So I understand my DFC migration offer ended in February. So today I get billed $32 for the new adobe plan. That's fine, if that's your price, it's your price. But now I want to cancel my membership. When I go to do so, I'm going to get billed $175 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me? So when was I supposed cancel? Or when can I cancel without getting slapped with your ridiculous fee? Was this hidden in your fine print? DFC was easy, seamless, and no hidden charges. Switching over to Adobe has been anything but easy.

Hi, i am trying to update to creative cloud, purchased only photoshop and stock photos by accident
I wonder as a new contributor , Can i share a low preview of my Adobe stock submissions .. on behance or other locations ?
Hi-I'd like to use an Adobe Stock image on a product label for a client. They only want to use royalty-free images, with UNLIMITED print use.The standard Adobe Stock License is limited to 500,000 printed, and my client doesn't want that.I saw on Adobe Stock's License Terms page that there is an "Enhanced License" and an "Extended License", and it seems that BOTH are free of the 500,000 restriction. But what is the difference between these two licenses? Which do I need? Why would I go with one and not the other?I can't seem to find answers to this anywhere. If anyone can help me with this, I would be extremely grateful! Thanks.
Hi there,I know it might be a silly question but please can someone confirm for me how the pricing for Adobe Stock for teams works?Basically, we are looking to purchase 750 standard assets for £128/per month. We currently have team of 9 people who are using full Creative Cloud apps. Does it mean that all 9 people will be able to use those 750 images for £128/month or we will have to purchase 9 licences x£128? I just received this information from my IT administrator and would like to clarify as it doesn't make sense to me.Thank you!
Hi,All my Stock credits have disappeared. My membership is still active but subscription is expired.I remember over 30 credits not used in my account. It seems Adobe Stock has no chat support in italy, No phone support. No email support.Let me know.RegardsAlberto
I am subscribed to Adobe Stock along with other services. Why does the Stock page in the Cc desktop app look like an advertisement ("Get 10 free Adobe Stock images.") rather than something that looks like access to my St subscription? This and the impossibility of figuring out how to simply download licensed images is very frustrating.
Hi. I had an account with DollarPhotoClub, I transfered to Adobe Stock and had 100+ downloads still available a week or two ago. Now I logged in and there's none. Are those credits gone? I did not receive any email about this change.
Hello,I need advice, if I make photomontage and final visual is for over 500 000 views, do I have buy extended license for each photo used in my photomontage? thank you
Why am I getting .ai files when I downloaded 2 photos? And they used up 2 credits. Anyone else?
Since Dollarphoto is now defunct, are we able to print our web images on brochures for outreach purposes.
I downloaded an image that has 4 different sticky notes images, however once I opened the file on my computer, only a fraction of the image is visible. Any suggestions?
Hi, my team would like to try Adobe Stock before buying annual pack. Is there any plan for just a month?Another question, is there any other plan for teams? Because the 40 assets is not enough, 750 assets too much to us. Thanks for your answer!
I am TRYING to use an Adobe Stock photo I just purchased: "Money Jar With White Label Isolated on White By Carolyn Franks." Photoshop give me an error message "This application does not support the editing of banknote images."I understand the anti counterfeiting efforts, but this is a photo of crumpled up money in a glass jar, so I don't understand why Photoshop won't open the image. Is there some way to get Photoshop to open this image?WHY does Adobe Stock sell & license images that can't be used in Photoshop? Thanks for any help.JimP.S. The FAQs provided no help. A search through this Adobe forum revealed this same question being asked in 2015... with no solution provided by Adobe.
I keep getting this popped up whenever I get done ULing a series of images to AS, and am getting ready to go tag/name the files. Any ideas how to stop it?Especially since any files I might want to get rid of from my portfolio don't seem to have the delete option specifically listed at Adobe Stock.
Tell me please the newcomer, I'm trying to appload the zip archive with the files on the drain, but the window displays the following message: "Failed to save some changes. Correct the items highlighted in red below and try again." But I have everything filled correctly and nowhere is there any red marks.
HelloI have a question about the ranking of the picture. How the order of appearance of the images is defined for a search? Is it just with word key ? Or is there an human intervention to evaluate quality of image ? if 2 pictures have the same description and key word, how is define the ranking in a search? Thank you so much for your response.
Adobe needs to rethink the whole Adobe Stock UI. At the moment it is real easy to select an image that is exclusive and can cost upwards of $500. For an agency, that would not be a problem, but for a freelancer, it is unrealistic.
If I want to remove the adobe stock option from my creative cloud plan, but keep creative cloud and just switch plans, will my unused adobe stock credits remain, or are they tied specifically to my adobe stock subscription instead of my creative cloud subscription?
I like an image (99182350) in adobe stock, but it has a lot of icons on top of the photo. I would like to manipulate the icons, removing some, and changing the people to words. Is this possible?[Moved from the Lounge (which is where you can "connect with your peers" from across all of Adobe's products for conversations that don't directly relate to help and support) to a product-specific support forum - moderator]
It is frustrating when you're searching for a certain type of photo, and the results are littered with photos that have nothing to do with the search term. Example, I was looking for volunteering and these were just three of hundreds that don't match volunteering: 35902009, 118369947, and this 13179639.There needs to be a quick and easy way to report photos that are tagged incorrectly.
Are there any examples on how to properly credit a photo when using it for a book cover?
I migrated from Dollar Photo club and now that the deal is over I am being charged triple. I would like to cancel my stock subscription, I keep reading in these forums that Adobe will make me pay for the entire year if I cancel, is this true?
In the FAQ/ Usage and LicensingIn answer to the question: Do I need to add a photo credit?“We require a photo credit to be added only when using the image in an editorial article or for social media.” Elsewhere in this forum it implies that one has to use credits … I am confused. I am creating some posters for resale (purchasing the extended license) From the FAQ response it seems I don’t have to credit Adobe or the photographer … right?
