Hi I have tried to cancel my Adobe Stock plan for 2 days now, and have followed the steps on te cancelation plan webpage and the video, but I only get past step 3 where I click on cancel my plan, and write my password. Then I am being told "Unable to load data" and "An error has occurred. Please try again". I have tried to click the retry button many times. I have tried from skretch 3-4 times, and checked my internet conection. I am at my wits end. Thank you for reply

Hello there. I'm hoping that someone could help me in reporting a series of very suspicious videos I have unfortunately stumbled across. They appear to be suggestive clips of someone I believe to be is underage, and my gut is telling me that this is exploitative media of a minor. I have one of the file #'s listed here, but I do not know how to report them. If I create an Intstagram post to highlight news/info about a specific brand, can I use an editorial use image showing that brand? For example, let's say Dairy Queen announces a new limited-time Blizzard flavor. Can I use an editorial image showing the Dairy Queen and/or Blizzard logos in an Instagram post letting my followers know about the new flavor?

I have definitely made a stock membership without my knowledge and when I want to cancel, they charge a much higher fee. I have been an adobe user for many years, if we are going to experience such situations, let's not use adobe, please contact me, the automatic assistant does not understand anything. If Adobe does business without asking me and then does such an ugliness to me, I will encourage my friends in the design industry who turn to non-adobe programs and I will convey the situation to other friends who use Adobe. Please refrain from making unfair profits

Ho sottoscritto una prova di adobe stock, che praticamente non ho utilizzato.Al ritorno da un soggiorno all'estero, mi ritrovo con l'addebito di una piano adobe stock che non ho mai utilizzato e mai utilizzerò, la cui cancellazione comporterebbe una penale di 200 euro. Cosa posso fare per annullarlo o cancellarlo senza penale? Io non mai avuto l'intenzione di sottoscrivere questo piano 

Good day! I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription last February 18, 2023 (PH Time) and Adobe stated that it will be refunded within five (5) business days. Now, it is already February 25, 2023, 7 days since I cancelled my subscription yet the refund is still not reflecting on my bank account. I will just like to ask if when could I possibly get it? Today I’ve canceled my plan of 25 credits per month. The cancelling date will be effective on 18th July. I have 2 questions:How do I know how many credits I have available?If I’m not spending all credits until 18th July, I can still use them after this day?Thank you.

This file says "100% editible - word and font can be changed". All I want to change is the word but it won't let me. Anyone know how to do this? 

Hello, I represent a media company from Poland (local radio broadcast station). I would like to buy a basic subscription plan for my company (29,99 euro per month). Is there a possibility to sign a contract with Adobe Stock? Who should I contact if so? Second question is - do I have to choose a subscription plan dedicated to companies or can I use Adobe Stock as an individual user (but from company's account)? If there is a possibility to sign a contract how does financial settlement look like? Will we get monthly invoices?

Is it allowed to use Adobe Stock image as a brand image of a particular medical product (pills, tablets, .etc)?I mean, if I buy an image in Adobe Stock, can I use it to advertise medicine? If yes, what kind of license should I own? 

Hello,I have accidentally licensed the incorrect image while browsing and have now lost one of only two remaining credits. Can someone help please?The image that I have accidentally licensed is 607778279.  I can't see a way of contacting Adobe directly since all options, including the contact option, leads back to the forum or standard help files.Thank you.

if i canceled my adobe stock subscription within 14 days, how soon should i get my cash back?

Hello, I signed up for Adobe Stock free trial a few months ago, but I cancelled it as I wasn't interested in using it. I'm still getting charged $44 each month for it, and it says I need to pay around $150 if I want to do an early cancellation. I don't use Adobe Stock, and I'm already paying for the other Adobe subscriptions so I can't afford to keep it. May I receive a refund?

Für mich ist die Lizensierung von Bildern immer noch sehr verwirrend.Trotz der vielen Beiträge , habe ich keine Klarheit , was ich jetzt nun mit einem lizensierten Bildmachen kann. Da werden von Fällen berichtet , wo Anwender trotz linzensierung eine Abmahnung bekommen haben und auf Kosten sitzen nur weil der Besitzer des Bildes immer noch das Urheberrecht hat.Nur mal in unserem Fall als Musikband ! ..  Du findest hier ein geeignetes Bild dass man lizensiert , um esspäter als Werbematerial für  Flyer , Poster oder Homepage zu verwenden.Zählt man als Hobbyband schon als Unternehmen ? Ich meine da bewegt man sich doch total auf dünnem Eis.   Was macht es dann für einen Sinn , eine Lizenz zu erwerben , wenn mir später der Besitzer dieNutzung untersagt ?   Dann können wir nämlich die ganzen Flyer etc.. in die Tonne treten.Was habt ihr mir da für Tipps ,oder liege ich da total falsch mit meiner Denkweise ? Besten Dank im voraus 

Shout out to adobe stock for profitting off of a series of images of a Black person with an entire racist slur in the title and tags. From Italy I have not been able to speak with an Adobe agent. This is because: a) the system does not allow it orb) the system foresees a procedure that is too complicated to be performed correctly. I have not had answers to my messages; this is the last one: "I would like an Adobe representative to contact me.I believe that no contract, according to Italian law, has been concluded. Having completed a trial period does not determine the automatic start of the contract if you do not use the service.The charge for the service has never been authorized. Adobe's support is set up in such a way that we cannot resolve the matter, as it excludes any direct contact.The cancellation of the subscription, which I believe I never subscribed to, has already been requested by me. Any charge or Adobe behavior that causes me damage will be subject to legal examination. Other previous communications on this point have not been answered by Adobe.Awaiting prompt response." 

This is driving me crazy too. It just mindlessly fills up my hard drive. Any updates on how to solve this?

Hi there. This might be something normal for adobe staff but for somebody that's coming from different background this is insane.Used to use Shutterstock and I paid monthly then I was able to downlaod 350 images each month.Here I just signed up, adobe happily took my money, then wanted to check what that llicense button means...Bum.... all my credits (7650) gone. Whaaaaaat?I don't even need that image. Wanted only to see what the button does.This is nuts guys. So missleading.I need images - 750 month - this is waht I have subscribed for. Not 1 image worth €200.It will be cheaper me going to places and snapping them myslef 😕😕Can this image be unlicensed so I can use the 750 images or what?Tried speaking to the support using the chat function but they closed the chat before we fisnished lol.The bigger brand the less care for the client?@Vani_100 ??

Meine Ehefrau und ich sind beide Lehrer und wohnen auch im gleichen Haushalt. Können wir beide die Stockmedien einsetzen (für Arbeitsmaterialien der Schüler online als auch Print), auch wenn nur einer von uns beiden die Bilder lizensiert hat? Das selbe Bild zweimal zu lizensieren kommt mir unsinnig vor.

Hello, I mistakenly bought 5 credits for $49.95 thinking I would be able to use them for stock videos. However, the videos I want require more credits, and I don't see a way to use what I have toward purchasing licenses for them.I would not mind paying the difference (the videos I want are $79.99), but there is no way that I can figure out how to do that, so I would like a refund so I can buy them individually.I tried to get a refund online by talking to a human for customer support, but I cannot access customer support because I am referred to my school's IT help desk, and  there is no help desk for my school!Can someone help me?

I just purchased a vector file (N° 542329070) but the only thing in this file is a square. what can I do? Thank you for your help.
