Questions

My projects do not seem to be syncing from the web to my mobile device app. I have made sure my app is up to date, checked that syncing is turned on in the app settings, and have tried logging out and back in on both the computer and device.  There doesn't seem to be an issue of projects updating if they have been created or updated via the mobile app when I go to the web. It is strictly projects that are created, edited, or deleted on the web are not being pushed to sync. I have projects that were created on September 23 that are still not showing up on the mobile app as of October 6. 

Hello community. After watching this brilliant presentation at Adobe Max https://www.adobe.com/max/2023/sessions/na-as-easy-as-drag-and-drop-making-videos-in-adobe-vs451.html I was very excited to use Adobe Express for video editing and social media posts. I haven't used Adobe Express before but have a cloud subscription. When I opened the newly downloaded Adobe Express version 11.22.0 on my iPad I didn't see and wasn't able to find the template for an Instagram reel. I went ahead with importing my video anyway but when it was in the editor, I didn't get the timeline for the video or was able to drop text. Am I missing crucial setting, has the app changed already since Adobe Max? Any clues as to why I'm not getting the same results would be much appreciated. 

I haven't used this program in a while and would like to use what was originally called Spark Page. How do I access this now?   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity]  

Is there a way to intergrate the schedular feature to include Slack? If not currently is this in the future plans of Express Scheduler? 

I create templates on Adobe Express app on my iPad for work. When I create the template, obviously I name it. However, I am not able to figure out how to search for a template on the app so I can just type in the template name and it open up. It would save me a tremendous amount of time/work effort if I could do this. Can someone please help?

Hi! I was using Adobe Enhancer on my old laptop, but since I got the new one, no file can be enhanced - I can select and click that, but for very long time it just says uploading and nothing happens. It can't be a connection problem - I already check that. It's also not the browser - I tried doing that on Opera, Chrome and Edge, all the same.I tried cleaning cookies -  not worked.I tried turning off any adblocker or antyvirus - not worked.Before that one person on the forum will say it - not, its not the weekend, its literally the middle of the week, and its not working, no matter its day or night.Also - no, the file is not big, literally 1-2 minutes long audio, in the wave format.Anyone having similar issue?

You have made it ridiculously hard to change font color. I have spent an hour on boards and experimenting with no success. C'mom Man.

How do you lock or group all the layers in your image?  I've read forum that said you have to click on the 3 dots.  I do not see any three dots. Another said to select layers from the image and not layer icons themselves. Doesn't work.  Another suggestion was to try a different browser.  I tried Chorme and Edge.  Other suggestions were click on layer and hold shift or ctrl A... these don't work either.  I have a simple 3 layer image that dreated and now want to crop/resize... but can't lock the layers.  Seems like a lot of people are having this problem. Where is this function?  

Why am I able to select multiple pages when I connect Adobe Express to social platforms but only scheduling posting to one page?  Thanks! 

I have Adobe Express on my iPad Pro. Been using it for a couple years no problem. It seems a few days ago it started dropping image quality resolution when I "save to camera roll". Not sure if it was because of the most recent update? The first of the 2 attached pics is the now downloaded version. The 2nd pic is a screenshot I take of the project before download as it looks in "my projects"  please HALP! 

My system does not comply with the WebGL requirement meant for Adobe Express. Hence I am not able to use it. The older version of Adobe Express was working fine. Is there any solution to my issue? It is not possible for me to upgrade my video drivers. Is there any possibility for me to get the old Adobe Express?

How can I change the text color and text box background color in Adobe Express on my PC?

How do you edit out a small part of a video in Adobe Express?  I actually have two small sections.

Where have the old features gone?I can't edit text in a separate box on the right like before.I can't make text curved.Is there a way I can use the previous version still?

I've having problems scheduling videos for X/Twitter. The Adobe Express Scheduler is not letting me save the posts with the videos (but OK with static images and text only). I could do this up until a week ago.Can anyone help? This has never been a problem before. Has something changed on the Scheduler? I'm thinking of moving to a different scheduler as this is a terrible scheduler now - lost so many features since it transferred from ContentCal.

This is horrible. The UI For express used to be so much easier to use and now I can't do anything or figure out how to simply, change text on a template or anything. I will need to cancel my subscription if this doesn't get better.

I logged on to my adobe express today to create some content and several icons, design assets, etc. that I used to have are missing. What happened? Were several of these items removed?

This is *almost* a great product. But it isn't very user intuitive. what happens when you want all the elements to enter before the next phase of their animation? I should be able to dictate WHEN the fade in occurs vs. WHEN the middle loop animation starts. You should be able to "split" the animation and change the timeline of the animations itself. Ok so i found a potential solution in splitting the overall timeline, removing all animations once all elements have entered, and now instead of an intro animation because that already happened, I can move on to moddle. WRONG. This doesn't work because for whatever reason the animation doesn't start from the same size it should. It skips instead of starting from it's true size. It's messy and it quite literally can not work in the way it should. That's my feedback.

Hallo zusammen :-), ich habe eine Anfänger-Verständnisfrage bei Adobe Express: Adobe Express biete eine Vielzahl von tollen Formen, Schriften, Designelemente und anderen Vorlagen an Wenn ich diese nun z.B. für ein Logo, Visitenkarte oder auch Flyer  o.ä. verwenden möchte (z.B. eine Herzform aus der Vorlage und eine spezielle Textart), wie sieht bei der Verwendung oder auch mit der  Lizenz bzw. dem Copyright für die einzelen Elemente aus?Die einzelnen Elemente (z.B. das Herz) wurden ja durch einen Designer erstellt (hier gibt es ja auch diesen kleinen Info Kasten dazu).Muss ich bei einer Veröffentlichung/ Verbreitung irgendwo angeben, dass z.B. eine Form von Designer X stammt und die Quelle angeben bzw. fallen noch irgendwelche Lizenzgebühren an? Vielen Dank für Eure Unterstützung 🙂 

I am exploring how to expand this outside of marketing, sort of a brand marketplace if you will. Is it possible to make the bounding box for an image locked but the image itself replaceable?

Hi there, is there any way to add fonts to a Brand folder you have made created direct from your CC Library folder? Once the Brand is created with all the assets from the CC Library it was made from, there doesnt seem to be a way to also add a fonts folder. I have searched everywhere for a button or how to add one to this folder but cant find anything. Can anyone help please?CheersGia
