Hello, I use Adobe Express free on my computer. It used to work perfectly, but now the programs (merge, trim, resize etc.) won't load and just leave a white background.   

I had saved my adobe spark project files on to my hard drive in 2018 - which consist of approximately 200 jpeg files and one html file. I believe the html file has all of the captions I created for many of the jpeg photos. If I select the html file in windows explorer all of my photos with captions appear in Adobe Spark. Since Adobe Spark is no longer available - how can I transfer the photos and especially the html file so I can capture the captions I created to another adobe program for further editing - which I assume would be Adobe Express. I just started to look at Adobe Express and wanted to make sure that I can accomplish this before I subscribe. Thank you for any assistance that you can offer. 

Hello all, I am trying to activate my free Adobe Express Premium license because I'm a K-12 teacher. I've signed up through my school email address, but it is still asking me to pay. It ends in .edu, but I live in Vietnam, so it ends in .edu.vn rather than just .edu by itself. Could this be causing the issue?Thank you,Casey

I have created a slide show, but I cannot figure out how to get the slides to play continuously. It only plays each slide when I click the key. I set the duration for 10 seconds on all slides, but it does not seem to "play" when I press the play button on the screen.

When I import a video file it my Adobe Express file it is stretching it out of its original aspect ratio. It seems that Adobe Express is adjusting the aspect ratio to match the document aspect ratio (square). I can't find a way to alter the aspect ratio of the imported video once it is within Adobe Express ... I can only resize it. 

Hi, I have made an EPK for a friends band on adobe express using the webpage maker, when i publish it and look at it on mobile the banner photo with blurry and pixelated, here the linkhttps://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/pHKFsMDy4Uotc I have triedsaving for web as a Jpeg, PNG-8, PNG-24saving it as smaller dimensionssaving it as bigger dimensions (the original image is a very high res photo)tried duplicating and republishing ittried multiple different images as the banner to see if it was just this image, they are all blurrytried looking at it on different browsers Im tearing my hair out as everything else looks great just the first image thats bad and thats not a good first impression when trying to use this as a marketing tool ive attached the last version i saved of the image

it bothers the living out of me that it pops out and messes with my entire canvas even, when zoomed out, The User experience on that one is so bad makes wanna quit the entire template

I'm having difficulty rendering my videos from Adobe express to my social media. It already has embedded codes to do this but it still doesn't convert well. 

I use Adobe Express webpage for my portfolio and I would like to add my social media accounts to my pages. I don't want to just use hyperlinked text. Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Express Premium.  I would like to add a transition (fade out/in) between slides in a slideshow I'm creating.  Is this possible in Premium?  I'm only finding suggestions on how to do this on Premium Pro.  Any help is much appreciated!  Thank you!

The old version kept all of this at the bottom and out of the way so I could actually see what I was working on. It looks just like Canva!! Why am I paying for Adobe when I can get frustrated with Canva for free?! 👿👿👿👿   [abuse removed by moderator]

Can we please have the ability to permanently filter out / off your suggested posts in the Scheduler? I don't want to see those and I don't want my client in a Shared Calendar to see them. When a client sees them they think they are post ideas I am suggesting to them. We have to toggle these off every single time. Please?

For some reason, regular holidays like Memorial Day, July 4th, etc. are not showing up on the schedule planner for me. I'm pretty sure they used to. Could I have possibly changed a setting and not realized it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hallo, seit 3 Tagen kann ich keine Videos (Kurzvideos ca. 6 bis 10 Sekunden) lang mehr in Adobe Express hochladen oder bearbeiten. Die Videos frieren einfach am Bildschirm ein und können auch nicht abgespielt werden.  Ich lade im MP4 Format hoch.  Auch bereits bearbeitete Videos aus meiner Cloud werden nicht richtig im Programm geladen.  Ich kann damit überhaupt nicht mehr arbeiten. Auch die implementierten Audio Dateien im Programm kann ich nicht mehr abspielen. Ich habe es auch im Inkognitomodus probiert ... aber auch hier bleibt das Problem bestehen. I was hanging on to the old version of Adobe Express on my iphone hoping that I would not be forced to migrate to this awful mess but unfortunately now every time I try to work in it I get kicked out. So I have no choice but to migrate to the user-unfriendly version, which I absolutely detest. After browing the community here, I'm obviously not alone in my annoyance and no I can't post screenshots because literally everthing about this thing sucks.  What I want to know is, how can I get the previous, simplified version back? Is it possible? If not, then I will not be renewing my subscription. And I know I'm not alone there... In fact if it's not possible, then I would think Adobe Express should be issuing refunds to their customers. My subscription automatically renewed in December 2024, however, if I had known I would be paying for this train wreck I would not have renewed. This is a totally different app! 

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I came across this template searching for “grunge” and saw this flamingo with a clipping mask of starry sky. There are two layers. I cannot for the life of me figure how it’s done. I’ve inspected both images to see what effects/opacity etc are applied but nothing.   If anyone wants to play search for “grunge flamingo”🦩 it comes up pretty early. If you figure out, post here!

I use a ton of Adobe products. I liked using this one for making super quick graphics, video posters, etc. I won't be using it anymore. It is as unintuitive as anything Adobe has ever done. Screwed up a good thing.

 Is there a way to increase the outline of text even further past 100? Or is there a better way to mimic this affect?  

I need help please.Can someone tell me how to remove the background picture on the grids please?I've selected the grid layout I'd like to use but can't work out how to get rid of the sand dune picture on it. If I use the opacity option it also gets rid of the grid lines which I want there. thanks 🤩 ps I'm using the mobile app. 

Also entweder bin ich einfach nur zu doof, um mit dieser neuen Version klarzukommen und gescheit umzugehen oder hier ist einfach ein ganz großer Rückschritt. Die Vorgängerversion war im Handling (meine Meinung) um Einiges einfacher zu bedienen - ohne die ganzen zusätzlichen Bearbeitungsbuttons rundherum auf dem kompletten Bildschirm. Ich erstelle und bearbeite meine Dateien immer auf dem iPad Pro. Mich stören nicht die neuen Features, jedoch nervt es gewaltig, dass man ein Layout entweder auf 50% Ansicht herabsetzen muss um alles auf einmal im Blick zu behalten oder man muss in die Datei reinzoomen. Mir ist das alles zu klein. Da macht man sich total die Augen kaputt. Meines Erachtens absolut nicht Sinn der Sache. In der Vorgängerversion konnte man ganz bequem im Vollbildmodus arbeiten. Auch war es für mich einfach übersichtlicher. Aber jetzt? Ich suche Ewigkeiten die richtige Einstellung, das richtige Werkzeug etc. und verplempere Zeit, die ich im Job für die Bearbeitung einfach nicht

Currently making templates to share with my company for social media. We have locked layers in the build file - text replace locking, image replace locking, and regular locking for the background design. However when I try to create a template from that build file, I have no option for Locks & Restrictions. Apparently, I should have that option because I have premium for teams. My company have been considering adding more people to premium teams because we know that certain locking permissions require premium. But without the locks and restrictions option working, it's not currently worth adding 40+ people to the plan when we can't be reassurred that layers will stay locked. Currently on Windows 11 and Chrome.
