Hello, I accidentaly licensed #164079453 . Could this please be removed
Hello, we have three Creative Cloud subscriptions (includes all apps) plus an Adobe Stock subscription with 40 images per month. We previously used Spark and were able to select our purchased images as well as select new ones via search. The Adobe Stock selection is now very limited and we no longer see our purchased images. I have tried it with different browsers.
I cannot licence Adobe Stock images through Photohop. No matter, if I right-click layer on layers panel and try to licence from there, or try it through the Libraries tab, the pop-up window opens, but is not connecting (screenshot attached). The circle keeps scrolling forever, but nothing happens. I have logged in and out numerous times (and yes, updated to the latest version, restarted program, laptop, whatever), sometimes logging in and out has helped, sometimes not. Sometimes it also happens in Illustrator, but not necessarily simultaneously. After I have licenced image on website (via browser), it does update in Photoshop, so that part works. I am stuck with this for months now and it is driving me crazy, since I licence a lot of images and to always go search them in browser is horrible and slows down workflow. Please help me!
What searchable/sortable software should we use for sharing our furniture photos with prospects?
Hi, I have the very same issue as solved here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/unable-to-download-stock-images/m-p/11680388 I have a trial for Adobe Stock and when I try to download anything, I am getting into infinite loop after I am asked to select trial again. I am not able to reach out to chat at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html nor find any contact information in my country. It is quite frustrating. Thank you for help.
Hello,I am being charged for a subscription that I canceled prior to the end of the trail. I received an email stating that my payment didn't go through. It wouldn't if I canceled?
Suggestion: Adobe Stock needs much more ethnic diversity in its photos. Mostly, all I find is white folks in the shots (healthcare and senior health area) which is not the best for my publishing area. Not sure why that is.
I've had it with JTBC, I don't even know who they are, but I have purchased video clips from Adobe Stock with the premium licenses and put these videos in my facebook account. The videos don't even have 2k views on them, they are small time. And yet JTBC is repetitively issuing take down notices. I have had 2 take down notices on the exact same video in the span of 1 week. I successfully defend the take down, and then a few days later, the same video is taken down again for the exact same reason. My issue is not with JTBC, My issue is with Adobe as I bought from Adobe and I don't know what to do about this but it is extremely annoying. Who can I speak with/contact at Adobe to find out why/who this JTBC company is and why they are targeting me? I am fully licensed for the clips.
Can't see my credits on the top bar... Subscribed in August 2021. Billing history shows plan purchase each month as recently as Jan 22. Hmmm....
I wanted to inquire if a standard license is sufficient for altering images, in this case adding printed products, not taken from adobe stock, to room photography/3d render taken from adobe stock. These altered images would then be used to showcase our printed products on our website, which should not exceed 500.000 customers.
I downloaded an image, along with several others, to test which one looked the best. At one point they were all in my CC library. When I came back later, my CC library was empty. I have the image I want to use in my document, but don't know how to go about finding it again so I can license it..please help. Thank you
I'm trying to add content to my libraries but they have vaninshed from the adobe stock website. Is there a problem / has anyone else faced this bug? I see that there was some maintenance done last night, but the current status is completed. Perhaps it is related to that?!
Hi, if I buy a photo on Adobe Stock with a standard license, can I put my site watermark on the photo? I would like to prevent a photo I bought from being stolen from me by other sites.Thank you.
Hi everyone I manage live events and I use adobe stock to get images for the invitations, social posts etc. One MAJOR issue just hit me, the image I got has a standard license from my subscription and i used it to make the invitation, the facebook event cover, and the LIVE Facebook Video cover. As soon as the live event started on Facebook i got a notification that the image is not licensed and the LIVE stopped, I had to remove it to make the video go live again. So the problem here is that standart images don't have license for TV and they shouldn't BUT Facebook Live is NOT TV, it's just social media going LIVE. This is the first time that happens to me and I am sceptical about the next times I go LIVE on events. What changed? I don't think I am willing to pay 60€ above my subscription every time I am making a creative for social media live video. Is this for real or I just got unlucky on one image? Thank you all!!
If the advertising agency where I work acquires a standard license for an Adobe Stock photo, can the advertising agency then use the photo for a print advertisement (eg in a newspaper) and subsequently in a printed matter - in both cases for the same customer? It is assumed that the number of prints (newspaper + printed matter) is less than 500,000.
Hello allI want to create a promotional poster with an Adobe Stock image. The image itself is a "decoration" in the background. It is not advertised as a product, nor is it advertised as a main product. Just as an eye catcher...I can't find an answer to this question here in the forum. Is a standard license enough? And: Does the source have to be stated in the poster?Would be really happy for an answer.-----Hallo Zusammen.
I bought a single licence stock photo as ai format but the quality is bad. There is a gradient which is not correct so what can I do? Is there a cancellation possibility or can it be reviewed?
Hi, Just stumbled across an image of a little girl that has the tags "woman" and "sexy". This is dangerous and highly uncomfortable. Who moderates images and their respective tags, because this is awful! Currently writing an article on "nude-swapping" and looking for an appropriate blog banner when I stubled upon this. Seeing a little girl in a bathrobe mixed up between images of women in langerie is just so icky. You guys need to fix this and have a word with the photographer for tagging the image this way. No where in the tags does it even say "child" - just straight to "woman" and "sexy". *vomit* Image ID: #271165671
How do I find out how many Adobe assets I have? I have an individual account, and have been accumulating assets, but have no idea where to find the total.
My account was just transferred over from Fotolia, and I tried to download a file that I licensed. It is an "ai" file which is new to me, and I cannot open it. I tried Photoshop Elements, and I tried downloading it twice with the same results. Please help.
Adobe hissesinden alıntıdan satıyorum, bugün sabahtan beri ulaşamıyorum. Yardım için posta gönderdim, cevap gelmedi, bu soruna 4 kez var.
Hi, Im hoping to find out about a refund on a subscription to adobe stock that I cancelled but have been paying for the last few months without knowing. I have not used any of the stock photos allocated to me and am hoping to get a refund onthe months since I last downloaded a license. Thanks,Jordan
No cancellation allowed, pressured into accepting a three month extention and then billed again. When I tried to cancel for good I was told I had to pay $158 fee for the privledge. I have been a customer of Adobe Creative for years and I find this policy to be adhorent and will drive me away from all the other products. No satisfactory response from customer service at all...thanks Adobe!
If the advertising agency where I work buys a license for an Adobe Stock photo, can I use the photo in an advertisement for the advertising agency's client? And if so: Can I subsequently use the same photo in another ad for another of the advertising agency's clients?
Users MUST be able to search their own Licensed Image libraries. The filters panel has dozens of other options, but not the ability to onll look in a specified User directory. This appears to be clearly articulated user need that has gone unaddressed by the Adobe Stock team for 2 - 3 years. Meanwhile, pexels, unSplash, rawpixel, nappy, and mutliple other sites make searching my own folders of images effortless.
