Hi, I am trying to understand how to add template restrictions in Adobe Express. I have tried following the instructions on Adobe Support to no avail. https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/express/manage-brands-libraries-and-projects/manage-collaboration/template-control.html I still only get the option to add a note. Hi everyone,  I'm using the adobe express free animation maker with audio upload from my laptop. Previously I had an error with the audio (internal_server_error) after I converted the original audio to mp3,  I could download the animation and audio without a problem.  Now I have an issue with the audio not being fully uploaded/converted as it stops mid sentence. I tried multiple times with different audio sources but either I receive an error (internal_server_error) or it is not fully generated.  Note that the audio size is within the allowed properties.  

Can't upload the photos from device 

I used to be able to see all my pages at the bottom of the screen and click them for quick navigation. I loaded my project today and its gone. I have to click through the whole project one page at a time. I cant find any settings for it 😞

Hello. I've removed the background on an image, and now want to download, but I cannot see an option to download PNG with transparent background on the new version of Adobe Express. Can someone tell me where I can find this? Thanks!

Desastrosa aplicación tras la actualización del diseño nuevo. Cuando vas a escribir se amplía todo, se descentran todos los textos. A veces se borran las creatividades. En fin, un desastre. He intentado ponerme en contacto a través de vuestro chat para informaros de los errores pero es imposible por culpa de vuestro bot.  No me creo que después de tanto tiempo nadie os haya informado de lo mal que funciona esta app de pago cuando la versión antigua era muy práctica y funcionaba perfectamente. Sale más a cuenta utilizar canva y dar de baja la suscripción de adobe express

I've tried to Download all the parts of my project together as one MP4 video, but when I choose "Select All Pages", it only selects the FIRST and LAST page out of the 16 total pages. I have tried to fix this using Chrome, Firefox and Safari, as well as Incognito mode. Another part to this question: In Adobe Express, what is a "page" and what is a "scene"? They seem to be the same thing. Either way, I used photos, text, a background and animation to create 16 different "scenes" ("pages"?) using layers, but Adobe Express won't Download or Export them all together. I have seen references to "merge all scenes", but I've never seen a button or command to do that. This is a VERY VERY confusing app! Please help! I've been working on this and other projects for my new business in Adobe Express because iMovie is no longer supported on my laptop.

Why is ther paid addvertisements popping up in my design suits when i am working , I am a subscribed paying member , does this not exempt the burden of ads inteumpting ?

Having same issue- even after reinstalling there is no option to allow access to photos … also when I check under photos adobe express is not listed 

I'm assuming there's not, but I'm gonna ask anyway because I have some old spark page files I want to get back just to see what's on them. What happened was after spark page got discontinued, I wrote a very long story on there without knowing that the story wouldn't be able to sync. Is there any way I can get it back or did it permanently delete when I deleted the app?

The page do not load when I get into open project, it start perfectly well in the front page but not when I open anything, it just stays loading. I already ereased cookies, restarted my computer, closed other programs, but nothing.

I have been working on a video for weeks but the changes I made in the last two days are gone - they were not saved?  

I want to create a folder in Creative Cloud Express and share it with another user account. Is this possible or can I share only one file but not a whole folder?

Does anyone know why I can't add videos recently made in Adobe Express to Adobe Express webpage? It says videos currently unsupported.

I'm on an iPhone and cannot upload photos from my camera roll. Adobe Express has not asked for access to my photos. And it gives me this error message, and the message continues to say, "Contact the owner to be granted access." I already  went to Settings--> Screen Time--> Content and Privacy Restrictions to slow changes to photos. What else do I try so I can use my photos in Adobe Express? Thanks.

For he last week or so, I am unable to upload images from my iPhone to Adobe Express templates. The app is updated and I have also deleted it and reinstalled it in attempt to fix. My iPad is not having this issue. Help! Thanks much in advance!

Versuche es mit einer anderen Datei erneut.) hab es mit einer anderen Datei versucht geht auch nicht.Hat irgendwer eine Lösung für mein Problem?

Hello, I created a webpage with an AI generated photo. The webpage was published. I had to make edits and republished and now that image is blocking me from publishing. The error is "We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset and try again." Why would the image be okay to use then not okay? I still have the image on my unpublished site, but I want to continue to use it. Thanks for your help!

Hi! I'm exploring all the new features and they're amazing. Good job!I've only have one note about the most trivial issue: the workspace. When I click on an object a side-window opens on the right. And that's fine. But the window is floating over the workspace, so the app consider the active space the entire viewport, instead of the only visible part near to the side-window.What I don't like is that, when I want to move the object within the artwork, I have some trouble because both artwork and object might go under the side-windows in an uncontrollable way. It's a pity, because it impacts the general usability of the app! I'm using the iPad version 27.3.0.Hoping that my note can be useful, I'm going to continue to experiment with this wonderful app. Hi to everyone!Martina from Italy
