Hello,Based on the information provided by the Adobe team, I successfully uploaded custom fonts to Adobe Express. I am now trying to collaborate on projects with my teammates through the Adobe Express Library. However, it seems that other team members are unable to use the custom fonts I uploaded. They receive the following message:"Font is view only: This is a custom font that you don't have access to. Please ask the file owner to remove the custom font for complete text editing permissions." I already changed the permissions for all users in the shared library (Not a brand) to “Can edit,” but my teammates still cannot use the uploaded fonts. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue so that everyone can access and use the custom fonts? I have a portfolio I am working on and I'm wondering if there is 1) a way to control if a video plays on click or not, or 2) a way to insert hyperlinks into a presentation (like a button that someone can use to view a video or not.)

Why can't I open Adobe Express from my desktop? I am on Windows 11 Version 24H2.

Hey,If I use free version of Adobe Express only for adding automated captions ("Caption video" feature) , can I upload the videos to platforms like YouTube or TikTok where the videos are monetized? I've read the license terms, and such use seems to be okay, but I just wanted to make sure.

It was so easy to connect all my platforms, except for 1 (Instagram), but I think I can get it worked out. Anyways, Love it! I already made a TT video of my new wrapping paper! Greetings,  I am building featuring digital avatars that render as videos.  The renderings feature an animated avatar with audio infront of a green screen.  I pulled the video into Express, removed the background and made the canvas background transparent as well.  Thought this would be all I needed to do and that downloading the mp4 from Express would produce a video with just the avatar and no background color.  Alas, I was wrong, and there's a grayish background on the video.  Anyone know how to download the video with no background so that only the avatar is showing?   Thank you!

Dear all, I have created an animation using some pictures and buttons animated as an intro and outro, and in between there are several video sequences. When testing, everything worked fine and the video sequences all looked good. Apart from that, that I had to often reload the window several times while working on the project, when exporting the file, the quality became very poor (pixelate video sequences), but not for all sequences and not in all files. And now, in Adobe Express itself, the video sequences became all of a sudden very poor when checking them on the time line. There seems to be a limitation of how much data Adobe Express can handle; is my assumption true or what might be the reason? Is it only made for simple and short animations?Thank you for any recommendation. Best,Janina

I have been a premium member for Adobe (Express mainly) for a number of years.  I have received a notice to say 100GB storage full.  I have deleted, almost all of the old items and it still says storage full.  How can this be when I have 'permanently deleted' three quarters of what was previously stored.  Have there been changes to storage allowance?  Is there a bug is system?Thank you

I was so excited to make a video then its just been nothing but trouble... i cant find out how to make my microphone recognize in the adobe express... i have a mic its working... i dont see any permission settings for this app or web page or what ever it is... and when  i try to upload my voice recordings also not working it just is like a blank file that you cant hear anything... sigh.. thanks so much for your time. gotta go to work soon wish this didnt take up my whole morning trying to figure out. if i dont figure this out i would rate this honestly rate this app 2/10.... if i can figure this out i would rate this app better... 

I am hugely interested but very new to Adobe Express and need plenty of technical support. I tried to alter the color of the dress in an image I uploaded but was unable to get around.  I could only find the color change for the entire background, not for specific objects in the image.  Some guidelines would help.

I uploaded a set of new templates in a library on Adobe Express.Then I grouped them from the creative cloud.When I uploaded more templates on Adobe Express, they are placed as not grouped.The new uploaded templates aren't visible in the same folder in the creative cloud.Any help or tips?

Warum kann ich vorhandene Texte in Textboxen nicht mehr ändern obwohl nichts gesperrt ist? Auch die Schriftart lässt sich nicht ändern.Auch bei neuen Textboxen lässt sie die Schriftart nicht ändern - so ist es für mich unbrauchbar. Ich dubliziere gerne die Seiten um meine Änderungen anchvollziehen zu können . 

Help, one of my 9th graders joind out Adobe Classroom today and it thinks he is a teacher like me. he can edit assignments and see other student's submissions. He could not access his own project to work on. He shows up on my classroom list as a student. We logged him out and back in again, same issue. I can't find any setting on his side or mine to change it. What else can I do to make him a student again?
