Hi I was scrolling images and all the sudden I realized #72946946 had "Licensed" stamp on it. Not sure how it happened.Can I undo this? It would be great to have one more step added to confirm before purchasing occurs.Thank you.

Just used Adobe Stock on my phone for the first time. Clicked on an image to view and instead it told me that I had licensed image #159257772. No comfirmation, no warning, just took one of my licenses. I conacted support and they said, don't worry, you still have other licenses. I was happy with this product until know. If I can't look through images on my mobile device I am way less productive.

Hi, I would like to ask. I use Adobe Stock images on websites. I have a standard licence. As I read I have to add copyright [author name] / Adobe Stock to each image.Need to be copyright visible? For example: image is aligned to center and as screen sizes changes, only part of image is in view. Then copyright isn't in view, but when you open image in new tab and image is viewed in all his size, you can see the copyright. Is that in accordance with terms?Please can someone help with this?

I had over 100 credits but now theyre all gone.. My yearly plan got renewed a couple of days ago. Don't tell me that resetted everything?

Hi,I was testing out adobe stock today with the free month subscription. When I downloaded an asset, I accidentaly made an order for 604EUR. Anybody had this problem? I really can't afford a purchase like this and would like to get a refund.Thank you in advance for the help. KR,Bjorn

Hey everyone, I'm trying to download and licence music from Adobe Stock to use in Premiere, but even with my account and current subscription, I keep getting error messages (pics below).   I've logged in and out of my account, refreshed the Stock page, closed Premiere and opened it again. Has this happened to anyone else before? Any ideas?   Thank you

Hello, I recently signed up for a one month free trial, and am now being charged $32 a month for a serviceI did not sign up for.  There is also a $158 fee to cancel.  I'm outraged.

I downloaded an .AI file (https://stock.adobe.com/images/rectangle-puzzle-4-pieces-tabs/165535941?prev_url=detail_) and when I open it in Illustrator it opens at 932% and the font size is 1. I updated the document with my content and saved it in Hi-res, but when I add the PNG to my InDesign document it imports a 2 inch photo. When I tried to make it larger, it only gets grainy. Please help!

Hallo!Es gibt bei den premium-Bildern zwei Bildgrössen zur Wahl: groß und klein. Haben beide Bildgrössen als Auflösung 300 dpi oder hat das kleine Format nur 72 dpi. Danke für eure Hilfe!Mareike

I also licensed an image that I did not mean to license. I just clicked back to the Stock image screen and it licensed the image I had clicked on. The image number is #134151720 Thanks

When buying Premiere Pro I added the free trial of Adobe Stock. I thought 10 free media files came wih the trialversion.But got charged when wanting to download a media file. I understand that there is no way to regret the download and get refunded? Maria     

There are many confusing questions and answers on this issue ..   - If a photo is used on a website like as a header-image (not editorial content) the copyright can be placed on a separate site like "legal" or "imprint"likepictures:© [...]/Adobe Stock © [...]/Adobe Stock ...     - if a photo is used on a website in editorial content like a blog-image the copyright must be placed on the picture.       is this right?

Hello,Please help me solve the 10 assets monthly subscription. Even though it was a free trial, I wasn't able to download anything without being charged, and the subscription continues monthly. I would like a refund and cancellation of subscription.Thank you.

We used to have the ability to add our favorites (not yet purchased) to named libraries for later consideration. I have folders full of images for various usage (products, styles, etc.). Now I'm getting a "This asset needs to be licensed before it can be saved to a library." message when I try to favorite anything.    Why did Adobe change this? It's very annoying and screws up my workflow. Why can we no longer add assets for later consideration into specifically named folders? I don't want to put everything under one generic "Favorites" folder. Incredibly annoying.

Signed up for the free trial and now I want to cancel and they are saying I have a $60.00 fee to cancel early.Please help. I have been on hold for 40 minutes. Is this to be expected ?

Hi all, Much appreciated if you can confirm if I buy an Extended License for an image, then I may use it as part of a reference for a painting (oil on canvas). To be clear, I won't be copying the image exactly - rather using elements of it within a broader overall composition (eg. placing a model's figure into a background of my own design). Just want to ensure this is allowed, and which license covers this use. And yes, the painting will end up for sale in a gallery, though not as prints. Many thanks!

I purchased a vector graphic, which stated it was an editable text effect: #344560760 However when I open the file in Illustrator, I can edit the text, but that will only alter the one text layer, the main effect won't follow my edits. 

Other team members are saving assets to the wrong library! The assets they save automatically get saved to the last library that was set up/used by the last team member who logged in. I'd like to set up a "default" library where it automatically saves images there (to the default) every time (unless other library is selected) since some team members don't pay attention to which library they're saving to. But there doesn't seem to be a way to set an always-save-to default library. Is this possible?

Hi there This morning  I purchased a Vector illustration to use on a wine label I am creting. The vector stock looked like it was intended to be used on differnt backgrounds as it had a checkerboard background. I was unable to test its use with the preview so went ahead and purchased. Unfortunately the vector did not work on the black background and had too many issues that would need to be fixed. It was actualy quite messy i its construction. My client chose a different image which suits purpose much better. Am I able to get a refund in the form of 1 credit back and unlicesnse the unsuitable vector?

Hello, I am trying to buy a credit pack worth 80 credits, yet I alway get an error message saying I should contact support (see screenshot below). I am from germany so obviously the message is in german but roughly translated it says the following: "Error – There has been a system error. If you don't receive any confirmation e-mail in the next few minutes, try again or contact support." Needless to say I "tried again" a few times, nothing changed, so here I am. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
