회사에서 일하는 디자이너 4명. 저는 주로 Adobe '스톡 이미지'만을 사용하고 있으며 내 계정에 대해서만 주식을 계약하려고 합니다. 하지만 제가 다운로드한 스톡 이미지를 다른 디자이너에게 나누어 드릴 수 있습니다. 문제가 있을 수 있나요?

Be warned this is not a happy post ...I'm so dissappointed in Adobe RN, I too signed up with free subscription to adobe stock and ended up on a seemingly un-cancelable subscription. I have been trying to cancel since Dec 2022 and always get told there will be a massive cancellation fee for something I have NEVER used and get offered all sorts of deals which I ended up agreeing to because it was the only option otyher than pay an exorbitant amount.Finally again I see the monthy instalments come out of my bank account I'm done and I cancel the unused subscription. I am charged a fee of $158.00!! can you believe how much I have already paid well over $1000 since Nov2022 and still I am being charged some more.On april 4th 2023 I was charged $153.97? what was this for? was this not a cancellation fee? Can I speak to a real person please

Le foto che acquisto hanno una scadenza o una volta acquistate potrò usarle con finalità di vendita per sempre? 3. Se stampo una vostra foto e la vendo e non rinnovo la licenza potrà comunque essere esposta dal mio cliente?4. Posso mettere la foto selezionata sul nostro catalogo che andrà anche online? posso lasciarla li anche una volta non rinnovata la licenza? 5. Se stampo una vostra foto e la vendo e non rinnovo la licenza potrà comunque continuare a stamparla? Grazie per chi mi aiuterà 

HelloI am trying to determine if I am free and clear. I downloaded a clip I want to use for my video production LLC; think branding for video clips, business cards, possibly merch as well. It seems like if I pay for the extended license I should be good to go? I am the owner and will be using it mostly for advertising, do I need to mention the artist for credit? I have an Adobe team account with two users (including me). Currently, when the other team member needs an enhanced license for a stock asset, I purchase the asset on her behalf because she is unable to make the purchase from her account. I want the team member to be able to purchase enhanced stock licenses directly using the team account's billing. How do I set that up?

My small business pays hundreds of pounds a year to Adobe, I have used Adobe products for the past fifteen years. Three months ago I decided to trial Adobe Stock, having been persuaded to take out a subscription by an Adobe salesman. I have decided to cancel the Stock subscription. Only now do I find my business is suddenly faced with a £90 bill for the privilege of cancelling. The salesman assured me I could cancel the subscription after three months, he never mentioned any cancellation fee. If I’d known, I wouldn't have signed up. Now I find there is no way to talk about this with any Adobe employee, not even a chat robot. Only a forum, on which my plaintive post may just be ignored. I feel like I have been mugged…  Please can someone from Adobe contact me to discuss, or post a phone number, or an email address so I can discuss this. Today is 21 March. The next Stock payment is due on 27th March, so I only have a few days to sort this out. Regards, Mark Green

I signed up for a free trial and downloaded 10 images. I know that I can "keep" the images even if I cancel the free trial. However, what is not clear to me is if I can remove/delete my Adobe Stock account and still have the license to use those images that I downloaded.  To be clear, I understand that if I delete my account, I will no longer have access to my file history. What I want to double-check is that I am good to still use the images I downloaded to my computer. I have screenshotted the page showing my asset numbers and kept invoices. Thanks!

There have been a couple of Discussions on this topic in the past (2018 / 2019 / 2022) but they are all locked so no one can add their comments and convey the importance of this feature request in Adobe Stock to Adobe. So I'm creating a new one.Please add your comments ASAP, before they will close this topic as well. 🙂Question 1:When will the functionality of downloading all assets from your own library(ies) at once, become available in Adobe Stock?Question 2:When will the search functionality include a filter option to only display already licensed results?It will make it possible to first search trhough the images you already have a license for, before you decide to buy something new. It might sound contra productive (from an Adobe point of View), but I actually think it will boost licensing of new images. Once you have a better view of what you already own, you can make better choices in looking for new content.Not to mention the fact that it will cost users a lot less time

Hi, Am I able to purchase an image from Adobe and incorporate that image into my own artwork and upload to Adobe Stock, for example purchasing an image of the earth when creating a general image of space.

Hello all,I downloaded a Jurassic Park vector text effect graphic on Adobe Stock. However, once loaded up, it stated that 4 fonts were missing  rendering it useless? Anyone tried to download this and resolved it? Can't imagine Adobe would let this through unless it worked - what am I missing (other than the apparently the actual font!) ?AdobeStock_427334374 refers  

Hallo,ich möchte Ratgeber Bücher auf Amazon veröffentlichen als Taschenbuch (Hard Cover und als Kindle Ebook) reicht da eine Standartlizenz bei den Bilder aus wenn ich das Bild als Coverbild verwende? Hello, I have made a webiste "Link removed by moderator". This website contains information related to a wide variety of paintball masks available online that feature good quality, sturdy design and reasonable price. I am still working on the brand logo. Recently I have discovered that Adobe Stock is offering best quality images for free. So I was wondering, can I download any image from Adobe Stock and use it as my logo after doing a few changes or is it not allowed? 

