Good afternoon the community,   I am working on showcasing my art work for my website with some wall frame mockups I downloaded from Adobe Stock.   I figured out that I don't know what is the size of the different frames (however the size of the image is mentionned: 4000 x 5000px, for a jpeg file) inches.   The sizes I need for these mockups are mainly A4, A3 and 8x10 inches. I exported my mockup in photoshop and resized my art work by just fit it in the frame. But it is not realistic in the space (picture enclosed).   I will need to know if it possible to resized the frame in the mockup, Or how can I choose the right frame size when i am looking for a mockup.   Thank you very much for your help.   Chloé   Chloé

I have been experimenting using Adobe stock to create composite or collage images that I am then turning into tintype photographs. It's an interesting process but my concern is that a few galleries are interested in displaying and selling these creations and I want to have a solid handle on the legal issues that may arise.  If I were to print and sell the final pieces, I would do limited editions of 15.  I'm also interested in making a fine art book at some point if I continue in this vein.  Currently I have licensed all the images I have used with just the standard license...not the extended that Adobe offers.Can someone let me know if my usage of these various images with the standard license is still legal if I decide to sell limited edition prints?Or...make a book and sell that book?Please keep in mind that the final image is a physical tintype (made out of metal and chemicals) using a negative that I have digitally created using Adobe stock imagery.  I am happy

Hi Everybody,I've just downloaded an image (ref #250888119) and when I've opened it the elements contained were not visualized correctly.It seems that the file has some issue with the mesh tool (screenshot attached).I'm using Illustrator CC2021 ver 25.4.1

Hi,  I downloaded an image with a number: FIL #:  116311628 and on the preview looked in a certain way. However, when I opened the file, the image is different than on the preview.  Preview Image:  Licensed Image:  Does anyone know how I can get the correct image that I licensed? It is really furstraining as this is not the first time there is a mixup with what is previewed and what file is licensed.  Cheers, Yoana

I recently purchased two extended license adobe stock photos and have completed my composition (which also includes other manipulated cco photos). I am now a little confused about the copyright process. Is it still possible to copyright this work which also includes the Adobe stock photos? Or is there a more appropriate way to do this. I would like to know if we want to buy some video stocks from Adobe Stock and use in the TV program for all media, worldwide,in perpetuity and need certificate license .Is there any type of licenses meets our requirements, or this will be the special case?

HiIn June I had activated an adobe stock account,after a few days I could no longer access it and any way to recover the password was impossible. I contacted the help center explaining the problem and they told me that they would delete my account, in fact by entering that email adobe tells me that there is no account.THE PROBLEM is that both in July and August they scrapped my money from the card, without my having an account anymore!How can I solve this problem? I don't know how to do it anymore.

I have downloaded 8 Flyers as .ai files and not one of them has Fonts included. All Fonts are in path. Why is this so? Can't change the Fonts, don't know which font they had. Thats really terrible.  

I am trying to get a few issues resolved with Adobestock. I have an acct handler but his phone is constantly on voicemail and the number on the website doesn't lead anywhere. Based in the UK is there a number I can call or contacy to get some issues ironed out? It seems Adobestock are uncontactable at the moment. Has anyone else had any issues?

Hi there, we would like to offer our customers textile wall coverings printed with an image.The main value here would be the printed image right? Accordingly, we would need an extended license.   The customer should receive a preselection of images in an image database, in which the images and a mock-up can be seen. So that we do not have to buy 80 images with an extended license at once, we have thought about a standard license for viewing in the image database as long as the image is not printed. As soon as the customer orders a wall covering with an image we would upgrade to the extended license and print it afterwards.   We think as long as it is not produced we do not need the extended license is this right?   Thanks in advance!  

Une mise à jour m'a été imposée le 7 septembre et à la ré-ouverture de Stock les 55 fichiers que j'avais en crédit de chargement ainsi que tout mon historique d'achat ont été effacés. Je ne trouve aucun moyen de contacter un support technique pour m'expliquer ce qui s'est passé.An update was imposed on me on September 7th and at the re-opening of Stock the 55 files I had on load credit as well as my entire purchase history were erased. I can’t find a way to contact technical support to explain what happened.

We are now writing mid September 2021 - and things have now become even worse, rendering the web site completely useless. It doesn't respond when I try to select a picture (not even free pictures); the "turning wheel" just goes on endlessly on the "License" button, without anything else happening. Only a refresh of the page brings it back and then it is possible to click on the "License" button again - after which the scenario repeats.   And, yes, I have tried it on a Windows platform, an iMac, an iPad, an iPhone and an Android device - using (newly cleaned) browsers - Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Opera - you name it. The problem persists on all browsers - without exception.

Hello,I use about 80-100 Stock pictures from standard license. Right now my plan is a year plan with 40 pictures per month, paid monthly 40,28 euro (so 1,007 euro per 1 photo). When my 40 pictures end,  I just buy another ones by clicking a one-time purches for 1,99 euro/piece. The next bigger plan is 350 pieces which is too much. I would like to buy 80-100 photos per month in the same price of 1,007 euro. Do you have some tips how to do that? I tried to change my plans from 1 plan to 2 plans but it's not possible. I also tried to create a new account and just buy another 40-pieces plan, but the prices are totally different?! I just don't get it. In Fotolia times there was a pefect plan of 100 pieces and when you've run out of downloads, you could just buy another ones for the same prices per pieces. Adobe complicates everything.

 hello, I have connected in the past bu now when I try to connect I get this message "the selected account is already in use". It is an infinite loop.Please help 

I recently noticed that when I tried to filter for just vector images, it doesn't work. The check box unchecks itself. I can select  for illustrations, but not vector—with or without illustrations check. Has anyone else noticed this?

Ich habe bereits mehrfach versucht, meine gekauften Fotolia-Dateien / Lizenzen in mein Adobe-Konto zu übertragen. Es kommt die Meldung, der Transfer wäre erfolgreich gewesen, doch werden in meinem Adobe-Account keine meiner Fotolia-Bilder angezeigt. Der Support hier im Forum verweist bei dem Problem immer nur auf das Kontaktformular auf der Seite fotolia.com. Dies habe ich ebenfalls bereits mehrfach genutzt, jedoch nur Standard-Texte als Antwort erhalten und keine wirkliche Lösung.  Ist hier irgendwer, der realen SUPPORT leistet bzw. das Problem lösen konnte?

In browsing through Adobe stock images, I came across contributor Tryfonov's profile. Several of his/her images appear they may belong to NASA.  He/she says "elements of this image furnished by NASA" in the description of a few images I reviewed.  Some may be compilations of images created by this user, but others looked like they may have been downloaded straight from NASA's website. how to increase Print item download

Hey guys,I have read the different license agreements for adobe stock and I also read the FAQ about usage for logo creation, but I still have a question:I would like to create a logo for a very small business and would like to use a graphic found on adobe stock for that.My plan was to take the graphic and edit it a bit for to get my logo. I am fully aware that I do not own any exclusive rights, so everyone can use the graphic for their own content. I do not mind that the logo is not exclusive, and I do not want to register or trademark the logo.Am I allowed to use the adobe stock graphics for that purpose or not?In the FAQ to that question, Adobe states that it is not allowed because logos will be registered and protected and thus the use of adobe stock content is not allowed.Since I am not going to register or protect the logo, I wonder if I can use the graphic or not?Can anyone help me with the interpretation?Best regards,Philip

What type of license is needed for use on an EBook? It's a digital product which according to the guidelines is a standard license but I just want to make sure.  Thanks.
