I just downloaded ai-format adobe stock image #203804824 but when I open it in Illustrator CS5 or Photoshop CS5 it just gives me a page full of Russian text.
Scrolling though the Adobe images, I accidently clicked on the license button for image # 206501260. How do I un-license this image and add it to the licenses available?
Hello Sheena, This also happened to me. I accidentally licensed an image by double clicking on it and would like that credit back. Can you please help? It is even a bad image I can't use for anything. The image number is: AdobeStock_136183080thanks,Lourdes
Hallo! Ich habe ein Abo mit 10 Bildern pro Monat. Im letzten Monat sind aber keine 10 neuen dazu gekommen, scheint mit. Kann ich irgendwo den Verlauf sehen oder erkennnen, an welchem Tag im Monat die 10 Bilder dazu kommen?
For the obvious reason that Adobe stinks as a company, I can't get anyone in the "chat" to actually know what the freak I'm trying to suggest to them.Does anyone else get frustrated that you waste a download on a file that doesn't work (flattened jpeg that has the text description in the download!), or has some other feedback that you want to leave for other users, and the artist, and there's NO WAY TO?!! What sort of "store" doesn't let you rate or review a product?! Oi, I love to hate Adobe...
This is crazy. I submited several images with people absolutely not recognisable with face/head turned away.......and still they send me email asking for model release form. What is going on? if you can't see the face of the person why would you requre Model release ?! Are all submited images curated by maschine or computer?
In unserem Abo haben wir einen Preis von 1,99 Euro/Standardbild.In der FAQ steht:"Für die zusätzliche Lizenz gilt ein entsprechend Ihrem Abonnement vergünstigter Preis." Diese Information verstehe ich so, dass zusätzlich benötigte Bilder ebenfalls 1,99 Euro/Standardbild kosten.Sehe ich das richtig?Was genau passiert, wenn die Lizenzen verbraucht sind und ich weitere Bilder benötige? Bekomme ich dann für jedes einzelne Bild eine Rechnung? Wäre prima, wenn mir da schnell jemand helfen kann.
Hallo,nach Kauf von Credits (bereits gutgeschrieben) erscheint beim Download der Rechnung folgende Fehlermeldung:Ihr Abo ist abgelaufen. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Rechnungsangaben, um es wieder zu aktivieren.Haben alles überprüft aber die Fehlermeldung ist trotzdem noch aktiv.
I accidentally bought the wrong image. I had been saving previews to get approvals on before purchasing, and I have my credit refunded.I also believe one reason this may be a frequent problem is the location of the save preview and license buttons. They are right next to each other and wouldn't take much to accidentally select the wrong one.
Hello,I don't know how you guys manage to do that but I've been enrolled in a yearly subscribtion plan charged 35€/month. I've already lost 35€ for nothing. Thankfully, I managed to block Adobe to take more of my money from my PayPal account, but now I can't even cancel my subscription.I've seen that I'm supposed to pay a termination fee to cancel my subscription (well, I still don't even know how to do it). I'm really outraged. I've been using Adobe services for more than 10 years without a single problem, but THIS is a practice I can't cope with.Please cancel my subscription and waive that termination fee the same way you did to others "forced customers". Thank you
Hi there,I have used image previews on a clients staging website. I have accidentally deleted the original preview files, and so do not have any #id or filename to assist my search. I am unable to locate in Adobe Stock’s search… is it possible to identify these images? Many thanks
Hallo,ich habe nun mehrfach versucht ein Bild zu lizensieren und es wird mir wiederholt ein Fehler hinsichtlich der Zahlungsmethode angezeigt. Es heißt, dass ich meine Zahlungsinformationen ändern solle, wobei die angegebene Zahlungsmethode für mein CC Abo ohne Probleme funktioniert.Leider bekomme ich keine Art von Support weder Telefonisch noch von den "Hilfe" Ressourcen.Danke,

Hi, there. I previewed two Stock photos by the same photographer, for use as a magazine cover(s) that's 11" x 13". I could not tell in the previews that both photos were out of focus. If I were using the photos at a smaller size, it likely wouldn't matter. But I cannot use the photos at 11" x 13" and need to return them/receive credit back for both.At only 10 photos available per month, 2 out-of-focus, unusuable photos is 20% unusuable photos for the month. I've just had this image rejected for "Image Quality" and am confused. If judgement is that it's either a crappy image or that it's been poorly processed, I'll take that ... but might it have been quickly judged as 'out of focus?' The submitted file was much larger and within required size specs. I'd appreciate thoughts from other members. Thanks.

Hi there I would like to make sure if I understand correctly. My question is:If I buy a standard licneced image of a man with a backpack and remove the backpack and replace it (in Photoshop) with one of my own backpack designs is it allowed? And am I allowed to use the new composite in my on line shop to show off my backpack?Thanks Martina

I signed up for Adobe Stock as a trial and now I want to cancel. I don't see an option to cancel and it's telling me to contact an administrator or IT support. If anyone has any advice for how I can cancel this subscription, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am a freelance designer and my customer has shared thier image library for a booklet I am putting together. I believe they have already licensed the images - How can I get the high res versions in place of the watermarked versions without buying them myself? Do I need the client to do something special on their end to allow me full access?ThanksSusan

Hi,Posting on the forum since I cant seem to resolve this using Chat. I have had adobe stock subscriptions previous years without any problem. Last year, I cancelled the account since I didnt have as much graphic need for it. Recently, I found myself needing to download stock images again so I signed up for the yearly subscription and in July 3rd, the first payment went through (Order ADB066588045) but no credits are allocated on my account and every time I want to download, it asks me to buy the subscription again. When I go on manage account, it says that I have a monthly subscription for 10 assets per month for $29.99. I have contacted the chat help several times and they said that they have escalated it and to just create new accounts, sign up for trial so I can download images - which I did! But I dont want to keep doing this as Im afraid that I will not be able to cancel in time and get charge twice. So I kept chatting and all they keep t
