I see that it says in the licenses for standard, enhanced, and extended that unlimited web views are a thing. I'm assuming this accounts for Youtube and social media. The thing that perplexes me though, are the 500,000 copies in the standard license. Does this mean physical, because if it does then why does the extended license specifically go over merchandise and products for resale? If the extended license is talking about merchandise, then what are the 500,000 copies referring to exactly? Also if I wasn't planning on selling merchandise, then does that mean a standard license would be enough if I just wanted to make a video for people to see? Could I charge a toll or something, so people could pay me to see the video online with a standard license?
Hallo, durch Zufall habe ich jetzt (nach 7 Jahren) herausgefunden, das ein Foto welches ich bei Fotolia zum Verkauf angeboten hatte, als Titelbild eines Taschenbuches ausgewählt wurde. Da ich auf Fotolia keine Zugriff mehr habe, habe ich auch keine Ahnung unter welcher Lizenz dieses Foto eigentlich verkauft wurde. Ich bekam weder eine Mitteilung noch sonst irgend eine Information über den Verkauf. Nun meine Frage;Wie bekomme ich heraus ob ich Anspruch durch den Verkauf meines Fotos durch Fotolia habe und welches Lizenzmodell muss eine Buchautorin zur Veröffentlichung (gedrucktes Medium) erweben um dieses Foto als Titelbild nutzen zu dürfen. Die Netzrecherche brachte keinen Erfolg und da Fotolia jetzt zu Adobe gehört, hoffe ich hier die Antworten auf meine Frage zu finden. Ich sage schonmal Danke für etwaige Antworten. DerSpitz
Hi, I recently purchased the 'Creative cloud apps' at the student rate. Upon checking my account for my purchase, the adobe stock programme is there too. I did not select the option to add this programme when purchasing the creative cloud app. Upon checking my adobe bill, I am being charged for this adobe stock programme to which I did not subsribe too. Can someone please advise how to remove this/ get a refund? Why am I being charged for a programme that I never subscribed to? Kind Regards, Shannon
Adobe stock used to state in the heading, how many credits I had earned. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 (not sure if this has any bearing) and now when I open Adobe Stock, there is no indication of account balance. I spent 30 minutes this morning searching for this information in my account tab and elsewhere but I cannot determine how many images I have. Where do I find this information?
Hi, i'm new using adobe stock, so i'd like to have some basic information about the use of photos. I've signed up for a monthlt subscription, so i can download 10 photos. I want to use this photos in a book that i'm writing, so i want to know: i have to write something under the photos like the name of the author? hi guys, I liked this mockup 243229189 which litarally says 'customize your design'. When I licenced and downloaded it, it was a plain JPG. Can I only use this with the text in it? Would be a bit disappointing and a waste of my credit.
Hi there I need to cancel my adobe stock subscription. I saw on the website there is a button to "cancel Plan" on the plan where you can manage the payment method, except that button is just not there, ergo you can't cancel it. Anyone can help me with that? It's not a great service honestly to have a support page that does not reflect (at least now) the way the account page really is like. /Manuel
Good evening, I made a subscription to Adobe Stock yesterday and want to use the pictures from there to incorporate them into other pictures, taken by myself, and to publish them dna after on Instgram and my own little website.I don't use any of the stock images without it being edited and thus, more or less strongly, altered.For example, an image of a night sky (taken) into which I want to insert a picture of a moon (stock image). This should simply be at the top right corner and will be changed in color and size.(All pictures I buy from Stock have the standard license)Do I have to insert a picture proof there or not? My second question is apply ing 500,000 thousand to web access only? demm in the Adobe Stock FAQ, the following sentence is"With this license you can use the licensed image permanently with an unlimited number of web accesses, but print runs or web accesses may not exceed 500,000..."does that mean it's unlimited web access or just 500,000? All image files downloaded are only .AI files. How can I get the JPEG version of this? Otherwise I cant use it for online.There is no 'reversal' of image charge, once downloaded. So stuck with the AI files.
I have been trying to reach a customer service representative for months to cancel and dispute and payments but absolutely no luck thus far. Doesn't matter if I'm texting with a representative who gives me broad, unclear responses or if I try to call the customer service number and sit on the phone for half an hour with 0 response. I wanted to try the photoshop app and then went I went to cancel a few months back the guy (only time I ever successfully talked to someone) said I could have another month for free plus stock. I've never actually used stock nor photoshop after the trial but have been dumbfounded at how hard it is to cancel or speak with someone. Please somebody, anybody HELP ME TO CANCEL THESE SERVICES!! Now I'm clicking on post and it won't even let me post this message to the community. Oh dear lord what happened Adobe?!
Hello, I was hoping someone could help me. I used Adobe Stock for a school assignment, it was the free trial. It was of good use, but knowing myself, I would never use it again so I cancelled the free trial. Somewhat a month later, I get a bill saying that I have to pay €36 for something I used on Adobe. I was dumbfounded and clueless because I never agreed to any subscription, I didn't even get any clue of what Adobe program I might have used that made this bill happen. I tried calling customer service a couple of times, but it didn't recognize the number, I tried e-mailing, but it wouldn't allow me to send an e-mail for whatever reason. On the billing, it said nothing about an annual subscription so I thought it might have been a one time thing, so I just decided to pay it and to put it behind me. I also went on PayPal and I saw that Adobe was in my automatic payments list, which I found really weird so I put it in my inactive list. I thought everything was okay again, turns out
I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy stock images on demand. When I noticed the charges months later, I immediately cancelled it and requested a refund, because I never used the service. I was told if only I wouldn't have hit the cancel button a refund could have been issued, but now there is no way to see the history of charges. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid $316 for something I didn't use. Help?

Hello there.I just licensed an image without noticing that it has a plus license instead of a standard license. As a result most of the credits of my credit pack are gone which are needed for other pictures for the client. I've read a few comments that other users are experiencing the same issue, but have not seen a great fix. I have tried clearing my cache and using every browser available on my computer (Chrome, Explorer, Edge) and I still can't get libraries to load. Searching and saving images seems to be fine, but not libraries. I did see a note that extensions may be the issue in Chrome, but I don't have extensions in the other browsers. I also work at a company with very strict security measures in place, so I cannot disable any of the extensions to see if that would help.Any insight as to how I can get these pages to load. I've been experiencing this issue for over 2 months now.

I'm trying to update billing info (update our expired CC) via Chrome.The message is "Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it." I've tried multiple times updating the credit card info, however, the alert persists.Now I'm trying to update again, and the error message is"An error occurredWe’ve encountered an error processing your information. Hi all, I have lost access to the email account I used to create my stock account. I cannot sign in before changing the password due to security. Who can I get in contact with to solve the issue? I can obviously now not sign in to contact Adobe through the website. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this, I tried to find a more accurate place but I saw that other users had also posted a similar issue in these forums, so I am posting here as well. I was trying to license this image from Stock - https://stock.adobe.com/fr/images/young-woman-showing-smooth-silky-skin-after-epilation-at-home/204326283?asset_id=204326287 and somehow I have some other image in my license history. I do not recall licensing or requesting the image that I received, but I have received this in the download and in my license history instead of the one in the link. Is it possible to remove the unwanted license and provide license rights to the one I was intending to license? I am not sure how this has happened but as I am a freelance designer, even a single image credit affects my billings and I was hoping there is some solution. Please let me know if it is possible that I could resolve the same.Kind regards
I had suspended subscription because I lost credit card. I lost 94 pictures when I updated my new credit card. Now I have only 8 pictures. What I have to do to get back my pictures?
