Can you please put me in touch with the support  for the trial copy of adobe acrobat XI pro which I had tried out on March 15 for 30 days. I have  been trying to cancel since the cost is too much and Acrobat Reader is OK for me. I can't find uninstaller.I have had to erase my disk since then with trouble with Apple Store not recognising my machine and the reload from Time Machine has given complications . Can you please cancel my trial and return my Trial money.

‌I have just purchased the adobe package to allow me to convert a pdf to a word document on my iPad.  When I try to export a pdf for conversion within the adobe iPad app I end up on an adobe screen trying to sell me the package I have already purchased.  That screen just stays open.   It won't close or allow me to proceed further.   I have rebooted my iPad, but to no avail.  What do I do?  Or, how do I get my money back?

I'm asking myself why I purchased a one year subscription to Adobe Reader to convert PDF files to Doc files, when it NEVER WORKS and no one seems to be able to help me!!! I am on a Mac Book Pro with Yosemite (don't upgrade it slows your Mac badly) and whenever I try to convert a pdf to a doc I get 'an error occurred when trying to access the service', can anybody help me please?

Since the update my viewed are not syncing on my devices only one or two show up on other devices.  This is quite inconvenient and unreliable as I cannot access all my viewed files on my tablet at will.  The files show in cloud, but not on my tablet. Help!

I have lived in many countries and my Adobe ID was set up some time ago, either when I was living in Canada or in the UAE. I now live in the US, and there doesn't seem to be a way to update my profile to the US. I changed my mailing address Zip Code as well as my region setting... no luck.
