Hello. I have a problem when i try to download my project. A little part of my project is never downloaded, so i always have my picture cut, or a black thing around my pictures. Even when i try to download it in a different format, it doesn't work.

Hello,I have the "Creative Cloud for students" subscription, does that give me the standard license? I can also use the premium templates on Adobe Express. Can anyone help me with this, unfortunately I did not find out.Greetings Ben

I have multiple brands' logos or assets that have names on them and I can't find them easily because there isn't any search bar like the other adobe products or other 3rd party programs, putting a search bar would make searching your assets in your library makes your work more efficient, also I would like to see Gif Format if support for adobe library so we can use them in our after effect or adobe express projects, when drag and drop from adobe library to our canvas it automatically converts to a static image, if not at least third party gif like giphy or lottie support would be great.

Does the free version of Adobe Express allow you to upload your own .pdf files? Instructions I've found online say go to Home>Try quick action>upload file or drag and drop. I can't find that on the free version so guessing it's not available.

Hello, From last Friday, we cannot open any of our express / spark urls and we get this Drat. error. Not working on following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Chrome (mobile) On Chrome (desktop) it works. How can we resolve this issue?

Is there a way to Rename this tab, this is done on the Express web version.

Hello - I've activated Filicudi Solid in Adobe Fonts and I can use it across Express projects. I can't add it to the brand feature in Express however. It shows up in other applications but not in the list to add fonts when creating or editing a brand. TIA.

Dear Adobe Team,Previewing my Adobe Express video works.  However, when I try to share my video and create a link, I do get a link but I get an error message when i try to run the video: "Sorry we couldn't load this video".  I tried duplicating the project so that I would get a new link, but I still run into the same issue then. I followed advice I read in another post by trying Chrome Incognito and I still have the same problem.  Opening in Edge however does not cause an issue and then the video link works.  My question is now, how do I get to work this in my Chrome again? As I am sharing the project with colleagues who all work in Chrome?   I deleted cookies and erased history... that did not solve it either.Thanks for your response,Veronique 

All I get when I try to work on this project is a screen with all the artist quotes. It hung all night long and I cannot get it to load. I duplicated the project and still will not load. I can open other projects, just not my most recent. Ive tried opening it from recents list as well as my projects.... Any thoughts on how to remedy this? Ive also logged out of CC and back in to no avail.

I've using the free version of Adobe Express and was wondering how long a video from my iPhone camera roll can be. The video on my phone is 26 seconds but it's only allowing the first 15 seconds of it to play. 

I've been using Adobe Express for a while now and find it great with a cloud subscription. But I have a problem. When I use a template that uses capitalized text because it is marked like this in Magic>capitalize & fit, but there is no way to disable it, it can be done by clicking next to drop cap but it is an option that I do not want either. I just want the letters to be lowercase and I can't. Of course, in the text box I use a font that allows lowercase and I write it in lowercase, but in the template it still appears in uppercase. This is very annoying because I write a lot of function names that can only be lowercase and it forces me to completely remove the template text and start from scratch. I don't understand why the deactivate capitalization option is not included or I am very stupid and I don't see it. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

I've been using adobe express to convert avi to mp4 files. My issue is that when I playback the mp4 file, the last few seconds of the video freezes. Any help would be amazing! The audio is also out of sync with the video, if that's helpful.

I am having a hard time finding where I can click and add bullet points to my paragraph. Is this even an option on adobe express? I am so confused. I am probably just mising it when its right in front of my face, but it woul dbe great to see some visual on where I can add them. 

Hi all!So all I want to do, is resize an image to fit the taller shape of facebook story, as the slider on facvebook makes the text so tiny, it's illegible. It used to make it fit automatically, but no longer. They've included the slider that just shrinks everything to being unreadable. Is this even possible? It was when I tried it pn the first page here, but it woildn't let me do anything with it until I signed up. I've doe that, now facebook story size is missig completely, though there is ormal facebook size, which is not needed. Wait.. I have to pay premium to get that option used to lure me in for my ifo on the pre-sign up page..? 🙂

I made the template in Aobe Express and tried to sign that to all of my students through Google Classroom. But there is error message and it said that I do not belong to any orgnazition. Does anyone know what to do?

I'm designing notebooks to sell on amazon kindle direct publishing, does each one of my notebooks needs its own Extended License?  How do I get a license?  

At school we need to make and sell products (not just sell them at school), for this I would create the logo on the product using Adobe Express (just changed text from a template). Will I get any problems with copyright with this?

hello, I have started to design my own notebooks on adobe express and want to open a print-on-demand shop on amazon. My question is what are the rules or laws with using adobe express images? or I need a license of some sort etc.?  worried about copyright laws and getting in trouble with the laws ? Help? 

Does anyone know if the images available on the logo section of the adobe express app can be used for business purposes? Struggling to find if they are copyrighted or not? I can't immediately see this in the terms and conditions so would appreciate advice. Thanks 

Hi guys, I can't seem to figure out how to add a vertical line shape instead of a horizontal one. When the horizontal line is added, I can't find the way to flip it vertical. I'm am designing a logo. What am I missing? Thank you!
