I can use a stock logo as part of a website only as a public appearance not as an brand logo. I would not try to License that as an official brand logo.

I literally just downloaded an image and was upset it wasn't vector. In searching how to report it, came across this thread and when I read this comment... Some mornings I tell you! Downloaded the actual file now.

I had 26 credits left last month, had payment trouble for a few days and got Adobe Stock account during that time effectively suspended (I couldn't even download the paid for images), and when I paid for a new month I got only 40 new credits and no carryover credits. Is this normal?I'm on annual plan with a month to month payment.I get not getting new credits when I didn't pay at once for a new month, but thos 26 credits were paid for and I should be able to use them freely.

Hi. I just canceled my 1 month trial and downloaded 10 stock images.Is there any licensing document which I can save in order to proof I have a legal license for the pictures I got and use?I cant find any and would feel better if I had a license, just in case anybody asks.

As a CC user, I would like to try out Adobe Stock, but I really don't need to subscribe on a regular monthly plan.Now I've seen these two plans, but need to confirm the difference... other than the price!?Question 1: What is the difference between Annual plan, paid monthly and Monthly Plan? Is the Monthly Plan, just a one off payment for 350 standard images?Question 2. How long do I have to download the 350 images... would I have to use my quota up in that month?

Using Stock today noticed that I no longer can find the option to filter image types by photo, vector or illustration.If that's unclear I mean I can no longer filter the search results to show only vector images, or only illustrations, or only photographs.Is this a glitch?Please don't tell me this filter has been removed.I fear I might get banned for saying mean, non-pc things about Adobe if they indeed removed the ability to filter images in this way.PLEASE.....I don't want to bad:(   I want to be good.UPDATE:   It seems the filtering is just a little glitchy.  I went back the stock page and the "subcategory" filters were there.  However when I clicked on one of them they vanished again.  So.....it's just a technical problem...not a mental problem.

Nun möchte ich für alle 6 Dateien erweiterte Lizenzen erwerben - gibt es irgendwo einen Warenkorb, in den ich die Dateien bewegen kann, damit ich den Gesamtpreis sehen und entsprechend viele Credits kaufen kann? Oder muss ich wirklich jede Datei einzeln kaufen?Die Usability von Adobe Stock finde ich im Vergleich zu Fotolia KATASTROPHAL. Mehrfach habe ich unbeabsichtigt Dateien über mein Abo lizenziert; mir fehlt ein "wollen Sie wirklich kaufen"-Schritt oder ein Warenkorb zwischen ”Datei auswählen" und „kaufen"!Liebe Grüße, Holger

It happened again to me, just scrolling through images, tapped on my laptop trackpad and accidentally purchased an image I have no use for. All the thumbnails are small on a laptop screen and the purchase button takes up about 1/4 of that space. Combine that with there being no confirmation window asking if I'm sure I want to purchase this image, and that is a frustrating user experience that costs money. That's bad design. Customer support refunded me another point, and I appreciate that, but I'd rather not deal with this again in the future. A 2-step process would easily solve this issue and I'm sure is quite simple to implement. Anyone else bothered this? Or am I the most clumsy user here? haha

Hi,I just signed up today and wanted to download my images.  I accidentally downloaded an image that I didn't want so had to go and download the right one, they were similar so didn't realise the first one downloaded as am just getting used to the webiste.  Then I downloaded an image that is an EI file type which I can't use...I only realised this after I downloaded it.  Can I change these 2 images? Hello, last week I have downloaded three Adobe stock pictures. I have received one bill for only one of the photos which I can see in my account, but two are still missing. I need them for my organization.

Why are we paying so much money for things we have no rights to? what can we use them for if we have no rights to them? If I want to use photos on my website as stated if used in web browser it will keep watermark it is useless on my website.

Suppose I print/make copies of a modified stock photo for a package/box cover for a product, include an instruction booklet with the art on the cover, and include a large poster of the art as a freebie/promotional item. Do I need multiple E licenses and are there any printing limits?Moreover, if I have to later make production corrections or updates/modify the product and art to fix printing or product related issues, how do i know if and when I need new licenses and how many?Thanks.

Je souhaite être garantie qu’aucune action en contrefaçon de droit d’auteur ne pourra être dirigée à l’encontre de mes clients ou des clients de mes propres clients. Pouvez-vous me confirmer que votre société a pris les dispositions nécessaires à cet effet auprès des auteurs de ces photographies mises en ligne
