I purchased the yearly subscription for the PDF pack yesterday so i can use it on my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but i cant find anything on how to install it into the program. Clicking Update did nothing. When i go to do something on Reader it brings up a popup telling me to add the option. Clicking the add button takes me to a web page that lets me do what i wanted online. I didn't purchase the pack to do things online. I purchased it to do things on the Reader program installed on my computer. Where i work internet is not always available.Did i just waste my money on another useless ONLINE ONLY APP??? If so how do i get a refund?? Because the Adobe web page is useless as well I spent a hour clicking on everything on the CONTACT US page and there isn't any way to actually contact Adobe. Every link to contact you redirects you back to the contact us page that has no links to actually contact you on. Just links to a random number of questions that don't help anyone.

I would like to send multiple documents for signature at a time but keep the documents as separate files.I would like to be able to access the files separately after they are signed.

I'm attempting to share a document for review using email addresses of reviewers. However, when I select send, I get the generating preloader for several seconds (20 - 30) then message "unable to share, try again later."The document is in my For Review list. Selecting the document shows Unshared in the top left.I am unavailable to do anything with the document...cannot delete, can't share, and have no idea if recipients received the document.I have attempted to share both via desktop using Adobe Pro DC and online via documentcloud.adobe.comPlease assist. I need to get the document over to reviewers so need to know if I need an alternative solution to Adobe to get this done.I am usingon with the following system configurationPlease advise!Thanks, Karen

after using Adobe Services successfully - recently after what appeared to be some accounting issues (may not be connected but it happened at the same - I had emails saying my payment was due - it wasn't ) every time I attempt to use Adobe I can log in but that is all, when I attempt to use document cloud I get an Unexpected Error message with a page full of red script (on Google Chrome) or when I try it on Explorer it says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Installed a new Epson printer (old printer was also an Epson). Windows 7. Scanned a document (as PDF). When attempting to open the  scanned document, using Adobe, I received an error message. "A font package is required in order to correctly display this page." I was directed to install add-on from adobe.com. I don't know what I should add-on. Trying to install Creative Cloud desktop. It stalled at 64%. I don't know if this will resolve my issue.

Can Adobe Send deliver and track one file sent to 1000+ recipients (Mass email)? 

PDFs stored in my Cloud Storage location some won't open and come up with a message 'There was an error opening this document. The requested file operation failed because the storage policy blocks that type of file. For more information, contact your system administrator.' I have spoken to Box.com and they have looked at it and say it is an Adobe problem

WHY I CAN'T PASTE A STAMP ON ANY PDF? IT ONLY HAPPENS ON PDF. THE 'PASTE"  OPTION DOESN'T COME WHEN I RIGHT CLICK ON THE MOUSE. WHY IT DOESN'T PASTE EVEN IF I TRY ( CTRL+V ) . THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

When i try to use adobe send and track to send files in a e-mail it says adobe ID not found and to sign in to my account. I am signed in but it won't allow me to attach the files.

I am using adobe's document cloud for light file management.I typically combine .doc files for the text of the file and .pdf files for the cover page.The spacing of the .doc file is altered, that is, the text has shifted as if the margins had changed.In addition, there were blank pages created and interspersed in the final .pdf.There were no blank pages in either "raw" .doc or .pdf, just in the final combined .pdf.

Hi All,Working on a Macbook pro Mac OS Mojave v10.14.4On Adobe Acrobat Pro, current version, just uninstalled and reinstalledWas able to send out two contracts before I started getting this error and commenced with reinstalling - once I have filled the email fields and get ready to send  click on continue - it loads to 60% before giving me the message "An unexpected error has occurred.What is the solution? I urgently need to get this working!Thanks!

Currently trialing Document Cloud, and was able to convert about 1,000 different PDFs (we seek to create a database of .rtf files) before having a lot of trouble with getting any more to convert. As soon as the files upload to Adobe through the Document Cloud in the web browser, they immediately stop trying to convert and give a "Conversion failed" with "Error Exporting <filename>".I have even tried to convert PDFs that have already been successfully converted through this same process before the errors started and it still gives me the same error, so it is not a problem with the document. I have also stopped and come back the next day with the theory that there is a rate limit to the number of PDFs you can convert per day (even though the claim is unlimited), but the same error persists. The error occurs AFTER upload, so it is not a connection issue or other issue on my end. Any suggestions? My trial runs out soon and I cannot recommend purchasing a subscription for our office c

Not able to export pdf on reader dc: Error I get is: Conversion failureI have uninstalled and reinstalled app 2 times and still it is same.

I usually convert PDF in MS WORD from Reader. Now a message said "an error occurred when connecting"!  (une erreur est survenue lors de la conexion). Thus I have to go to Adobe Document Cloud to get the MS File and this is not convenient !!!!How to solve this ?

How do I go back and delete something I typed into a text box previously in Fill and Sign? When I place the cursor over the text, it just creates a new text box.

I think I was supposed to have this program forever back when I bought it but now it is asking me to pay a monthly fee, I still have the confirmation email of my purchase, but it doesn't say either way if it was a one time thing or not, but I believe it was supposed to be.

Why do PDF files distort when I use the conversion to word option?The word file is corrupt and unable for use!!!

I've never had an issue converting PDF to Word Files, but now I am getting a 400 error every time I attempt. I've tried on both Safari and Chrome and still have same issue. See attached screenshot.  Please advise - URGENT.

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help. I scanned bank statements & save them in pdf. Unfortunately the export outcome was horrible. The data is everywhere or it merged into one big cells. Some data was overlapping too. The data is totally un-editable. I ended up spending more time to adjust / tidy it into readable format or usable data. I tried different bank statements. The export outcome is similar - very bad. Like the bank statements, I just need the data to be in debit, credit and balance columns so I can manipulate them quickly. Any advice?

I am trying to use my annual acrobat subscription to export a pdf file to Excel. I have used this successfully many times in the past, but not for a few months, and when I now log in I get taken to a mainly blank screen, with nothing in the "Quick Start" section. I am using Internet Explorer 11, but am getting the same result if I try to use Chrome (which appears to be an up to date version of Chrome). I've spoken to the technical helpdesk at Adobe but they said they could not assist, and that the forum was the only place to get help for this type of issue.If anyone has any ideas as to what might be wrong I'd be very grateful!Many thanksMessage was edited by: Stuart Preston I should have added that I am using Windows 7 Professional.
