I have purchased the program and now how do I convert a PDF file into excel?

I haven't been to my work spaces for a long  while. Came here to retrieve them before Jan 6.

I have signed up for an export pdf subscription but I'm thinking of upgrading to PDF pack.  How do I do this?  The site seems to only allow my to take up a new subscription.

I have created a pdf form and I need to make it interactive on a link.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I recently had to restore my laptop back to the beginning. It turns out I did not save my writings to my back up. It contained several stories I had created for my soon to be Grand daughter. They were written on Microsoft Works and saved to Adobe Acrobat. Is there any way to retrieve these?

I use Adobe Export PDF, which is supposed to recognize scanned text.  I have tried to use the highlighting tool a few times now without it working.  This is the reason I paid for the service. The document I want to highlight is pretty clear, and when I export to Word a bunch of extra/wrong characters are strew about throughout the text.  Please help or refund my money and cancel my account. Thanks you

how do i know if my documents are on workspaces and need to be moved over?  i am trying to make sure that i don't lose docs when it expires on 1/6/15
