I cannot save a stock image as a favorite. I have tried the following: 1. Logged out of adobe on all devices2. Tried different browsers3. Cleared caches/history in all browsers4. Renamed libraries5. I am under the 1000 asset mark not just on My Library, but across all libraries I have plan credits and can download images, but I cannot save favorites which I would prefer to do before making a final decision on which to license. I've reviewed the threads here that mention the issue, but none have worked. I am using the stock website, but it won't save from CC either.

I am planning to start a small web bureau selling hompages to costumers. Id really link to use adope stock photoes and vidoes as part of my designs. The way I read the terms and conditions, this is allowed as long as I am not selling the images and vidoes in their raw form. What I am planning to do, is to put text and text boxes with text on top of the images. Is that OK ?Also as starting page I am making a small video out of photoes or vidoes telling a small story. Do I need text on top of these videoclips ?

How can you get a hold of a customer representative. I made an accidental purchase for a stock image that I thought it was 5.00USD it was a 200.00USD. I did not want a premium subscription. I only use this for a school project. I was trying to complete.

I'm being hit by a copyright strike by a company called COPYTRACK, asking for proof of license on a photo for a website I own. This photo DOES HAVE a license I contracted with Adobe Stock. Unfortunately on the LICENSE HISTORY table the platform doesn't show me any option to download the license. All it says is "STANDARD" and not even an actual license ref. number. Google AI says there's supposed to be an "eye" icon next to the license type (Standard/Extended) on that License History table listing your assets, but there's no "eye" to click on.'' What am I missing?? Also on this table they display a CART for already licensed assets. Why would they offer to purchase the license again if it never expires? This is so messed up. On 26 November 2025, the German company COPYTRACK emailed me alleging that by publishing an image on my website I have infringed the copyright of a French company, CONCEPT-PRODUCTION, whose image licensing rights COPYTRACK claims to monitor and protect. COPYTRACK demands that I either (Option 1) purchase, for €389.59 a "subsequent image license [which] includes past and future use for one year after purchase" or (Option 2) compensate the alleged license holder for unauthorised past usage by paying €350 In January 2017, I downloaded the image from Adobe Stock for free, as I was entitled to do because a free trial offer allowed me to download a few images for no cost. The image in question, 'Kerzenlicht', Adobe Stock #10474424, is still present on the Adobe Stock website. We received a copyright claim from COPYTRACK GmbH , alleging unauthorized use of an image that we lawfully purchased from Fotolia in 2012 prior to its merger with Adobe Stock. We understand that all valid Fotolia licenses remain fully valid and enforceable under Adobe Stock. Because of the merger, we no longer have access to the old Fotolia platform or records to retrieve the invoice and license details. We contacted StockSupportTeam@adobe.com without success. How do we receive a copy of the purchase invoice?

I’m posting here because I have not received my refund, and Adobe support has stopped responding to my requests for the ARN tracking number. I have reached out multiple times over Twitter and email, but there has been complete silence from the support team. Just plain ghosting. It has now been over a month. My bank has specifically asked me for the ARN to trace the refund, but Adobe has not shared it. What is going on? Why is the tracking number not being provided? This delay and lack of transparency is extremely concerning.My refund amount is INR 18,093.87, and I want my money back.Purchase Order: HB03867600003CINAdobe has shared the credit invoice, which only confirms that a refund was initiated. However, they have still not provided the ARN or any actual refund tracking information, which is what the bank needs to locate the payment. I had updated the premiere pro to latest version of 25.6.2. When I try to import .Morgt files into the library it is showing as file type not accepted.Version : 25.6.2OS version : 26100.6899 - 24H2 - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.253.0 Downloaded the file in adobe stock and tried to import it directly from downloads folder to the library but not accepting. Tried the same in the adobe after effects application as well not working. May I know how to clear this issue and also when will this bug be sorted out ?
