First of all, they automatically enroll you into a year-long contract with ridiculous fees when you realize what they did and need to cancel.  Then if you do cancel or terminate your account, they will not let you access your credits.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  Any other stock image service allows you to use your credits when you need them.  I guess they expect you to just use the credits for the sake of using them, rather than when you need them like every designer or business person would.  This is the most unethical licensing and pricing model I've ever seen from a large software company.  I've paid for the creative cloud suite for years now, and practices like this make me sick.  BTW Adobe, figure it out, all of the top posts in your Adobe Stock Forum are related to your crooked business practices. 

I signed up for the 1 week Free Trial and now I have a bill because I did not cancel the service in time. I have not used Adobe since the Free Trial expired so I want this bill removed but cannot figure out how to contact customer support.

For what period is the extended license? There is no such information on the proof of purchase or in the license terms. The last time I bought a license, I got information from customer service that it is for 12 months, not an indefinite period. Where are these terms and the duration of the license purchase?Also, I need Adobe's certificate of residence for tax year 2022 - where can I find it? 

Hello. I'm facing an issue where an automatic subscription was made this morning at 11 am from Adobe Stock TRIAL, that I don't need nor made. I might have faced technical issue that caused the trial but not subscribing to the plan. Please I require a soon refund.

"We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." I get this error everytime, and it says I have no plan.

Adobe stock has stopped functioning when logged into my account, unable to lisence or even search the database when logged into my accout. If in an incognito tab and logged out, the website allows searches but once I log in it will not function past the main homepage.      [IMAGE REMOVED BY MODERATOR]

I'm having this intermittent (although now more frequent) issue whereby I add a preview from Adobe Stock (via the website) to library, it shows up in apps (PS, AI etc) but when I license (and pay) for the asset in app, it doesn't sync the full quality version to my library. It's not every time that it does this which makes it even more infuriating to diagnose. Using latest PS / AI / CC etc but has been a problem for a long time before upgrading as well. I have done all of the "delete creative cloud library" and "relaunch CC" tips. Could anyone advise on what else to try? TIA.

Ich habe inzwischen mehrere Stock-Bilder heruntergeladen und bezahlt. Ich würde zu Dokumentationszwecken (und mit Blick auf mögliche Abmahnungen etc.) gerne einen Nachweis erhalten, dass ich die Bilder via Adobe Stock lizenziert habe. Leider enthält die Rechnung von Adobe nicht einmal die Bild-ID, so dass das als Nachweis ausscheidet.Gibt es da irgendeine Form eines downloadbaren Lizenznachweises?

The Title of this image states: "Golden stage curtains. Realistic interior theater luxury gold velvet curtains, gold royal silk decorative elements vector illustration set. 3d yellow movie, entertainment textile drapery". I downloaded this file and it is vector clipping masks on raster images of cutrtains. It is not a true vector and does not scale up without distoration. It is very pixelated for what I was hoping to use it for. Worthless image purchase for my intent.

Hi, I would like to buy the Extended Licenses for some photos. I will take the photo as a reference and draw vector art. The vector art will be printed on merchandise or products for resale. Now, here is the question:A company is asking me to sell the license of my vector art to him. I am selling the license of my vector art but not the license of the original photo. The vector art will be used to print on their products. So,  whether the Extended Licenses have this restriction?

Hello all, So as the title mentions, if I am using adobe stock without logging in, it works fine. I even tried my friend's account and it was fine. But once I login with my account, it stops working for some reason. Sometimes it says the page timed out or the page isn't working right now.  I have a teams subscription so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Hi,I signed up for a free trial and downloaded 1 - one - image on March 7th or 8th, I do not remember the exact date. The same day I cancelled the subscription on the Adobe account page, because I found a better alternative. Now I see that my credit card has been charged NOK 353,75 on April 8th. There is no trace of this on my Adobe account page, but my card has definitely been charged.This is obviously a mistake, and I demand an immediate refund. Regards,Mårten Haug

Hello, I'm looking for help on migrating my Stock image licenses from one account to another. Background information: our Adobe account manager reached out to merge individual licenses into our Team account, and one of those accounts had Stock licensing (a little over 700). I'm looking to migrate those licenses into the new umbrella so that the same team will still be able to access those images. The Stock account has been added to the umbrella Team account as an admin as well. How can I go about providing the licensed stock image access to my users? I've tried going to the original Stock account's license history and getting each image added to a library, then sharing that library, but I find that I'm still running into an issue where my users are reporting that the images are "unlicensed."

Hi there, i´ve got a problem with synchronizing my account with my companys account. I have a personal account in Adobe Stock with mst be synchronized with my companies account. my company has a lincence for 700+pics a month. If i´m downloading pictures, my account is fully synchronized with my companise account so i can licence anx picture i want. When it comes to videos that i´ve to buy individually, i can´t pay with my companys data. Normally it should be synchronized. Is there anything to consider to synchronize in termes of "shopping"? Anything i´ve to set up, for gettin full synchronisation. And how can i synchronize my account with the other individuel company accounts? Regards, Chris

I have accidently clicked on the license icon on the image but I was just browsing around since I have never before used Adobe stock before.  But I do have a 30 day free trial, so why did it immediately make me purchase it?  How can it be reversed.  I do NOT want to pay monthly for something that I am not necessarily going to used (Adobe stock), that is exactly why I was just checking it out first.

Darf ich dann mit der Standartlizenz die Bilder nutzen, auch wenn sie nicht für mich persönlich sind? 2. Muss ich dann im Social Media Post die Lizenz irgendwie bennenen? Hello,I hope you can help me to find the right licence in our case:We are planing to develop an App for iOs and Adroid.We want to use Adobe Stock pictures in our content.The App will be non-commercial - that means users can download it for free in the App Store and will have full access to the complete content without restriction.My queries:1. Can we use a Standard Licence for the pictures in our app?2. As I don't know how many people will use it will there be any limit coming along with the standard licence?3. Inside the app we want to ask our users for donation - to support our project - will that be also ok if we use the Standard Licence? 4.
