I have reported this issue a number of times already. Just letting you know that nothing has changed. French language it is. EVERYTHING is set to English in my OS (Win11pro), all of my apps, including the CC.

Hello, I licensed an Adobe Stock image (#422300805) and downloaded it as a vector image. I've tried putting into Illustrator and Photoshop, but it appears as only one layer so I cannot remove the transparency grid. I've tried looking at other posts here, but either the solution hasn't worked or isn't descriptive enough for me to understand. I am a beginner with these applications FYI! Thanks in advance!

Hello,Two problems; I would like for someone with Adobe to please help me out ASAP. I tried chatting (closed) and calling (also closed).(This, in and of itself, is frustrating that such a large enterprise appears to offer no weekend support hours whatsoever.)(1) I have the full Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock plan;In the past, whenever I've exceeded my monthly allotment for stock images, I have been given the option to pay as I go, $2.99 per image.Now, I am being prompted to purchase a new subscription, which for obvious reasons, I do not want to do. (I already have one.) Is this just a bug?(2) I would like to be able to rename a kit in Adobe Fonts, fka TypeKit. This used to be possible, but now I do not seem to be given the option to.Would someone with knowledge of a solution please comment here or feel free to email me or call me directly? Thank you!Chris

Bonsoir,J'ai découvert récemment la fonctionnalité adobe stock et en voulant telecharger certaines vidéos via l'essai gratuit de 30 jours je me retrouve facturé pour une d'entre elle (15sec) la modique somme de 20 euros. Je n'ai pas fais attention en cliquant (surtout que l'opération ne ma rien demandé comme coordonnées de carte bancaire et s'est fait instantanément après mon clique). En plus je n'en aurai aucune utilité edonc c'est rageant. Savez vous ç tout hasard comment faire remonter le problème et demander un remboursement ? Merci bcp pour votre aide

Just like the title says I am being sued for an image I purchased on Adobe Stock.  In the terms and conditions it says: " we will defend any thirdparty claim, action, or legal proceeding made against a person or entity during the term of the Terms that alleges that you or your Affiliate’s use of the Indemnified Stock Asset or Indemnified Firefly Output directly infringes the third-party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or privacy rights (“Infringement Claim”). We will pay thedamages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities directly attributable to an Infringement Claim and which are either finally awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a written settlement agreement signed by us." The problem is I have been trying for a week to get in touch with Adobe's legal department and have had no luck.  I was wondering if anyone else has been in this spot and could point me in the right direction.

while getting images for a project (under pressure) on adobe stock accidently bought a single image that cost 380 pounds. This is more than I'm actually getting paid for the project. How do I get a refund (have not used the image)   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Licensed an abstract editable text, but the font is not included?! What is the point of licensing it if you can not actually edit it with the same font, the font doesn't even show in illustrator. Is there a second download for the font or how to request a refund of my credit.Thank you,Penny

I accidentally licensed an image that was 67 credits instead of 1 credit. How do I reverse this transaction to restore access to my 67 credits... that's 67 images I could license. I didn't even realize images could be more than 1 credit and I was downloading about 10 different images I wanted to use. I was clicking through the normal process to license images and didn't realize this particular image was asking for 67 credits.

I have the $599/yr subscription and have downloaded over a hundred free images since January. Suddenly today, in Adobe Stock, I tried to download an image and got a pop up that said "You've reached your daily limit of free downloads" AND offers for me to start a free trial when I have a paid subscription??? This was my first free image I was trying to get today and I have NEVER seen this since I started using Adobe Stock when I have downloaded a dozen in a day sometimes in the past. What's happening?

HelloI took a free trial of the adobe stock a and added my bank details in it. It was shown on the website that I could cancel the subscription within 7 days, which means no amount will be charged from my account. I cancelled the subscription within 7 days and got the confirmation mail. But now, my account has been charged 36 euros for the plan. and moreover when I try to cancel the plan it is showing to pay 160 euro as an early cancellation fee. I have proof of the cancellation mail i received from adobe. I tried tocontact them by all means, but they are not responding. what should i do?

I'm using stock to generate an image (cartoon). I can get close to an appropriate image, but it is almost always cut off by framing.For example - arms, bottom of legs and other elements are usually outside of the picture edge.  How can I ask stock AI to generate entirely within the frame?
