Questions

I am trying to understand the following license phrase. "Cannot use asset prominently in merchandise or products for resale"I was planning to use a stock photo of a woman from the waist up on my website. I sell hair extensions and hair products on my website. The photo would be used as the front page main photo with some text. The photo would only be used on the website and there would be no printed material. Do I need to have an extended license for this purpose?

Hi! We are a team of social media developers. We are currently developing a platform and we have planned to use many contents from Adobe Stock. We have read the standard license agreement (we are interested in the 750 images / month plan) and since we don't want to go against the agreements, we write here to better understand what we can do with these stock photos. In the license agreement we read that you can use the images on social media but you have to make sure that other users can't download the files. This is the point of greatest confusion, since there is no website that has total security regarding file sharing. You can protect the site in every way possible but there is always a 1% chance that a very knowledgeable person will be able to download the photo. Now we list the strategies we put into practice to protect the files on our platform and we kindly ask you to tell us if we can violate the license agreement in any way.1) We use CSS + JavaScript protection so that all possibl

Danke schon malBruno

we noticed that Adobe stock has been charging us since May but neither my husband or I dont know how or why this started. i had to start a new login to figure it out and can't seem to find a phone number to clear this up. HELP!

i signed up for the adobe stock free trial, because the premise of 10 free images and being able to cancel within the first month looked good. Now in the tail period want to cancel it, but there is no cancellation option in 'manage plan' (as you can see in image attached) please cancel my adobe stock subscription. Thank you, shoham

I have read the forums that relate to my question, I can't cancel the Adobe Stock subscriptions. I have tried everything, even follow every stops and nothing works. Logged out and log back in, still nothing. See the attached images, there is no CANCEL button. I have constantly been on trying to cancel it for 4 weeks and keep getting emails to update my bill payment but I will not do that because I have no use of this stock app. Please cancel it for me, just the Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month.

Hello, I'm writing here because I saw an "Adobe Stock" payment of 35,99€ was taken from my account, but I only had the free trial. I had cancelled my account before because I just wanted to look for some images, and I didn't have needs anymore from this service. I cancelled my subscription. By the way, I didn't received any reminder for this payment. I really don't understand why it was taken. I'm upset, because 36€ is a lot for me, I'm just student. Good evening.

I've just done by christmas food shopping.  I came to pay.  No funds.  Why? Because Adobe just took $178.16 out of my account.  With no advice at all.  $178.16! What for? I contacted your office earlier to cancel this subscription. Which I cancelled in the previous month.  I realised, however, the cancellation was only from October 2019.  Having already taken $39.59 yesterday, I was expecting a refund.  The customer rep I spoke with alluded that a refund would be due.At no point was an extra charge of $178.16 mentioned in the discussion. Please respond.

I purchased a license for a vector image and when I downloaded it the quality is horrible - -hardly looks like the same image! Anyone else experience that? Can I get a refund of that photo credit so I can find something that's actually usable??  the file was: AdobeStock_63099267. Supposed to be smooth swirly smoke, and instead it's all bulky pixelated.... yuck.

I too purchased an image (#167987190) it has horrible hard edged overlays, and vignette edges throughout. Who is checking the quality of these images?

Please cancell my subscription. Cant find anywhere cancellation button. I allready visited My Plans - no button!

I pay $29.99 per month to stock adobe images and get 10 images per month. My unused image credits have always rolled over from one month to the next. The amount of images I use varies month-to-month depending on my projects. I have been a member for multiple years - started on Dollar Photo Club. All of a sudden, my image credits are zero. I still had quite a few image credits as of last month. I have not un-enrolled. I was not notified about this. I don't understand.

I've seem to have lost all my adobe stock credits after I unsubscribed. Is there any chance I can get them back? I had over 60 credits, and I'm shocked that I would just lose them. I was planning on banking them for the future. Are they gone for good? Can I resubscribe to get them back?

I used one free photo from the 10 free stock photos that I was allocated and now I don't know what happened to my other 9 free photos. I wanted to download another photo and was charged for it even though I should still have 9 free.Anyone else have this problem?ThanksZoe

Hi - I just downloaded a holiday image and discovered it's really bitmapped even at 900dpi. It looks like a poor quality scan of a greeting card, and I'm nervous to use if it there's a copyright violation. Can you please check on this image  AdobeStock_229855831If it is original artwork they're licensing, they need to provide a better quality image.  Thanks!(PS - it would be nice if Adobe would provide a "report a problem" function. It's difficult to find a way to contact you and submit an issue)Holiday greeting card with inspiring handwritten words in Christmas wreath shape. Word Cloud design.By TeddyandMia

Hi Sheena, I have the same problem, my card was charged last December 19th, but still I don't get my 10 new licenses.  I had a chat with adobe support and they said I had to log out and then log in again to adobe stock, I did it but that didn't work, then they said I had to wait a few hours to get my 10 new licenses, I did it, but until now still says I have "0 images available". Can you help me out with that?

How can i cancel my adobe stock subscribtion?I started with the free trial, and now this is gettin way to expensive for not even using it. I´m definitley the one to blame when it comes to not cancelling it before the end of the free trial. but now i want to cancel it, and i can´t. there is no such thing like a cancel button next to the stock icon.and i appear to be not the only one who is frustrated about this. Btw, it says that your service center is open from monday to friday, it is monday and no communication is possible at all!a dissapointed customer

Boa noite! Qual o número máximo de usuários posso acrescentar no plano e qual o critério para esses usuários, precisam ter algum vínculo?

Hello, you can return the funds withdrawn from the card 16/12/18. The product is very expensive and I would like you to give me back the money for Adobe Stock

Hello, I am trying to delete my Adobe 1 month free trial. There is nowhere for me to cancel it, I have spent hours and its very frustrating.  I have other adobe programs and none of them are as frustrating as this is. Can someone please walk me through how to cancel it before I get charged for it?

I am an Adobe Creative Suite subscriber and recently tried Adobe Stock. The selection is amazing and I like the service, but I didn't need it and cancelled. I still have 18 images available to use, but when I try to download an image, I am directed to my account payment page - where everything is paid up and fine... ? Can I use the 18 images showing available to me?
