Hello! I was looking through Adobe price packages and there is the "10 Standard Assets", does that mean that you only have 10 downloads available for each month?
I cancelled my plan but continued to receive invoices eventhough I was no longer using the service. I am disputing (2) invoices that I should never have been charged.
I have the same problem, and it does say to me that I have a subscription to adobe stock. It's the same bug for all templates and stuff. I don't know what to do.
Hello, i just wanted to find out if we can use the coloring pages for a coloring book to sell without modifying the download or do we need to attribute the creator? The standard licence is confusing and i'm not sure if we have to make changes to the coloring pages? Thank you.
Hi, I have problem with account. Need contact with team adobe stock - no chat. Only e-mail. Please help me find this.
Viele Grüße A.J.
I just licensed this adobe stock 3D model for Dimension. It has an issue and won't render properly. If you apply any graphic to it that graphic appears backwards. If you render it the whole thing only comes out black. I've read that this problem is because it the file was made "inside out." https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/closed-dust-jacket-book-1/324077301 Is it possible to have this fixed? If not, can I be credited for the license?
I am going to be using the photos on social media and in articles that i am writing and co writing. Exactly what do i need to put on the photo? how big does it have to be and can it be written in a comment somewhere or does it have to be on the photo? Thanks
Sorry, we know similar questions exist but we are still unclear as whether or not the standard license covers us if the vector graphic being purchased is NOT the main value of a product being sold. We create worksheets that are sold in PDF form and the graphics we use only serve as support imagery for the main content. The standard license says: "Create products for resale where the main value of the product is the image itself. For example, you can’t use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the image printed on it."No one would be purchasing the worksheets we sale "specifically because of the image printed on it." but it still seems there is ambiguity here. Here are examples of the worksheets we sell:
I downloaded FILE #: 501267162 as I vector (.ai). When opened in Illustrator it is an image, not a vector.
The "solution" on this page does not work anymore because the interface has been redesigned.https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/stop-assets-from-automatically-downloading/m-p/10778257 Same problem exists: How do we stop assets from automatically downloading? This feature is an annoying problem, bad UX (download notifications nag every download with unnecessary prompts) and poor UI (download nags cover up the interface) There is no preferences section from the main menu to turn this off. The on/off feature has been removed from the interface. Its as if whoever redesigned stock.Adobe does not actually have to use it every day...
I am wondering if it is possible to find the designer resposible for work I have seen on adobe. I like the designer's work but I am looking for something custom made
Our Adobe Stock plan renews on the 20ths of a month. We pay via direct debiting. We did that for years, but since june of this year on the 20ths all remaining credits will be deleted and it takes several days until we can use our monthly contingent again. We contacted support several times already, resulting in us being told there's an issue with payment – again, we do pay via direct debiting, so there's not much wrongdoings from our side. Also it worked perfectly fine for years. As a communications agency we do have to rely on the accessibility of the stock material and being unable to use it for several days is disturbing to our workflows, as it has already caused us missing deadlines and forces us to spend hours trying to resolve this – so far without success. This situation has become unacceptable and I (on behalf of my company) would be very happy to have these issues finally resolved. Thank you!
Hello Everyone! I would like to make sure about the extended license of files purchased on Adobe Stock. I work for a company that sells photo books, photo albums and other photo products. We offer customers ready-made templates for individual photo products that decorate their photos. Templates can be edited in our internal tool. The template includes ready-made backgrounds and individual elements (clip art) that customers can edit (move, scale, rotate). I would like to make sure if the purchase of an extended license for this type of graphics allows you to directly upload elements from the set (in unchanged or modified form) to our editor? Doesn't allowing the customer to manage such an item bend the Extended License rules? Example: https://stock.adobe.com/pl/images/italy/117596036?prev_url=detail&asset_id=117596036 RegardsSandra
Am I able to upload standard licensed images I've downloaded whilst subscribed to Adobe Stock onto a free-to-use online events advertising website without breaching the standard license subscription terms?
I just enrolled on the site and starting poking around at images. Without understanding how it works I clicked license which I didn't realize forfeited my credits that I had. I thought I was just saving them to choose from later. Is there any way I can get those credits back? Adobe customer service says no. It was just 3 photos for 3 credits.
Hello Adobe Community! I have accidentally purchased 6 images. They are file numbers: #523047065, #404599282, #248880213, #610314252, #125635342, and #391920356. I kept trying to juggle what I was doing between my desktop and mobile, but I kept messing up what I was trying to do. Can I please get credit back on my account? Sincerely,Aubrey C.
@WendellaBee Having a similar problem here with a corporate account. It says I have 10 free downloads, but 0 available in my account. I can access my libraries, but not download new assets.
I have scoured the community forum and read the license information and terms multiple times, but can not find an absolute YES or NO answer to my situation, which is surely very common.I have an enterprise wide Adobe CC license through my company, which includes the Pro Edition of Adobe Stock. We are developing a report for a client using InDesign and have used several licensed Adobe Stock photos in the report. The client wants to develop a website version of the report on their .gov website and wants to use the same images we used in the InDesign version for consistency. They do not have a license to Adobe Stock. Can we send them the photos we licensed so they can use them in their web-version of the report?Thank you.
Me gustaría saber qué tipo de licencia debo de adquirir en Adobe Stock para realizar una ilustración a partir de una foto que haya adquirido.
Why can't i download what i purchased
Hi. I can't cancel my subscription. I tried to cancel it on the day of payment, but it was after the card was charged, lucky I didn't have any money on my card. Can you help me with this issue? Tried to contact the staff using chat and within three days no one has replied. Thank you.
Hi everyone. I have a basic Lightroom plan. I logged in and downloaded some free images from adobe stock ('Free' was visible in the lower left corner). I read the standard license and it seems I can use these in a YouTube video without losing sleep or thinking about lawyers and money. I'm looking for confirmation. Please advise. Thanks to all.
Hi,we have »Alle Applikationen - Pro-Edition - EDU« (education license) with "nearly" unlimited access to Adobe stock images. Question: is there an option/special license type/whatever to use a stock photo esp. for social web without without having to integrate attribution? Thanks!mycc
