I have tried on 3 different computers and 2 scanners

I filled out all the information for my renewal yet it said there is an issue with my address. It is the same as last time though. I have double and triple checked it.It's frustrating that there isn't a number I can call instead of writing on a forum and waiting for a response.Ashleigh Waggoner

When I try to upload a PDF to export, it uploads fine, but when it is converting the document to word, it tells me that there is an error.

Hi Guys,I am a CC user and all updated etc. Windows machine ver7. I used to be able to backup my Outlook Inbox into a PDF folder.It saved all the attachments also.......now recently it will not work. It gets to like 85% and Outlook just dies.I am not sure if it is Acrobat update doing it or what. Any ideas?
