I don't know if I'm saying this correctly. When you purchase stock images (backgrounds) that have multiple images (backgrounds). How do you separate them so that you can use 1 of the 3 images that you really like. I am trying to make a book cover but I licensed a collection of 3 but I only want to use one of the backgrounds. How do I separate it from the collection to use the one I want. Please explain the steps or process. I am a beginner with adobe illustrator, indesign and photoshop. Any help will greatly appreciated. I have attached an example

Hello Adobe Support,I have recently created a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am trying to upload and submit AI-generated images that follow all the submission guidelines.Here is what I have done for each image:Uploaded JPG images (high resolution)- Added a proper title and at least 5 relevant keywordsSelected the correct category (such as "Landscape")Marked the content as "Yes, it is AI-generated"Selected "No release is needed"There is a green checkmark under the imageStill, the "Submit" button remains inactive (greyed out), so I cannot submit the image.I've tried using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and even different devices, including incognito mode. The problem persists.Could you please check if there's an issue with my Contributor account or if this is a bug?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, I started my free month trial with adobe stock. I wanted to learn adobe acrobat but it was dificult to lean. I wanted to cancel subscription but I forgot. I was sure that I have cancel it. I didn't have enough money for the payment, and now I'm being charged more. I got e-mail today that the payment faild. Is there any posibble way to avoid payment and cancel my subscription? I didn't use adobe stock after one free month. I am ready to close my account, because I don't want to pay for something that I don't use. Can anyone could tell my If I can do something, and what happen when I don't pay for it. Regards
Hi guys, I recently licensed a capabilities statement (https://stock.adobe.com/images/capability-statement-template-design/653590121) , but I am unsure how I can access the editable version of it so I can begin using the template. Neither downloadable options produce an editable template - just a single, standalone image. Anyone have an issue with this as well? Can you provide any guidance on how I can actually access the template? Attaching an image of what the download produces.
Today, I continue to encounter the error "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support." This is the third consecutive day I have faced this issue when trying to download any image from Adobe Stock. On the two previous occasions, I contacted support about this problem, and they promised to reply via email with the reason why I keep experiencing this. However, to date, I have not received any explanatory email. I need to know what is going on???

Ich verstehe nicht wie das sein kann. Das ist steuerlich betrachtet einer der wichtigsten Sachen. Das muss Adobe schnell ändern. So kann man keine Rechnungen an Firmen stellen!Also wie im Beitrag: https://community.adobe.com/... bereits besprochen, muss auch bei mir die Rechnung angepasst werden. Ja es scheint keinen Ort zu geben wo man diese Daten hinterlegen kann. Auch das muss Adobe verbessern. I created a library from adobe stock for inspiration and so my team could license the ones they needed. The link I share opens in the firefly files tab and when they try to use the "Buy License" button it takes them to a 404 error page in Adobe Stock. This is so for every single photo un the library. Has anyone have this same issue and is there a solution so they don't have to manually search for each image again?
Even though I started my Adobe Stock 750 credit membership, when I search for images related to certain names, only 3 images appear. I was previously a member with a corporate account, but now I am an individual member and have encountered this issue. How can this problem be resolved?
I have used a number of Adobe Stock video clips (purchased under Enhanced License) in my music video (featuring my own original audio), which I now want to upload to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Do I have to include a written credit for each of the creators of these clips? If so, are there rules about font size or length of time the credit appears in my video? If not, do I still need to include a general credit such as 'Videos used under license from stock.adobe.com' ? And again, if so, are there rules about font size or length of time the credit appears in the video? Most grateful for any help provided.

My clients are getting hit with complaints regarding usage of photographs more frequently now. So far, so good. I take a screenshot showing I purchased the image, but I'd like a way to categorize all the images I purchased by client so I can take a picture of the whole bunch together or, better yet, be able to download proof of purchase issued by Adobe. I now have about 50 pages I have to scroll through to find one image and it's pretty annoying. If there's a simpler way, someone please tell me!
The adobe stock account "adobe1 stock" is posting very clearly undisclosed generative ai content. The titles of every image are a prompt for an ai image generator. "Generate a detailed image of a traditional Asian cloud border design in rich red and gold hues, showcasing intricate detailing and flowing lines."The entire account is like this.
Hello,I accidentally licensed the wrong video (Stock ID: 591989246).I contacted support via chat, but there was a misunderstanding: I only received a refund of 1 credit, although licensing a video costs more than that. In addition, the video still shows up in my license history even though I do not want to use it. My questions:- How can I completely remove the wrong video license from my account?- Should I contact support again to correct the refund amount for the video, since it cost more than 1 credit? Buongiorno,ho attualmente attivo sul mio account il piano "Adobe Stock 10 risorse al mese" (vincolo annuale), vorrei passare al piano con 3 risorse al mese (vincolo mensile) senza perdere i crediti maturati (105) ma non riesco a fare il passaggio.Nella pagina "Cambia piano" posso selezionare solamente il piano da 350 risorse al mese oppure il piano da 750 risorse al mese.Come faccio a passare al piano da 3 risorse al mese con vincolo mensile?Il piano è riportato alla fine di questa pagina Foto stock, immagini, grafica, vettoriali e video esenti da royalty | Adobe Stock quindi dovrebbe essere possibile selezionarlo nella pagina "Cambio piano" giusto?Grazie
