Bert Hooijer steals images of adobe stock to sell them hisself.Here is "his" picture; stolen image and here is the stock image stock. The only thing that Hayjer-special-art has changed is the blood around the mouth. But it's still theft. Since I couldn't find anywhere how to report theft, I decided to report it here on the forum  Please take action as soon as possible, infridgment shouldnot be accepted

I found an Adobe Stock asset that I liked the other day, and considered downloading, but the item in question has a license type that would make it entirely useless to buy. The item is an NFT Card Token Maker, which would be used to create an animated Card style NFT, which you would then (presumably) want to sell. It's a nice template, and could be useful. However, the license type is only Enhanced, which means the "Asset may [NOT] be used in merchandise, templates, or other products for resale", which would be the only purpose for a stock file of this type. Is this an error the artist made when adding the file, or am I missing something? I purchased some .jpgs that came with a black and white image beside it. How do I make the black and white image an alpha channel or clipping path to mask the background? Attached screenshoots are the jpg opened in PSD, Saved as a PSD: Create a clipping path switched layers incase I had the stacking order incorrect. I cannot figure out why it's not working.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello!We are having an account family in this company with main account and sub-accounts. We've been trying to use the sub-accounts to download images from AS, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be recognizing that we even have a subscription when using the sub-accounts. Our secondary question is about the subscription itself. We just made it and we've understood from it, that we are supposed to have a trial period, but when ever we select "Standard license (Free with trial)", the stock  wants to bill us 10 €.Third, not so important question is about the help desk. I asked from the contributor discord about this, and they told me that there is a chat bubble to contact support, however, we don't have such chat bubble. Maybe because we are having the account in Finnish? I would still love to be able to contact at least the English help desk, knowing that the Adobe stock website is not even available in Finnish. Thank you very much!

How can I actually download this stuff with my paid account? I wasn't logged into my account at the time so that's why I'm confused. Thanks and hope this isn't too dumb of a question.

Pour cela, on m'a dit que je devais payer un abonnement + des crédits (au moins 20 afin de pouvoir acheter la musique) est-ce vrai ?   Or, si je me connecte sur Adobe Stock avec mon compte Adobe et que je clique sur le panier de la musique que je souhaites, il me propose un achat d'environ 200 euros pour l'audio.  Est-ce donc possible de faire juste cela ? Hello, To my knowledge, my adobe stock access should still be active, however, my 600+ credits have suddenly disappeared. This is the second time it has shown I have no remaining credits, the first time, the credits just randomly showed up again, but this time I would like to know why it is happening and get it fixed sooner rather than later. Thank you!

I subscribed to Adobe Stock for a year.  You have displayed everywhere that you get 10 assets per month.I have 5+ months left for the year. I should therefore have 50+ images yet to claim. I just got notice that my "Available quota" is 39 assets. This doesn't add up. What gives?

I have 4 already-purchased credits remaining in my Adobe Stock Image account and I want to license and download an image with one of them, but no matter what I try, I get the following error: "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." I have gone on chat with Adobe Support twice, and on the phone 3 times (hung up on twice). I have tried:- turning off my VPN- signing in and out of my Adobe account- clearing cache and browser history- multiple browsers- multiple computers- waiting a few hours and trying again, waiting a day and trying again- trying to license different images Any help would be most appreciated.

I have the same issue! I should have over 50 assets left on my plan, but it's saying I only have 39. It's simple math, Adobe. Why can't you keep track properly?
