Hi Adobe Team,we are missing VAT and Comapny name on our invoice.Invoice was payed by Comapny card and the VAT and Comapny name was written before we paid.This needs to be fixed.Thank you.

I was looking for a way to remove/delete unused payment methods for my current plan but haven't found one within my account settings. I hope there is a way to do this without the need to chat with the service and tell them to do it.

Hi,I believe it was after the most recent update but for some reason whenever I try to print out a PDF file of just plain black and white text it comes out in pink and takes forever to print. I know it has nothing to do with my printer because I can print other files perfectly fine such as word documents.I was just curious to see if anyone else has had this issue and if they know how to fix it?Thanks

Font Issue: When Adding Text, if Font Size is 24 points, the bottoms of the characters are cut off.

I have combined files but the portfolio of combined files shows the individual files on the left side and, importantly, I cannot edit them.  They do not seem to be combined into one but combined and still separate and the tools do not work.

I have a paid subscription and have been trying to combine files this morning and am receiving conversion failure errors.  There is no document that is any different than I normally combine- so I am at a loss and very frustrated being this is my first month paying.

Each time I try to convert a document I am redirected to sign up for the service.

Our users download fillable PDFs from Government websites for our clients. A form was completed, uploaded to SharePoint Online and then when the user accessed it using Document Cloud, the fields were all blank.I've managed to recreate this on my account, if I open it locally or "in browser" the content is there, but if I check it out and then open with Document Cloud, it shows as blank.I have a full Acrobat licence, am logged in and have had a look to see if there's a setting that might cause this but am drawing a blank.

‌I have a PDF document I am editing acrobat cloud by highlighting text. Unfortunately I was editing the pdf on my iPad but it seems when I opened acrobat on my iPhone it overwrote the changes because the pdf was already opened on an old version there. How do I get back my previous version saved on document cloud?? i have lost quite alot of annotations (highlighting). thanks

I'm seeing a light  bulb with the word Demo Expired and the sign for do not over it on my adobe files.  What is causing this problem?PT

Hello, we are having very similar issue, The apps are deployed for teh entire organization adn from a group of about 80-90 users at the moment 10 to 15 (that we know) are having this problem. 60 of the users are current DC Pro paying licenses. We've tried adding and removing the users and nothing changes. Opened a ticket with Microsof Premier and Microsoft pointed us to this thread adn Adobe Support. We can open the a file on the Same computer in a different browser session with one user but not with one of the users affected. Always tryign the same exact files, Once this error occurs no PDF files will open in the Adobe Cloud, as soon as this error shows up once in one file ti is broken for all the user PDF files in SharePoint. There's a similar thread that is almost identical to our problem.https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/unable-to-open-pdfs-in-sharepoint-online/m-p/11229481  

I use shared PDFs extensively for proofing documents with my team.  As the manager/organize of all these PDFs (upwards of 250 a month), I've gotten very used to how it works. With the recent update, the "Delete" button was removed from the side panel when a Shared PDF is open.  I'm not sure why it was necessary to remove this button. Now, it seems the "Delete" button now can only be found when I go back to the "Shared by me" tab and select the document - instead of directly within the document. This creates an very unnecessary two-step to accomplish the simple task of deleting a document. There was already a delete confirmation pop-up to avoid accidentally deleting a PDF. Please put that button back in the overview tab of Shared PDFs.

I've subscribed to Export PDF and it's showing as active in my account, but when I try to use it, Acrobat just directs me to the subscription page, which then says that I'm already subscribed.  This is really frustrating, as I need to export some documents urgently.  What can I do?

I want to cancel my account but when I go to the link they whrite to go that tell me I have no account but each month they took money on my card. How I can cancel and have a refund please

Hihas anyone experienced issues signing into their Adobe software in the last 7-10 days?All of a sudden, one of our users is unable to sign into Acrobat Pro DC via their business account - his password isn't recognised and he sees the option to create a new account or use Google/Facebook or Apple account which isn't what we require.Other Adobe users are seeing random licence expiry messages even though we are fully licensed.Thank you

I tried to open a PDF document from a gov Canada site, and I keep getting this message;"Please wait ... If this message is not eventuallt replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the lkatest version of Adobe Reader for Windows, Mac, or Linux by  visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download. For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader. However, I re-downloaded the Adobe reader and still see this message. Can anyone help or suggest why I see this? 

Hi. Just starting looking at document cloud as a possible way of proofing artwork to clients without having to email the actual pdfs.I can't seem to find out how to disable the ability to download the pdf file when they receive the link to it.Any thoughts anyone?regards

I've had this incorrect spreadsheet data issue with both conversion from Word to fillable PDF and recreating a new pdf form from scratch (took a huge amount of time) in case there were issues with the original Word doc.   When merging to csv spreadsheet, some of the checkboxes in the report are not matching what was checked in the pdf form.  Some of the data fields are either showing "Yes" when a box was not checked or "Off" when it had been checked on the form.  Also, the last checkbox field on the spreadsheet is blank.  I checked all the properties for the form fields and removed all commas, dashes, etc. in case those would cause issues.  I've been working on this for two weeks now -- so frustrating.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Working in an organization that uses its PDF forms mutilple times.  I am looking for a way for the fillable infomration, from a previous user, does not show upon reopening the PDF.
