export application. After I converted one PDF document to a Word document, I found the quality of conversion to be very poor. I immediately contacted a support person, via the Chat feature, and explained the situation. I requested the product to be cancelled and a refund for the amount I paid, which was $23.88. I was told by Dhanooj it was being escalated to the Relevant Team for the cancellation and refund. I was told I would receive an email within 2 - 3 days notating the cancellation and the refund. I attached a copy of the Chat below. Today is July 1, 2015. I have not received anything regarding the cancellation and refund. I submitted my request for cancellation and refund on Day 1 of the first 30 days. Now, when I try to inquire via Chat, I keep getting a message that states the Chat is Closed. I have a recurring billing for Adobe pro, have been getting billed every month. However now the software is requiring a Serial number. My Adobe account shows the billings however no products are shown.I need help
