Hi I am new to creating videos and the like and am confused on how adobe stock works and the terms/website don't seem to make it really any more clear. Can someone explain to me what it means to have 10 standard assets for a month like I can use 10 different things or can use up to ten things but only allowed making one content peice per asset? Thank you!!!

The customer support for Adobe Stock has got to be the most frustrating and convoluted team I've ever worked with. Each rep will tell you a different thing and none of them seem to know the real answer.    Getting an invoice is so infuriating, sometimes they like to say only the account admin can access them other times they're readily available in the billing history, and other times they'll manually send it to me. You get passed around from person to person like they just can't be bothered to.

Hi! I'm having some struggles here. I need to print a 5 meters wide photo to a panel. I know the size of the photo can be seen in pixels just below it, but there's nothing said about the minimum ppi/dpi. I understand that I can have an image of 7000 x 4000px, yes, but it can be in 72 dpi, or in 150 or 300 dpi. Really don't know. So, we do not have much information about the photo to be acquired until it is actually purchased and downloaded. My supplier that will print this work is asking for images with 500dpi resolution, and this is becoming a real problem for me - I have seen images here sold as 'high resolution' here less than 4000px wide with unknown dpi info and, I suppose, an image this size with just 300dpi no longer fits into a 5 meters panel. My question is: when we acquire an image here, can we ask for a higher resolution for specific cases like this? Vectors are not allowed. If you guys can help me, I'll be truly grateful. Hi, I'm using company account for Adobe Stock. A lots of  images, videos, music, etc. are downloaded by using company account. And I want to see only the music files using 'All Media' drop box in License History.   Could you please add 'music file' or 'music' item to  'All Media' drop box?     Thanks. Best regards, Iesue.  

Hello,I want to create a website for a customer and publish there a photo from Adobe Stock. And I want to buy the licence with my own Stock-Account. In the FAQ´s, Adobe describes that this is possible:Common Questions, Adobe Stock But how is this possible? Adobe nowhere describes how to do this? I cannot find any option button? I can only licence and download photos. But where do I have to declare, for which project/customer I want to use the photo? Thanks a lot for help!Best regards!

Hello. Like many others I feel duped by the "free trial."  When I tried to cancel I was told I'd be charged $140. I've been charged $60 for the first two months (after "two months free") and now am being asked to pay $140 to "cancel early." I tried chatting about this two weeks ago with an online customer service rep but I was told my subscription had been cancelled due to an inactive paypal account--however the cancellation option (link) wasn't active when I had tried to cancel --and it just appeared this past weekend and actually let me cancel. The chat confused matters more because the customer service rep said  my paypal account had expired, but I had obviouslyt been charged for two months. I have two adobe user accts one personal and one for my work. I believe I signed up w/ my personal account. But it looks like they were charging my work account. All very confusing and ultimately disappointing--like it was a scam, shockingly. What other stock site charges a $140 cancel

Last week I have contacted adobe livechat spport as on my private account over 1000 photo licences that I have transferred from Fotolia have vanished, without any information on what have happenned. After I have contacted livechat support I was informed me that licences was deletaded as they have expired. The problem is that adobe cannot show me legal base for errasing my licences as I was not informed about 1 year expiration date nor when I transferred licences nor befor canselling them. All licences where prepaid and I have invoices on them so I can show what amount of money did I lose by unlawful restriction of access to the service.  First time that I had information about expiration date was on the livechat and then by following mail. Still I think that if I was not informed in anyway about expiration date I should not loose my licences. I am ready to file a lawsuit in connection with the unlawful restriction of access to the service.

Hi, I'm new to everything copyright so I just wanted to make sure: I downloaded some pictures from the free stock and I saw they could be used for commercial purposes; but do I still need to add the source somewhere on my support? I am doing a marketing proposal for prospects so do I need to add the credit (adobe stock free) on my documents?  thanks!

Hello!I am not 100% sure if I understood right the licences and I want to be sure. I want to use Adobe Stock mockups (e.g. https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/mock-up-frame-in-boy-nursery-with-natural-wooden-furniture-3d-render/355964699) and put my own design poster in the frame to use it like product picture on my website and to make advertisement on social media. The poster I put in the frame is my own design and I dont want to sell the mockup picture of the e.g. nursery room.Can I do so with the standard license? Can I use one mockup as a background for different posters buying only one standard licence? Can I use the free trial period images, too? I understand it like: “if the background image is NOT the product I sell, neither the product I sell will be bought mainly because of the mockup picture, I can use the standard licence”. I am new to illustrator and trying to get up to speed. My question is if there is a way to tell prior to licensing files in Adobe Stock if they contain compound paths for the text? It seems to be a real pain to find a file you like only to license it and find out you now have to go through the trouble of deleting all the compound paths and replacing the text with your own fonts.Maybe I am missing something but in my head I want to be able to find a file I like, open it in Illustrator and quickly edit the text, colors, etc. and then use the file as I want to. I currently have an adobe stock trial that I wish to cancel, but the option to do so is not available. I think it is because I have a student adobe account under my university's plan, but I paid for the trail outside of my university plan with my own debit card so clearly stock doesn't come with it and now I am unable to cancel it. I have no interest in the trial and am hoping to get this issue resolved.

I see this has been asked before, but I haven't found the solution in any of these discussion threads.I want to buy one image for $9.99. Is this possible?I'm new to Adobe Creative Cloud, am supposed to have 10 free images but have given up on that since it seems you are forced to buy a subscription to get those free images. Can anyone outline the steps to purchase one image only? No subscription?

Hi there,   I've seen in several forums that people who've accidentally licensed images from Adobe Stock have been given credit back. Is there any other option, to cancel those licensed images, or could I have credit back for those 6 images? They will not be used for any projects, so my credits are wasted if I can't get that credit back. Thanks,Steve
