Leider habe ich gestern aus Versehen ein Bild gekauft für das wir keinerlei Verwendung haben (Nr.: #65272924). Wir haben es dementsprechend auch nicht eingesetzt für einen unserer Kunden. Gibt es daher die Möglichkeit, dass man die Lizensierung rückgängig machen kann? Vielen lieben Dank vorab

It is such a pity the vareity and individuality lost by the overwhelming amount of AI images. They all look the same, the overwhelming ammount have caused  interesting "human made" images to almost dissapear. . It is harder to create images and it is slower to, so now you can only find this homogeneous material. Stock images have lost so much with this AI revolution

If you purchase a plugin and then allow your subscription to lapse. Is that plugin cost forfeited? In my case, I had a subscription, purchased a plugin and then let my subscription lapse as I wasn't using the applications frequently. I now have a new subscription with a new email address and obviously my plugin is not available. Do I need to repurchase or is there any solution available to me to regain access?

I purchased a pack of 80 credits and have 68 left. Yesterday afternoon (after licensing multiple vectors using my credits) I attempted to license a vector and received this error message: "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." I'm receiving the same error message today, regardless of what I attempt to license. Does anyone have a phone number for support that will put me through to a real person? Or a solution? Thanks!

Can you cancel the Adobe stock subscription after making a mistake of creating another subscription using a different email?

Hello. My stick figure illustration (AI generated) below was rejected due to "Refusal of Intellectual Property". This happens from time to time. Of course, I send such submissions without knowing the situation in question. But I don't know what is protected by intellectual property and what is not. (I also read Adobe's list of known copyrighted works, but I didn't see any reference to stick figures, if I remember correctly) I wonder if there is a reliable website where I can check the intellectual property of my work before uploading it to Adobe Stock? Thank you.

We have a company that creates material for klients using Adobe stock images.The klients then want access to the material to later on be able to create thing with the images.The licenses of the images can be transfered in Adobe stock to that klient (company) but the text also states that a written agreement is needed?Please note that a license can only belong to either you or your customer (not both), and that a license can only be transferred to a customer via a legally valid written agreement between you and the customer. Also, keep in mind that this action cannot be undone and that the status and information about the transfer (customer's name and additional notes) will be visible to all users in your organization.I was just wondering if this really is needed, or will it be enough only using the licens "transfer" in Adobe stock? They already have a contract with the customer to create material for them. ThanksChris

I want to cancel my account without being charged. This is the first time that I've seen a company lock you into a year and force you to pay. Not good business.

Dear sir/madam,I recently signed up for a 14 day trial and there wasn't anything said about a yearly contract after these 14 days. However, now I'm being charged 37 euros per month for a year for something I didn't sign up for! I recently found out that I've already paid this amount twice without even knowing it! I'm super frustrated about this and the fact that if I cancel and still have to pay half of it makes it even worse. How do I run reports in my Adobe Stock Account to identify assets downloaded per user?

I wrote on Adobe Stock chat and was told if our website is monetary, we cannot use the images we purchased which is not what I was told before and the legal doc doesn't not say that either.The page below is our main website for advertising purposes but the builder is a separate app where we sell memberships.From what I have read, we are completely legal in how we have used these.The reason I reached out was to ask about our social media graphics. If we share those with other users to advertise our business and theirs to build these websites using our system, is that within the scope of standard licensing? I am trying to make a wallpaper mural with a stock photo. The resolution is 5242 x 2949px and 6318 kb. The mural needs to be 10 x 14 ft. But the printing software says that resolution is too low. Do stock photos ever come with higher resolution? Is there any way to buy a higher resolution of this photo?

Went through my media library and found several images that could no longer be downloaded. In some cases, the artist themselves seemed to no longer be available on Adobe Stock. They're noted as "this media file is no longer available." * I would like to know why images that have previously been licensed have suddenly been removed from the site? * I would like to know in what capacity these images can still be used? (I did license them after all).* If they cannot be used because of copyright issues or whatnot, I would like to know how that would legally affect things if they have already been used in publications? Hi guys, hoping someone can help me here..  I've noticed lots of images I've purchased over the years are showing up as unlicenced when I go to use the image again. When I hover over the thumbnail in the libraries panel it clearly shows as licenced. When dragged into PS / IL / ID etc i get the water marked version. All software / CC is up to date. I've been purchasing images again as I need them quickly. 😞 Any feedback grately appreciated. I love the new GenAI features such as Generative Edits, and using an existing image as style / composition reference! When using Adobe Stock generative edit to make change to an image such as remove or replace the background or expand image, there seems to be no option to download the edited image. Clicking on the license button on the top right gives me an "Unable to Edit" pop-up error message: "Generative Eidts can only be made before you license your photo or illustration. To continue editing this image, please use Adobe Crative Cloud".  I have no option but to exit out of the editor. Then there is no longer an "Edit" option on Adobe stock for the same image. It took me a while to figure out that I can go to my libarary and under "Generated by you" to find my edited image for download. Suggestions for better UI/UX: It would be great to indicate to the userin the GenAI editor on how to download the edited image.
