Was wondering if anyone knows if I can put my company logo on a adobe stock image that I licensed?
Hi. I am about to create a series of videos and was looking to purchase some adobe stock clips to use in the prodcution. Video 1 will be a 5 minute intro to the topic, with video 2 expanding on this, including interviews from industry bodies etc. I was wondering if I purchase an adobe stock video clip with the standard license, does this cover me for use in both films - or would I need to purchase the license twice? They are the same series, same branding etc, cover the same topic. I know some other sites allow this, but the adobe t&c's aren't very clear in regards to this?Any help would be greatly appreciated - if I can provid any further info please let me know. Thanks!
I've been trying to cancel the subscription. Extremely difficult to contact Adobe is right. A forum? Really? And other means of contact are nothing but broken links. To top it all off now in order to cancel I have to pay a whopper of a fee (178,45 € cancellation payment). This is a trap for consumers with free trials being the bait. I didn't even use the last month offer. Its useless to me. Nowhere did i see any mention of a cancellation fee. Adobe Stock is a complete scam. I want out. I want my plan canceled, my account deleted and I want the cancellation fee waived. Adobe should be ashamed. Ridiculous! This is the worst customer service experience. Shame on your deceptive trial offer and poor customer service. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I was basically forced onto Adobe Stock by using Dollar Photo Club. They were closed or bought by Adobe so my subscription of $10/m automatically transferred to Adobe. I was excited because now I still pay $10/m for 10 photos but now I have the Adobe brand on my side.Today I noticed my Adobe payments are not $10/m they are now $32/m. Okay no biggie I'll talk to the support agent tell him it's too expensive and I wish to cancel.Oh ho ho! Not so easy!Turns out if I cancel now I will:1. Lose my previously purchased image licenses (What the actual **** is this? I paid for those licenses why would I lose them!?)2. Incur the cancellation fee of all my remaining months in my annual contract which is 50% of the remaining month's payments. (Roughly $112)3. Lose access to my previously purchased images in Adobe Library. My advice:DO NOT get involved with Adobe Stock what-so-ever. There are many alternatives out there, sure the images will not be linked to your Adobe Library but it's a minor incon
Hi,Despite going through the Adobe Stock website's 'terms of use' section, the company i work for would like to have a thorough understanding of it in order to avoid future legal complications. I will now describe how we plan to use the images downloaded from Adobe Stock. Our adult game is a free-to-download app with in-game purchases but as mentioned before we will not be directly selling the pictures from Adobe Stock. The images downloaded are to be included in the game as minor content and will not be the key selling point. We will be preferably using them in game without modification. The images themselves will only be that of 2d silhouettes, landscapes (for e.g the Manhattan bridge in New York, or the Taj Mahal in India), unbranded adult items (sex toys) but NO real persons, logos or brands in our adult game. Therefore we would like to know whether Adobe Stock possesses the rights to all the images on it's website, including the right to sub-license it to us fo
Hello. I am new to Stock and was trying to seach for an illustration. I clicked on "illustrations" in the upper left and was given a seach bar that said, "search all illustrations." I put in my key words and search and I get photos and illustrations. How can I limit the search to just illustrations? Also, is there a way to zoom in on images? I am coming from using Getty which gives nice big previews and allows you to zoom in on images.
Hi, my CC plan doesn't include Stock. However, when I selected a free Stock InDesign template to download, a popup appeared saying I need to make an access request. I made the request but am now wondering roughly how long the process takes, or if I would even be granted at all. Screenshot attached, any help is appreciated.
I have a problem, my client sent me a link to the image I should buy, I bought it and downloaded. It turned out that the link they sent me was copied from another image and they claim that it re-directs to the wrong image (that I bought). The link was Beauty Woman Portrait with clean skin. Professional Makeup for Brunette. Beautiful Fashion Model Girl. Perfect Skin Cont… It was supposed to go to the image #198220168 but instead it leads to the image #195313233 that I bought. So, in short, is there any way we can switch the images? Please help.Ewa
How can I set the Adobe Stock language to English, if it's set to something else by default? I understand that the Stock page may be trying to help me by providing the interface in Swedish, since I'm physically in Sweden, but my preferred language is English, our professional language is English, and the search function on Adobe Stock is much much worse if you have to guess at machine-translated Swedish descriptions for the images. My Creative Cloud account is set to English, so why is there not a simple Change Language setting on Adobe Stock - or is there? I really hope there is, because this is a ridiculous way to offer a worse service with the intent of 'helping' me. Frustrating - I'll be grateful for any constructive help or workaround!

