Hi I have downloaded 73278205 by mistake. I wanted to see a larger view of the image & clicked on the pop up to buy the licence. This is not the first time this has happened its really annoying.ThanksSteph

I accidentally clicked the "License & Open" icon when i was just trying to expand the image. Searching the forums indicates that there is no way for me to 'cancel' or 'return' this accidental license myself. How to go about it?

I signed up for Adobe Stock to get some images in a pinch. I forgot to cancel and finally got around to it tonight. I am clicking through sites quickly trying to pay my bills, saw an offer to keep Stock for 60 days but was not interested. I did not realize until after canceling this product that I will be charged $112?! For canceling a product that I have been billed for monthly?!?!Very upset by this, it is my fault for not reading more closely but what was prominent was the offer attempting to keep me there, NOT this enormous fee. I do not have an extra $112 laying around. Is it possible to undo this?There should be some sort of VERY noticeable warning about this fee with a checkbox acknowledging that you agree to pay it. Shame on you, Adobe.

Dear Adobe Stock Community,I need your help and would like to hear your opinion about a possible infringement of my work.A couple of weeks ago I noticed that a Adobe Stock contributor is in my opinion excessively copying my work. So far I identified 90 pictures which were copied and the number is daily increasing. When I produce new content this  contributor creates almost identical copies within three days.  He is not only copying the picture, even the headline and the keywords are identical. The only difference is the color of the background. My client has signed up to Adobe Stock, are they allowed to let me use the images as a sub-contractor (freelance graphic designer) for the project I am designing for them (an annual report)?   

Adobe Stock main screen after login indicates 9 assets at the top but the librariy is empty. How do I access these assets? Does anyone know?-bsosymp

The number of users who will have access to the final product is more than 5 million. Which license is suitable for us?And the second question: 2. Did I understand correctly that an extended license is a prerequisite for producing a video for TV?Thank you!

My company has a Teams account where 1 user has access to the Stock 10 Assets a month. Our designer uses this occassionally, but the account with Stock access can no longer download assets (up to 10) freely, and the entire license history on the user is empty. Does anyone know what might have caused this, or how to get Stock permissions back for the account? It would also be great if we could resurrect the history, as they may need to reference those images again.

Hi I've got problems with several files to open in PS. For example file nr: 223983652 its opening with squares not smooth. Is there any possibility to open vectors from stock in diffrent progam then AI? I don't need vector . it can be flattened but i need good resolution

!BEWARE! was signed up for something I didn't need or want and cost me over $200 to cancel!!!!Being charged $32.01 a month for adobe stock after doing a "free download" .  Went to cancel and they said I was signed up for a year and would be charged another $144 on top of the 3 mo. they have already taken.The fact I haven't used or ever wanted it is not an issue to them. So a free photo is costing me over $200.I even tried to see if they would put it on a different program I might actually use - nope. I have a need for some custom illustration and love a particular artist's style I've found on Adobe Stock. I've searched the forum and it appears an artist cannot be contacted directly via the Adobe Stock website, which seems absurd. I've tried searching the artist's name on the Web to no avail. Are there any other strategies others have used to successfully identify and contact an artist from the Adobe Stock collection?

hello, im very new to photoshop and all that stuff.im currently have the 7 days trial of creative cloud,i`ve tried to use templates with Adobe Stock but instead i get it as an img,how can i use the templates correctly?.

We currently have AEM and Adobe Stock Enterprise plan. We have not yet configured AEM to access/link to Adobe Stock. We have a couple of questions first.  Once we configure AEM to access/link to Adobe Stock,1) will the previously licensed assets automatically appear in AEM?2) will the previously licensed assets now display the blue licensed indicator?3) can our users continue to license stock images through stock.adobe.com and will those newly licensed stock photos automatically appear in AEM?

Please!I made the mistake to put my card in the adobe stock, cause its said to me that ill get 10 free presets. I didn't thought of making a subsription or anything. I ended up with 30euro charged from my bank account. I didn't want to use it and for real i didn't know that i need to remove my card.Please make something, atleast because i'm a student with loans! I guarantee you in future i will buy subsription, but now that was mistake!

Das Foto beinhaltet eine Person, die ich ausgeschnitten und in werbeanzeigen, Banner etc. eingebunden haben. Nun würde ich eventuell gerne eine Pressemitteilung rausgeben. Reicht dafür ebenfalls die erweiterte Lizenz?

Hello,I'm confused. I need to get at image that is under enhance license. How can I save money buying one? I see there is this adobe credits. Will that allow me to purchase the image by these credit tokens?I thought the promotion said 10 assets. But I did not know those only counted for standard images. Adobe needs to be more clear on these promotions ads. I could have mistakenly bought a $200 image.So if the image cost $250, how many adobe credit tokens do I need to used to license the image.Are there any benefits? Any advice will help.item see photo.  

I have licensed asset 201189423, but when I download the .jpg and .ai images, both only contain a cutoff message. I believe that they were saved incorrectly before being uploaded to the server. I tried to attach the .ai file, but it was filtered out by the forum. It contains exactly the same broken image content though.

My customer asked me to share with him the unmodified files I purchased for some project for his company. Can I share the unmodified files with him? I know that according to Adobe Stock regulations I can transfer the license to my customer but does it mean I can give him the unmodifies files I purchased?
