Dear Adobe.   Few days ago I bought 2 items for my Twitch channel on Etsy from 1 seller, and now I've just found out that ton of "their" items are taken from Adobe Stocks (I found them on the website). I don't know what to do. Can I use the art? I tried to contact the Ilustrator but I've found out that I'm unable due to your policy, so I'm contacting you, here.    There is a one thing though, I don't understand copyrights and licenses. When I was looking through the original art on Adobe Stocks, I've noticed that you can buy the art as "Standard license" and as "Extended license" which is more expensive. So, I'm wondering if maybe the Etsy seller can sell the art because they bougth the Extended license? I don't know, I hope you can help me. Can you point me in the right direction on how to upgrade my account from 10 assets to the next size?

Bonjour,Je vous demande de  l'aide à propos d'un bug d'affichage du nombre de crédits.Ayant renouvelé mon abonnement avec 40 crédits il y a 15 jours, tout fonctionnait alors très bien, j'ai acheté mes fichiers et licences (2 fichiers à 1 crédit) et depuis ce lundi, mon compteur affiche 0 crédit restant ! Avez-vous déjà eu cette expérience? comment solutionner svp?J'ai bien évidemment besoin de fichiers en urgence... Merci beaucoup 

Months ago I signed up for the trial of Stock, and I cancelled it before the trial ended. I just discovered that somehow it didn't register on your end and I've been getting billed each month. If I can't get back the previously billed money thats fine, but I would like to be unsubscribed without having to pay the $60 premature termination fee, seeing as how the account should have been cancelled already.

Observo que a han estafado a varias personas y nadie hace nada. Yo si voy hacerlo y voy  aponer la denuncia en mi país, voy a buscar por todos los medios que se les vete para anunciarce en Colombia atraves de google ads. Me he inscrito aun plan de prueba de 10 imagenes gratis por 1 mes y supuestamente la factura era cero pero o sorpresa, me han cobrado $113.000. 

I clicked the license button by accident thinking ... but it didn't, it made things worse....can you help me? please?   and lol, i'm not the only person this happens to, that sucks. There should be a second form of confirmation about licensing images, I get it, it's easier to just let it happen but like for newbies like me just exploring the site trying to get a hang of things. Hello, I do a lot of graphic art, and use images within my works. I'm confused on which license to go with. The images are heavily edited and altered. I know through Envato's network they specifically point out that works edited within poster art is allowed, but the Adobe terms are confusing me. The image is within the work (that I may or may not sell), but it's heavily altered/edited and not the focus of the design. Any help here on which license to use would be helpful. I attached an example of one of my pieces to help explain. 

I accidentally purchased an adobe stock subscription and four payments have been taken over the past four months amounting to almost £100! I tried to cancel it and says I have to pay an early cancellation fee again of almost £100 because it's an annual subscription/ I can't find anywhere to contact adobe to send an email or call and keep getting send in circles.

Ich habe in den zusätzlichen Bedingungen unter Punkt 6 zwar ein Ja gesehen, aber irgendwie nur ein halbes JA.  Hier heißt es, ... Vorbehaltlich der Bedinungen und etwaiger geltender Einschränkungen haben Sie MÖGLICHERWEISE die folgenden zusätzlichen Rechte.  Was soll denn MÖGLICHERWEISE bedeuten? Muss ich mir jetzt erst einen Anwalt organisieren, der mir das für eine hohe Beratungspauschale erklärt? Ich hoffe auf Hilfe aus der Community, am besten mit einem Verweis auf ein offizielles Dokument. Good morning everyone,  I need to create some artworks for differents POSM (leaflet, arch, display, ...) and I would like to add some visuals I found on AdobeStock. These visuals are pictures and illustrations of tree branches and they only serve me to add small touches of color. This is a commercial project and there artworks will be implemented in differents points of sale. So can I use the standard license or do I need to buy the extended license ?  Thanks in  advance, 

I have tried so hard to get an answer from Adobe but the contact system is useless! Can someone please clarify that Premium images can not be used for resale? We are wanting to our use a range of images to resell as framed prints for our homewares store. It seems the only licence that would cater to this is an 'extended licence'?my only issue with that is everything offered in this range is of small quality & pxl, which does not help if we're wanting to print at A1 size.How do I get around this as Premium images meet our needs but it seems cannot be used for this purpose?Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 

Can an image be used inside of a book as an illustration?

Hi. We would like to create a social media graphic library that I can make available to any client that registers for our service. The idea is we create the graphic once but offer it to multiple clients. I understand that this means each graphic must be licensed once for each client. My question is, is there an easy way to purchase additional licenses for these images contained in the graphics in bulk. We will likely have a library with hundreds (eventually thousands).   Has anyone done something like this before? This is just one example of a social graphic we might create. We purchase the stock photos and then "design" on top of the photo for the social post. 

my account was suspended due to a problem with the credit card. When solved all the credits disappeared !!! can you please reactivate somthing like 150 photo credits ? Thank you in advance

I'm sure someone may have already asked this question, but I need to know, and don't know where to find it.I have a small POD shop. I need images as placeholders for birth announcements, greeting cards, etc. The customer replaces the photo with their own photo. The placeholder is for the sake of the product display and composition. JPEGS are flat and can't be extracted in any way to my knowlege. The site does not sell digital images either. It is on Zazzle. Can I photos for this, and do I need model release on them. Please advise. Thanks! Also, would that be the standard license?

I am trying to figure out how to get a refund on an image I purchased before realizing I needed the larger size. I have tried calling sales/support, but I keep talking to a person, getting transferred, and then getting hung up on. My order number is AE00196911105CUS for the smaller image. Please help!

I'm considering purchasing a video with an "enhanced license." I was wondering if I end up needing to license the stock video to allow more viewings if it's possible to upgrade later on to an "extended license" or if I'll have to repurchase the video as an extended licence with Adobe Stock?

Hi!I was previously on the plan for 10 assets a month, however I've run out and as I need assets now for an upcoming project deadline, I upgraded to the 40 assets monthly planI refreshed my page and logged in again, but it remains at 0 assetsDo I need to wait for my next billing date? How could I get hold of assets before then?Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Hi, this is one of the university of utah students. could I get any advice for using adobe stock?I've heard that U of U student can use all of the adobe products. but adobe stock requests to pay for image or videos. is adobe stock excluded from free products? If you know, Please let me know!

It says it will be over July 17 and today I was planning to cancel it but there's no CANCEL PLAN BUTTON, and there's already an invoice. It makes me anxious. Un editore straniero è interessato ad acquistare i diritti di una nostra opera in cui sono state pubblicate delle risorse Adobe stock. Possiamo cederle nella compravendita dei diritti dell'opera senza costi aggiuntivi? La licenza standard lo consente?  Grazie
