I need to change invoice data, such as company name and address. How can I do that?

I licensed this image: FILE #: 97081185It wasn't until after the fact that I realized it is a JPEG file, not an AI. Am I missing something? How do I create a seamless pattern with this? The images have drop shadows over them, and the ones in the middle are TINY. What the heck? Please help.

Hi,I downloaded this banner background image and noticed that there are horizontal line artifacts that are extremely difficult to erase without having to go through a lot of trouble.  I noticed them first when i bumped up the contrast to create a displacement map.  At any decent size these lines are visible and are clearly not supposed to be part of the image.If i had to guess, I'd say this was a vector graphic at one point that was saved as jpeg and the author left the artifact in by accident.  Anyway, I want to report it and if possible be refunded the spent credit for the image.

Downloaded File # 179970625I can not open this file in AI. I've downloaded it directly to my computer, and also tried opening it from my CC Libraries directly in AI. Nothing happens, Freezes up (beach ball of death). All other files open fine. Attached is a photo of what it looks like in Photoshop (does not look like the full graphic). Please advise.

I downloaded a template for a business card, and was given a completely different file when I went to open it.  I would really like the template that I selected, but it keeps giving me a different file.

I received an email stating that I did not have enough funds to cover the monthly charge for Adobe Stock. While I did grab some free images during the trial period, I found that they were too much of a hassle to convert formats for them to use for my purposes so I didn't use them nor did I come back to get the rest of what I was allotted and ended up forgetting about this account. I need to cancel it ASAP. Please fix this issue in the future as it really seems that once you have customers locked in with a free trial, you don't provide them with an easy or user-friendly way to cancel the membership should they end up not even using it as I did which kind of gives the impression that once we are members, we cannot cancel without jumping through several hoops. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD. I do not want to redeem the rest of the images "owed" to me, I just want the account canceled. Worst service I have experienced since my high school bully got a job at Best Buy!

I'd like if a staff member could cancel my Adobe Stock membership plan.I signed up for the 10 photos trial and cancelled my membership but it obviously did not work!I only used one stock photo and that was for due to the fact that I did not have time to create my own.Can someone cancel my membership ASAP? Out of the blue I get an email saying my payment method for Adobe Stock needs to be updated! I haven't signed up for Adobe Stock! I had it several months ago, but cancelled it, now out of nowhere  it comes back wanting another $28. Please cancel this POS product! What a total scam. You website sucks and is completely unhelpful and does not provide any means to cancel this stupid product that I did not sign up for.I would appreciate immediate feedback that this has been resolved. I'm suddenly having the same problem. I can't download previews - pixel or vector. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari. I have logged out and logged back in on all 3 browsers.

Hallo, seit 2 Tagen kann ich keine Fotos mehr lizensieren. Es ging immer automatisch. Einfach lizensieren, 9.99 Euro via Paypal, fertig.Jetzt werde ich auf die Stock Seite weitergeleitet und ich sollte ein Abo oder Credits kaufen. Beides ist nicht möglich, weil beim Kauf immer eine Fehlermeldung kommt. Leider finde ich nirgendwo einen Service oder Service Nummer der mir helfen kann.Weiß hierzu jemand bescheid, warum es beim Credit Kauf immer zum Systemfehler kommt?

I have the same question. I don't need a abo, I just wan't to licence single images from time to time. Until now that was always possible (CHF 11.85 for an image). Now that option is gone... very frustrating!

Hi Can you help to cancel my subscription of Adobe stock?

Am I crazy, or does Fotolia sale extended licenses for much cheaper than Adobe stock?  Most extended license images on Fotolia go for 30 points (about $40) as opposed to Adobe stocks flat rate of $79.99!!!  What am I missing here?  I feel like the internet is trying to pressure me into only using Adobe stock.  I'm an artist that uses photographs as the basis of my paintings.  I spend several thousands of dollars a year on extended license to protect myself.  Can someone please explain to me why there is such a price difference?  Thanks,Patrick

I recently was moved by my employer from single user to Enterprise ETLA licensing. I have an Adobe Stock under the old license account that did not move to my enterprise license. And since I'm in Enterprise licensing I can no longer access Adobe Stock with my Adobe ID (which is the same for both). I need to obtain this month's invoice, as well as access the Stock assets. Help!!! I used adobe stock free trial to download 10 watermark free hi res images for my business website but I have had a very angry comment made by one of the copyright owners calling me a thief saying i had no right to use it on my website. I checked the license terms and was under the impression this was legitimate use. Have I misread the terms and subsequently 'stolen' the image...?
