I pay almost $70.00 a month for access to these apps. Why is it that Adobe Stock is not offered with at least 1-3 assets with my current plan? This is just pure greed plain and simple. They did this a while back with Typekit, when you could only have a limited number of activated fonts. If this is the case I'd rather go back to purchasing the software out right. Adobe, do better.

Hi, I want to print the image on my products and resale but I am confused about the Extended License Plan cost.The 1 st screenshot show the price is RM140.98/ month or RM1691.76/ annual (From all plans and pricing page).The 2 nd screenshot show RM356, so this is per image cost or extended license plan? (image from Adobe Stock)Another question is how many images I can download daily with the extended license plan? more that 100 images or .........Thank you. 

I tried to used adobe Indesign on the 12th May, 2025, but I find out that my system is not compatiable with the software. I immediately cancel my subscription about the app. Not knowning much about the cancellation process. A mail was sent to me on that same 12th of May, 2025, confirming my cancellation. To my greatest subsprise was charge today for a service I did not use. Please kindly help me refund my money. How will Adobe still change me when a cancellation mail as being sent to me confirming the cancellation process. I have attached the screen of the may sent to me on the 12th May, 2025

Hi,I have a question. In 2017 we purchased a license for a graphic on Fotolia.pl, which was taken over by Adobe. The account has long since ceased to exist, but recently we received a reminder that we are using a photo without the permission. Is it possible to recover data from the Fotolia.pl account? Without it, we cannot prove that we are using the graphic legally. Thank you in advance for your help and information.

I've been on an Adobe Stock subscription for over a year, I have the maximum amount of credits yet I'm still having to pay full price to maintain all these credits; otherwise, I loose them all. Is there anything in place so that I can pay less per month which would keep all my credits ?  When you're at the maximum even if only a few credit per month at half the price that would be beneficial. 

La fonctionnalité Rechercher similaires qui permet de chercher des images similaires au fichier sélectionné, permettait autrefois de raffiner par "couleur". Ceci permettait de trouver des images comparables avec les mêmes tonalités, ombres et lumières, teintes similaires. Pourquoi cette fonctionnalité a disparu? Ça ne donne pas les mêmes résultats en utilisants la recherche filtrée par couleur hexadécimale, les résultats des images ne sont pas aussi bons que lorsque la recherche similaires offrait la fonctionnalité "couleur". Avez-vous d'autres façons d'y arriver?

When searching for specific images with clearly defined keywords, I often receive results that are completely unrelated to my search terms. A recent example of this occurred when I searched for "old fashioned cocktail transparent background." Instead of finding images of cocktails with a transparent background, I was presented with images of unrelated items like chairs, clocks, and red hats.This has not been a one-time issue but a recurring problem with various keywords where the search results include content that is entirely irrelevant. For instance, including very specific terms in my search does not seem to limit the results to the expected subjects.I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues and how they have addressed them. Our company would like to purchase a license for Stock Small (10 assets/month) just to test the benefits.If the feedback from the marketing department is positive, we plan to purchase the license for 750 assets/month,Then we would have 760 assets/month.Now two questions:1. which credits are used first? Those of the 10-asset license or those of the 750-asset license, or is it random?2. as far as I know, unused assets are added up to a maximum of 120 assets with the Small subscription, but not with the 750 subscription, right?In this combination (10 +750), are the unused credits of the “10-asset license” still added up?

I'm trying to find some good images of Native Americans for a historical type non fiction books. EVERY image that I find that will work has Editoral only and I can tell easily they are AI.  Is there some rule that all AI images must be listed as editioral.   When you click on the left for non editorial they are still showing up. Anyone have a clue. I talked to adobe help and they said all images can be used for commercial use and I know that is not true. If it's marked editorial you are not supposed to use them as commercial. Any tips ideas thanks Samantha

We're setting up a few chat bots for our website and would like to model them after "real" people, however, they'll be fictional people. I understand I can use generative images for the agents, but find they're not realistic enough.  What's a best practice for leveraging model stock photos for fictional people? I used to be able to drag and drop a photo into the search bar and then select an option to search for photos with the same COLORS. That appears to be gone now. Is that option still accessible in a different place? Or is it just gone now?

I purchased a Photoshop template image to create a mockup of a magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine image within the psdt file is not the correct proportion to my magazine. I can't figure out how to revise all the layers of those the sizings. Any advice?

I would like to cancel my stock membership. Auto renewal is 26/02/2018 today is the 25/02/2018. I do not want this to rollover!!! When I tried to cancel a few days ago the option to cancel was simply not available as it was not visible. Today it became visible however want to charge me a $230 cancellation fee!!! This is not right. I was told about 9 months ago by a rep on the phone that I needed to wait until the annual renewal date to cancel without any fee. And now when I do that, it want to charge $230. This needs to be resolved. We want to cancel!!!!we have done everything right.

Some Adobe Stock Free Assets include the Artist's graphic shown printed on a T-shirt, does that mean the artist authorizes their graphic to be printed on a t-shirt?  A.  For myself ? B. For commercial re-sale? (I'm guessing the Extended License is required).  Asking specifically for the designs that include a T-shirt withthat graphic. Are the graphics requiring payment different from the Free to Download graphics that also include the T-Shirt in the design?  A handful of artists display their graphics on T-Shirts.An example, this artist has numerous designs in their portfolio displayed with the graphic printed on a T-Shirt. Good evening all.I made a Adobe Stock plan for 40 licenses per month as an annual plan, after 3 months (today), I changed my plan to the 10 licenses. in the instructions it was written what part of the amount would be refunded, and i was automatically charged for the new plan.Do anyone knows if i can be charged for the rest of the old contract? (40 licenses)

Hi all, I'm trying to open a PSDT from Adobe Stock but when I do I get a popup saying that Apple could not verify it's free of malware. Has anyone else encountered this? Is it for real? Hi there. I work in a team of designers and we are having issues with the length of some of the file names of stock images. We work under extreme pressure at times, chasing tight dealines so changing file names is not a top priority. Some of the file names are really unnecssarily long and this causes issues when we package our InDesign files. Is there any chance Adobe could limit the length of file names on Adobe Stock? File names that are more than a few words seems totally unnecessary. Is it just us, or is this a wider issue for other subscribers?