Why could this product be rejected?
I used a preview image from stock and was happy with how it looked so I licensed it and saved it to my library. Now when I go to place the image the image is unbelievably small and is so pixelated that it's unrecognizable when I enlarge it. If I hover over the graphic in my library it says the file size is it's true dimensions. It's an .ai file type and even in Illustrator it opens a micro image. When I was working with the preview it was fine and was a great resolution and size.
Oops, like several others I accidentally licensed a stock photo while looking for the one that I really wanted.I accidentally licensed#256168732 when I was trying to find #256168925 in the series. Could someone please help me un-license #256168732?Thanks!Albert
I purchased image 285005846 to use on my creatives. The file is a .ai/.eps format. When I open within Photoshop there are not multiple layers, just one layer, so i can not remove the background layer to make the image transparent. I have spent hours trying to find an answer. I do not use Illustrator. Can this be done in photoshop? Will I see the same problem for all adobe stock transparent images I try to download? If so can I be re-credited for this image that I am unable to use?
Hey i was trying to expand on an image but accidently licensed an image. It was a total mistake and please help me to remove that image license from my profile. The image ID is #291382652.
Sorry to bother you - but would love an update to the web licensing procedure that gave me a possibility to say NO if I hit a license button i.e. when scrolling while searching.I just licensed a hilarious picture I'll never find any use for And having it in my library just annoys me - with an else really nice service that I'm discovering as more and more useful. The file is #2337420All the bestRishi
Hello,I found a really nice image but it says Adobe Stock on it. If I obtain it via Adobe stock service, and I modify it, can I use it as a logo for my company?Thank you
Hello,I would like some advices to tranfer my account to adobe stock. I have my ID and password but it keep saying "Pour obtenir de l’aide, vous pouvez contacter notre service clientèle via ce formulaire." => contact support with the following form, but there is nothing when opening the link. Thank you for your help.
I would like to report the image at the link below. I believe this is an original piece of artwork by Sacree Frangine. On the Adobe Stock site, it is simply attributed to "John". https://stock.adobe.com/images/poster-design-with-young-african-americans-silhouettes-vector-illustration/356107410?prev_url=detail Here's a link to her original work https://www.instagram.com/p/CA0rd8nh6fd/
I single up for 1 months free with Adobe stock. Now I am being faced with a huge cancellation fee to get out of a contract I did not know I had entered into. There sees to be a huge amount of discontent with this billing practice on the Support forum. I believe this is a huge hip off and I don't feel I should pay.
Right now I'm fairly confused about the licensing terms but here's what I'm trying to do. I want to make an indie game (that I will sell commercially), and want to mix and match different Adobe Stock henna designs to create a tattoo for the protagonist's arm. What license would I need to do this? Would a Standard license work? If so, does the "viewing restriction" apply to games? Or do I need extended licenses?Thank you in advance!
I've bought a picture about adobe stock but after I downloaded it, I saw that the picture ist out of focus. How can the money I've paid be refunded?
I am among those who had an Dollar Photo Club membership, and put it to good use back in 2015-2016. I don't have a copy of the original royalty-free license agreement, but it seems this may be something you can help me track down? Many thanks for your help, and here is wishing you all the best. Sincerely - Roger Darnell
Hello everyone.I use adobe Portfolio for my main photography website and have successfully used Lightroom's integration with Portfolio, which works fine. Now I want to create a second website specifically for my Adobe Stock collections, ideally by directly integrating those collections from Adobe Stock into a new website created with Portfolio. The scant instructions available indicate one should go to the Adobe Stock collections, click on the three dots on the upper right corner of each collection's main thumbnail, and choose the "Share in Adobe Portfolio" option.Unfortunately, doing this pushes those collections into my main website, and after many attempts I've found no option, preference or setting, either in Adobe Stock or in Portfolio, to share them with the new website.I've been searching the web for references to this issue, with no luck so far.Any help will be greatly appreciated. 🙂
