Hey,,, I simply want to download adobe stock images for selling canvas printing on online. I decided to make canvas printings just only depends on order.I have planned to buy extended license of the image if I sell the printed image.Is this okey with adobe rules?

Hello Guys, so I paid a graphics designer to come up with a nice logo for my brand, after about a month he comes back with a design I and my business partner love. Last night when we were having our final meeting he informed me that an exact copy of the logo he designed was uploaded on Adobe Stock. Is there a way for me to find out if he is trying to scam me by having me pay him double [by paying him for the design and paying for adobe extended license] or it is just a coincidence? 

i want to use landscapes as a basis for creating nfts. with extended licence of adobe stock images can i use them as a basis for nfts? and can i sell these images i have edited (will also use adobe lightroom + photoshop)?

I was searching for clip art of a black fist and white fist bumping and saw that they had it on Adobe's site Adobe Stock Images. When I went to it, it says I need to subscribe to the Cloud apps. I own the software. I bought it for my class on web design in school. I have the actual disc to install the program. So I have no use for a monthly subscription for apps when I already won all the software. I just want to figure out how to get access to the clipart and templates etc. I tried signing in with the email I purchased it under and it said there was no account. I signed on this account aand again it says something about the trial. I already own the programs, they are already installed. So I dont need the cloud apps. I am just looking for the clip art and templates. Do I need a subscription for acess to the clip art and templates??

Hi! I have a big problem - I made an annual subscription instead of a monthly one.I realised that now when my bank deducted the fee again. I only use Adobe Stock for a project, but it is over - so i won't use it yet, until a new project when I need new pictures to licence. I tried to cancel my annual subscription, but i have to pay cancellation fee, so it's not a solution for me.What should I do - can you help me?Is it possible to change the annual subsrciption for month-to-month subsciption, and should I pay the difference between the two prices retroactively? Please help - thanks for your answer!  

Bonjour, Je souhaite résilier mon abonnement Adobe Stock. Après avoir réussi à trouver les bons boutons pour le résilier, quelle surprise de découvrir des frais de résiliation de 143.96€. Adobe, je suis désolé mais en traitant vos clients fidèles de la sorte, vous ne faîtes que vous déservir sur le long terme. Puis-je résilier mon abonnement sans devoir payer deux journées de travail? Je suis sincèrement choqué. Merci par avance

Hello,I have a subscription for all apps running. On the monthly invoices it says that 10 stock photos are included. However when I try to download any stock photo, it always takes me to the payment page. Why is this so?Regards,Yvonne

We bought two photos under an extended license through Image on Demand. The invoice contains the wrong IDs for the purchased photos.On the recommendation of the support service, we contacted the Softline supplier in Russia. They reported that the images were purchased through the site. And they cannot help.

Hi! All of my photos aren't showing up in my library. It currently states showing 38 of 45 total, however there isn't an option for me to scroll or select more.    Can you please assist?   Thank you!

I've licensed and downloaded file #308304132 and I keep getting an error message in photoshop when I try to open it. Typically when I purchase a .ai file, it opens in PS just fine. Please advise.

Hello,   I licensed a Premiere Pro graphics template #249181576. However, it's causing my Premiere Pro program to freeze for 30 seconds everytime I mess around with it.   Can I get some credit towards another template? Because I'm not happy with this.

Hello, It seems when i look into my stock library with images that i have licensed and i see a load of duplicates?I am the only person with the account and as far as i am aware, when you purchase an image, you can re-download it for free. If so, how would i have got duplicates. I'd be really grateful if someone could help me please.

I am a few days into the trial and want to cancel. However, when I try and cancel through my account management page, it gives the following error: There was a problem processing your request.Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Customer support. I also tried contacting the chat customer support but have no received any reply back. Please advise, thank you.

I forgot to delete my plan on Stock after the trial ended. Now I don't want to use it anymore but can I delete the plan without paying the new month? Even if the trial ended this morning?
