I am using Adobe Express Premium to create animated logos. My video size is 5120 x 2880. However, when I export the video is only 720p, and looks poor. How do I export high-resolution videos that will look great? Is that possible with Express?

Why don't make possible the night mode on desktop application? 

Hola, como mencioné, tengo problemas al descargar o compartir archivos, en especial los vídeos y archivos con efectos. Mi app se cierra de inmediato al tratar de descargarlos.Espero exista solución a esto, mi modelo de celular es un Xiaomi X3 pro, no sé si el problema sea a causa del modelo de celular.Muchas gracias 

PLEASE TELL ME THIS STUPID POP-UP IS GOING AWAY SOON. Every time I download a project I have to deal with it, and it's disruptive and irrelevant. I PAY for this application; I don't need marketing content from Adobe every time I download a project! 

I use Adobe Express. I've spent I don't know how many hours creating my templates and their sizes! Instagram post, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube. Mind you, I publish in 3 different languages, each language has its own color & logos. So each template had to be done thrice!. I log in today to use the posts templates, NOTHING! Everything is gone like the wind.YES, I'M LOGGED INTO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT. So, where are my projects? 🤔 🤔If I don't get them back, Im switching back to Canva and I'll pay the subscription there! Because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!! 

Your Adobe Express headline is:  "Create confidently, share fearlessly!"  Seriously Adobe???   Corporate cringe. I have no desire to be 'FEARLESS'.  Next you'll be claiming I'm the 'BESTEST EVARRR'! Almost made me uninstall immediately. Seriously, Adobe - Please remove the woke.

We are just evaluating Adobe Express Scheduler before Contentcal is retired.I have found two things that seem to be missing and I wonder if they have been moved and I can't find them...I cannot see how to set Default posting times (In Contentcal this is in Setup)I cannot see how to define link shortening (In Contentcal this is in Setup) Am I missing something? RegardsRichard

I have added a stop motion video to adobe express (mobile app) the speed looks OK when I'm editing in the app (I have used it for croping video to social media) but when I look at it after exported to camera roll is plays up the video on triple speed. Why?

When downloading the images/projects, there are no notifications, statuses, or any display that the image/project is downloading. The only thing that users can know that their image/project was downloaded is when the file shows up on the download history. And I find it frustrating for the end-users because they don't know what's happening after they clicked the download button and sometimes the website will be unresponsive when downloading and having no status showing up about the downloading process can cause the user unfavorable reactions. 

Hi  Is there a way to schedule an Instagram post on our business account without connecting it to a Facebook page? Our company does not have a Facebook page, and we are not planning to get one. I hope there is another way around.

I create designs in Adobe Express and some of them are making GIFs. Creating GIFs needs to have great animations to create better output, but, the animation can only be applied to specific objects if you want to animate the text - the text will be the only one that can be animated, if you want to animate shapes/objects they are the only one that can be animated, and I find it as one of the very limited features. Best regards, Julius

I would love to work only with Adobe Express in general, also so I could make it easier for my clients to use their own Instagram. Unfortunately, the whole application can't be relied upon. Here are the problems I have found:Fonts or font thicknesses are changed when publishing.I can't link an Instagram account without Facebook - so I can't schedule posts. And I'm certainly not the only one who doesn't run a Facebook page anymore. The page is way too slow in the browser, hangs, doesn't respond to clicks. Please get this finally under control, with the branding function there would be nothing better! If the rest would just work for once.

We are looking into using this tool for my company's social media accounts, and I need to be able to approve or reject posts sent up to me by my employees. Are there levels of admin/approver and user/creator? I can't seem to find the answer online so far!

Hi, after every pdf export I need to do a post-processing work that utilizes the fonts in a pdf. Unfortunately Adobe Express converts some fonts to vector and doesn't embed the fonts. Here is an example, these two texts: the first YO is using Montserrat Regular and the second YO is using Poppins Regular. After exporting to PDF, the Montserrat font is not embedded into the pdf(the text is transformed into vector) and only the font Poppins is embedded in the pdf. (I attached the express PDF export file below) Adobe Express:  Adobe Acrobat (the first YO behaves like an image, the second YO I can click and edit the text)    Checking fonts that are embedded (only Poppins). 

Hi, I created a very simple project with 4 images and some text. Then I tried to edit it, but I couldn't as it seems that contains elements with brand? The message in Spanish is as follows"Este proyecto tiene elementos de marca personalizados" Then I created a separate project just with the 4 images I used, just to check if any of them had that branded element. No issues, I can edit the project.So I reached out someone of Support Team (chat) and he said that one of the elements I used has the brand "Alfonso"... but Alfonso is me!  I'm completely lost. The project has just text and images without brand issues. But it is locked because it has my own brand 😞 I don't know what to do. I would appreciate some help, Thanks!

I customized the size of my project to 258px wide to 354px long. The project saves blurry no matter what I do. 

Can I link 2 face book pages to my Adobe Express account?

I just discovered that roughly half of the videos that I created on Express last year have disappeared without warning or even notice. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Note: Nothing has changed in my account status and there seems to be no rhythm or reason to which videos are retained and which are gone.
