There is never any notice of renewal or cost and trying to contact these people is a travesty.I'll find another system. Any one but this. I wanted a refund, since I couldn't get thrrough to cancel. And there's not way of doing it. Anything this opaque is a sham.

Hello,I am trying to upload 197MB sized PDF file and it keeps failing. I tried 5 other PDF files that are smaller sized and they were fine. When I tried Adobe Help 24/7 Chat and could not get any answer. All I could get is try uploading unsecured PDF version and use different browers. I tried both options such as uploading unsecured pdf and use 2 different browers (Chrome and Safari) but no luck.Is 197mb PDF too big to upload onto Document Cloud/Send?How can I resolve this matter and upload file to share with others?Kind regards,Jim

I put some edited PDFs into AC. They do not appear in CC assets. Is there any way to download from AC to hard drive and upload to CC? Must I open each one and resave?

I just bought this and i need to cancel and refund.  It said you could edit a form.  All i needed to do was covert pdf and be able to fill out a simple form and could not. Please refund asap!Veronique

Cancel my membership ASAP! This is ridiculous you can't cancel these memberships. I have been trying to cancel this for 2 freaking months and they keep charging my account. I tried to cancel since the account was created because it never worked to begin with. ‌

Can someone help me please. With regards to your recent upgrade to the DC version I have lost all my content that was not stored in Recent. Years of work and information lost. Is there anyway to retrieve this? If I had know this would have happened I would have used a dropbox.  Help please. LP

I spent 2 hours early yesterday morning reading and commenting on a document that I had saved to Adobe.com.   I pulled the doc up today and my highlighting and commenting for yesterday were not there.   What did I do wrong?

My reader does not consistently convert PDFs to Word documents. I'm in the middle of a project and need to be ale to consistently have the files converted. There is no tech support and I'm dead in the water and can not proceed with my work and no help in sight.