Why do I have to fill in this form when I try to upload a photo? A few days ago I didn't have to fill in this form. Can you explain? 

hello, just wondering: Adobe Stock 10 standard assets a month -> is that 120 per year?month after month i just have 0 pictures available... in my account i have 10 crappy pictures i fiddled around with. i can't get rid of these Pictures, no option to delete - if this is the way it goes it's a kind of a rip off.any help would be greatly appreciated. i'm becoming to get a weak heart with this stuff...thank you very muchK.

The usage rights filter seems to be gone (All, editorial use, commercial use). Is this a bug or has it really been removed??? Because frankly, if you've removed it, I'll simply have to switch stock services. Editorial use assets are useless to me and I'm not willing to browse thousands of them to find what I need. 

Is it possible to use a standard in Italy for a company advertising led to punt on the road? Thank you in adavance. Federica

HiIm at my wit's end here. I accidentally purchased a premium image too fast until to noticed that the price is 750CREDITS!Is it possible to refund this? I tried to contact the customer call and only to find out that they could refund me 30 credits.  😞 Can anyone know how I can do a refund completely for this? Saw multiple threads about this. However, the Customer Service that attends me seems kinda apathetic. He just said, "I can understand- but we cant do anything about it." Honestly, quite disappointed with the answer the agent provided.  Considering Adobe is a MNC company 😞 The problem stock image #756456771

So I've got an invoice form Adobe - great, but it doesnt detial the image and the license I haveto use itWhere can I get this?

The mouth and ears also seem like signs of AI generation. The second image also has issues with th eyes, nose, and mouth that seem like AI generation. They are described as hand drawn and show up when the no AI art filter is on but they strike me as very suspicious and I think it might be a good idea for staff to Adobe to review the images. @Contributor1

Hallo, nach vergeblichen Versuchen über den Adobe Chat, in dem mehrere Mitarbeiter einfach die Unterhaltung verlassen haben, versuche ich es jetzt hier.Ich habe ein Stock-Abo mit 10 Lizenzen im Monat. Dieses soll mir laut Beschreibung erlauben, Erweiterte Lizenzen 20% günstiger zu kaufen (siehe Screenshot, denn das wurde im Adobe Chat auch schon angezweifelt). Was mir jedoch anscheinend niemand sagen kann: Wie komme ich denn an die erweiterte Lizenz? 1. Sind Credits wirklich der EINZIGE Weg? 2. Und wie krieg ich die 20% Rabatt?Ich kann anscheinend ein Credit-Pack kaufen, das kostet mich aber laut Website genau so viel wie Nicht-Abonennten -> kein Rabatt.Ich kann wohl auch 21 Abo-Credits ausgeben (wenn ich so viele habe, denn ich habe ja das kleine Pack), aber ein Credit sind 2,99€ (29,99€ / 10), also wären 21 davon -> 62,79€. Der Normalpreis laut Website sind 63,99€ (kann man sehen, wenn man nicht eingeloggt ist und ein Bild auswählt) und ich weiß, ich bin sch

Hello everyone, today I want to say that I made a serious mistake, and that is that I left my card in my account, and apparently, Adobe Stock started charging about 4 months ago, I have not spent any credit or anything of the 4 months, I would like my money back please.   For those who don't know, you can't cancel the plan you choose whenever you want, because when I decided to cancel my plan or remove the renewal, it wouldn't let me, and also asked me to pay a high cost for the simple fact of canceling the plan early. It seems very unfair to me that the politics force you to maintain a plan or you pay to take it away, and without your credits yet... I would like you to help me please   Another Thing ive noticed is that apparently your credits dont stack! if you did not spend your 500 credits in a month, they will not a accumulate with the other 500 that they will give you, they will be lost! that doesnt seem fair to me, honestly!         Im waiting for

Wertes Team, leider hab ich beim ersten Ausprobieren der AdobeStock aus Versehen eine Datei mit der ID 711619514 lizensiert, ohne mir dabei im Klaren zu sein, dass das klicken einem verbindlichen Verkauf bedeutet. Ich wollte lediglich stöbern und nicht herunterladen. Ich habe alle Dateien vom Rechner gelöscht und möchte sie bitten die Credits wieder gutzuschreiben. Vielen Dank. Unfortunately, the first time I tried out AdobeStock, I accidentally licensed a file with the ID 711619514 without realizing that clicking on it meant a binding sale. I just wanted to have a look and not download. I have deleted all the files from my computer and would like to ask you to restore the credits. Thanks a lot.
