Hello - Purchased a stock video (#124078981 by @templatedigital)with an "alpha or matte" but it doesn't appear to? Has anyone had the same experience? What am I missing here?
Hello, I have used stock video, photos, and music for a documentary that I am doing for a client. Can all credits be put in the ending credits? Also since I am licensing this for a client, does it need to be credited in a different way?
Hi and Thank you in advance. I have a standard license for 7 photos which I utilized as artistic resources for scenes of a children's book I am illustrating. I manipulated each photo and painted my characters or used the backgrounds using the Adobe stock photos. An example of the result is posted with this inquiry. My question is, what do I print to show I do have the standard license? How can I capture this fact to share with the author of the book and keep for my own records in case anyone questions me 2 years from now. Please advise. I'd like to feature some of the stock photos on a new product. What type of license do I need? Can I contact the artisit directly to work out a royalty agreement? Without needing a mangifying glass for the extra fine print what exactly are legal uses for Adobe stock photos?

Is there a way to turn off these awful AI generated images when searching? I get that's it's the new thing but it's lazy and frankly looks unprofessional at the moment. I work for a large publishers and when searching at the moment the response is full of this garbage. Is there no button to restrict access so we don't see it, but those who do want it still can. We have • Photos • Illustrations • Vectors, surely there must be something to swicth off these AI images.
Hello, I have purchased licenses for two stock photos (#551290988 and #547905779). I would like to obtain a physical proof (pdf or txt file) of the licenses for the two images. In the license history, I can see the asset numbers and the status that says "licensed", however, I cannot get to the actual license itself. With that being said, where can I retrieve the license file?
I just downloaded a premium image by mistake #521336182, wiping out my credits. I cannot find a contact to report this and rectify it. Any advice or email contact much appreciated. Thank you

Nachdem ich im Jahr 2019 von Fotolia zu Adobe migriert bin, konnte ich meine Lizenzen von Fotolia sowie die alten Rechnungen bis 2022 in meinem Adobe Account auffinden. Leider musste ich heute feststellen, dass ich nicht mehr darauf zugreifen kann. Es existieren nur die Lizenzen für die kürzlich erworbenen Bilder aus meinen Probeabo. Bitte stellen Sie den Lizenzverlauf wieder her, da ich die Nachweise für meine Tätigkeit benötige, außerdem hätte ich gern die Lizenzen der kürzlich erworbenen Bilder ebenfalls übersichtlich als Download, ich bin nachweispflichtig, woher meine Bilder stammen. Man kann bedauerlicherweise nur die Bilder aufrufen und einen Screenshot der Bibliothek machen, das ist nicht ausreichend.
I have licensed several templates for InDesign and none of them have any styles set up properly. Most of them have separate text boxes for headlines and body copy within the same article. It's a terrible misrepresentation of the "template" to just show images and not indicate what styles have been created in the files. Am I missing something, or do contributors not have to set these files up correctly? They aren't functional at all.
Hello-I licensed a premium image and didn't realize what I was doing when I clicked "agree" (I've been programmed to agree to everything. From a user experience and change management perspective- this is really a terrible design.)I purchased a license for 67 credits. I want to get a refund on those 67 credits. I tried to contact your support but had to attend a meeting so I couldn't reply to your chat agent in time (once I FINALLY was able to connect with a person because your autoprompts didn't work). Now I can't re-open that conversation either so I have to start from scratch. Getting help should be easy, not hard!!!That said, the chat agent said they didn't have a way to refund credits. They could refund me for the month. The problem is that this is almost 7 months of credits, so one month doesn't really help me.Please advise and please talk to your customer success team because it sucks that I have to post this on a public forum to get help and can't email a support team. Bonjour , je viens de recevoir un mail m'informant que ma version d'évaluation gratuite de 30 jours allait prendre fin , or je n'ai pas souscrit à cette formule , j'ai cependant un abonnement depuis près d'un an (que je paie cher et qui ne me sert a rien mais vu les frais d'annulation ...) Bref , ce mail m'informe: "ne vous inquiétez pas, aucune action n’est nécessaire pour passer à votre abonnement payant ; il démarrera automatiquement à la fin de votre version d’évaluation." euh... non merci . J'aimerais l'annuler mais aucune trace de cette version d'essai sur ma page "Formules" . Quelqu'un saurait il m'aider? Si non , y a t il un autre endroit SAV ou autre à qui je pourrais m'adresser? Hey Adobe - please do something about the sheer volume of garbage AI-generated content now appearing in my Stock image searches. If I wanted AI-generated images, I would create them myself. I don't pay my subscription for this kind of material, and feel that it degrades the service. I now get pages of this low-value content that makes searching for what I need harder. This stuff has no place in your portfolio since it is not strictly 'stock' imagery. Allowing this stuff in will ultimately harm your business.Thanks
Je viens de constater que adobe me prélève 35,99€ par mois pour un abonnement à Adobe Stock que je n'ai jamais souscris. J'ai mis fin à la période d'essai en temps voulu mais cela n'a visiblement pas été pris en compte. Impossible de mettre fin à l'offre sans payer des frais excessif ! Impossible de trouver le moindre numéro ou email pour contacter le service client. Avez-vous une solution ? je suis désespérée..
When I search anything, I receive error page (HHTP server response 500). Tried several browser and computers.Started about some hours ago. Adobe's support unhelpful, just ends two chat conversations without explanation.
Hi all, I work for a company and have utilized using stock for nearly 2 years now, and it's been very helpful and essential to my work. Things were working fine last week, but since the start of this week it's been acting differently. Previously when I wanted to license an image, I could do so very easily - but now it shows different options for licensing, and gets stuck after I choose one and click "license", and never downloads anything. It didn't do this before, so I'm unsure if this is something that's changed with the website itself or my account, as it's part of a corporation. I've tried several different things, but nothing has worked. I've turned hardware acceleration on/off, cleared my browser cache, tried another browser, tried incognito mode, restarting. My co-worker, who also works in the same department as me, is also facing this issue under his account with the same company. Please help!
Hallo zusammen,laut den Nutzungsbedingungen von Adobe Stock dürfen ja Stock-Dateien nicht für Logos genutzt werden.Auf der anderen Seite gibt es aber in Stock viele Dateien, die als "Logo Inspiration" oder "Logo Illustration" benannt sind (Beispiel: 330659408). Eigentlich ist das ja ein Widerspruch in sich.Weiß jemand, in welcher Form und zu welchen Bedingungen diese "Logo-Vorlagen" verwendet werden dürfen?Vielen Dank schon mal

I understand that Adobe Stock files cannot be shared or sold to a third party, and I know that when an Adobe Stock file is used within a book as part of its design, it is permissible to sell the book itself. But what about selling the book's layout to a third party when some of that layout's design was created using RF icons from Adobe Stock? A book might be sold to a third party (another publisher) so that it could be sold in different countries in different languages. Is it OK to keep those design elements that use RF icons/illustrations from Adobe so long as the individual Adobe files are not shared? In these situations the stock file is not used alone but has been incorporated into some sort of new illustration or bit of design. I've read through the information online but am seeking clarity.
