I have just exported a PDF to Excel format and the end result looked nothing like the PDF file i.e it did not hold the column format throughout the document, how do I rectify this issue, Thanks

Specifically I am subscribed to Acrobat Pro Standard. When I open it it is on the web. Previously I have gotten messages saying that my subscription has expired, but it hasn't.

Our renewal for ADOBE ExpertPDF Invoice was paid in December, but for some reason I have no access for this subscription.

I was downloading some sheet music from the internet, then this came up, and it came up with a pdf file.  I joined adobe for $21 and it printed it out correctly for me.  How do I use these services for other music downloads?  Jim
