Questions

I am confused I don't know what the difference is, and I want to be sure that my files will not be deleted.  I use a free Acrobat.com account often, but I can not edit documents, etc.  It is just for storage, downloading, printing, stuff like that.  What is the difference?Thank you!

I am paying monthly for Acrobat Pro XIOn My MAC it worked fine for about 6 weeks,  then yesterday it would not launch.Deleted it in ApplicationsDownloaded it again using Adobe installer completes download and then freezes What do I do now?

Every time I try to combine several pdf files the application crashes.  I've downloaded the latest adobe and it still crashes.  Whatzup?

I have to upload a doc onlind and can only upload it if it is in PDF format.  I converted it fine, but they restrict the file saize to 5 Meg or lower.  The file is one page and it says it is 6.3 Meg, so it wont except the file transfer.

I have paid twice for services that I don't know exactly what I paid for because I STILL CANNOT EXPORT A PDF FILE.  Can someone at adobe explain what the $29 and the $9 covers because all I want to do is export a file.  Every time I try to do this I get prompted to pay-I pay and still not working.  It would seem to me that the "PAY" link should be attached to the service I am trying to use not another random service.  Are the services intentionally set up this way as to confuse the customer?  When I have called and asked Adobe what is the problem, the response is, "you paid for Adobe Air, or whatever else my 5 different payments have gotten directed to.  Please explain what the SINGLE service that will export a pdf file is called?  I don't need a bunch of random crap-just a  quick link.  Apparently, I also have Adobe Creative Cloud on my account since February that I have never used or activated...this is beyond ridiculous.
