Hi,I'm using Internet Explorer and trying to convert a pdf to word as I've done hundreds of times before but today I can't even get past the log-in screen!!  I've checked my account and payment info to make sure I'm up to date and that's all fine, but still I can't access any of my previous uploads nor can I work on anything new.  Please help!!

I have made a video with adobe VOICE application for ipad. Does anybody know if there's a way to save the video in .MOV format. I see that it only allows me to upload the video and share it via email, FB, Twitter or message.

i have a pdf file 30+ pages that i want to convert to word for editing (the pdf is protected). the pdf has a password to access it.trying to convert on my pc with adobe reader or online results in an error message. there is not option to enter the password.
