Hi, I got a free trial for Adobe express for 30 days, I want to cancel it within those 30 days but I already got billed for it and now my profile says I am a premium member. I would like to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the deducted amount from my bank account. Can someone of Adobe support help me with this? It's not conveinent at all. Thanks!

Bonjour,J'ai besoin de créer en urgence un diporama d'anniversaire avec photo, texte et musique en fond.La mise en page de toutes les pages est terminée, mais je n'arrive pas à faire 2 choses : 1- Faire un défilement automatique des slides dans le mode présentation (pour l'instant je dois moi-même cliquer pour changer de slide), y compris les vidéos intégrés2- Mettre un morceau de musique qui se poursuive sur plusieurs slides (pour l'instant, la musique s'arrêt à 5 secondes le temps de défilement d'une slide). 3_ Exporter le tout (pour l'instant le téléchargement se fait en autant de fichiers que de pages) Quelqu'un saurait-il comment procéder SVP ?Merci

Ich habe Adobe Spark Page benutzt um kleine Präsentationen von Fotoshootings zu erzeugen. Dpark Page ist j ain Adobe Express übergegangen, aber leider ist die Funktionialität nicht mehr vorhanden. Oder verstehe ich's nur nicht? Also ich kann alte Sparke Page Projekte in Adobe Express in der Desktop Version importieren und dort auch bearbeite, aber neue PRojekte wie früher in Spark Page anlegen geht nicht.

everytime i try to share a project with a client, they get that they have to be a premium member to even copy edit it. this is not anywhere ideal, so I still end up having to render it out, and send them have them screenshot it and show me what they wantif I'm a premium member, why does it matter if they are or not, canva is much better in this process

In Express (on a laptop), How do I align items (images, text boxes, etc) that are on separate pages? For example, a 2 page brochure. I want the images on both pages the same. In InDesign, I can plot out the X Y Axis. I've tried CTRL+shift+alt+V, because that works in other software to paste in the exact same spot, but it isn't working. Express won't let me select two images on separate pages. Am I missing a simple step?

It would be nice if eventually the generative ai expand option worked on files that linked to libraries or brand folders. We create content using the same image in multiple different sizes, and having the generative background extensions has saved so much time and look almost flawless everytime. Currently the work around is uploading the images directly from our desktop which goes to "your uploads" however to keep things organized it would be super useful for allow this generative expand to work on images you consider assets and so that you use directly from the brand kits.It would also be useful to allow generative expand for images only without needing to resize the dimensions of your artboard so you can adjust your image and then decide where you need more content.

Does anyone else have this problem. I basically can't download from adobe express. I keep getting this error message. I have deleted all caches/cookies, deleted and reinstalled the app, connected to the internet, disconnected to the internet, checked all updates on app and phone are up to date and nothing is working! Any help is appreciated!

Hi! I had access to Adobe Express (or the earlier iteration of it) and now I don't. Is Adobe Express no longer included in the Photography bundle? I can use it free, but I used to have premium access and that's gone now. I tried looking up information but can't seem to find any reason for the change. Maybe I am missing something but if someone could help that would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

The majority of my Adobe Express files are missing. I use the same account and only on my laptop via Chrome browser. I've followed the standard procedures for checking deleted folders and more. This is a complete burden on my business at the moment. How can I retrieve my files? As I see many more in the community with the same issue, this is a complete disservice from Adobe. Please assist ASAP!

how can I add a drop shadow in AE to an object or image (not text)?

I'm looking to speed up a video to 3x or faster on Adobe Express. Currently the max speed is 2x so I end up needing to export the video after changing to 2x, then importing the exported video back to Adobe Express to apply an additional 1.5-2x. Is there a way to speed up to 3x or higher in one shot, or request that Adobe Express increase the max speed available? 

I am totally baffled. I have used Express for most of this year. Decades experience with other Adobe apps and all. Suddenly, out of the blue, I cannot produce ANY text. Until yesterday, that always functioned perfectly! Whether I start a new project or opening an old one for revisions. Nothing works any longer. I click on the T for text entry, the screen that opens looks somewhat different. I may be wrong with that. Then I proceed to add text via the blue oblong unit and the familiar "Add your new text block appears" And then, that's it. Absolutely nothing can be entered and achieved any longer! Dead as a Dodo. I simply cannot enter any text whatsoever. I am completely stuck. Most of my work requires text! This is on my PC, the browser version. The mobile app works as just fine.I actually opened a new tab and proceeded to download Express again. No difference at all.No changes to my PC at all. Windows 10, always up-to-date. Please somebody, help me out of this

every time i start a new project it says im offline, but my internet is working as normal, i dont have my vpn turned on and i disabled my pugins. so im not really sure what it could be. its not just the video editor but i have to select something

Hi everyone, I hope someone can assist me. I have imported several templates to my library. I didn't change anything and recently I canceled premium subsription. When I open design,it is showing as premium.Which can't be becasue nor design,layout is generated in Adobe. I don't undersant,it is a resume template, without animations or anything very specific. This is my assets,doens't belong to Adobe. Version of the app: desctop MacPlatform and OS version: Mac Book Pro M1,Sequoia 15.3.1Basic steps to reproduce the problem .Template I imported to Adobe is in my library,when I started working on ,it is showing it is premium contextExpected result and actual result.Yes I do expect that template I uploaded and worked in a different software belongs to myself. There is no any reasion to be premium 

If you use Adobe Express on mobile, if you use an image to make a project, that image is stored in a sort of recent images gallery that appears whenever you open up add -> photos when making a project, this gallery also keeps images even after you deleted them from your phone's gallery This is what I mean (I've deleted all the images here, btw):How do you delete images from said "recent images gallery" (sorry, I don't know what they're called), I may or may not have used an image I didn't want accidentally and I want to delete it from the history or gallery or whatever

So I created my Youtube video for the first time here with Adobe Express. Once I went to upload it to YouTube, it was uploaded in a "shorts" format. My video wasnt full screen. So I went back and tried to "resize" the formatting and still didnt have any luck. Any help on how to make my video full screen. Thanks 

I tried to unblur a blurred photo, but the adjust/sharpen tool apparently does not work at all. Or maybe the guidance is totally misleading (?), however, everything it did was to crop my picture (what I did not want!), but not reduce any blur. The app seems to be a useless waste of time! 

Is there a way in Settings to disable or hide the "Recommended" section in each tool menu in Adobe Express? It is always the last thing on the screen to load & while it is loading, the whole application lags, skips, and churns as I flip between different element types (for example, swtiching focus between an image & text element). Why was this application designed to send an entire new call to an genAI service for styling options if I'm only clicking on a piece of text to add a period or fix a typo? Seems like a mismanagement of data calls but whatever.  I want to love Express, but there's a lot of little annoying quirks like this (the constant auto-centering of the canvas being another) that will keep this from becoming my go-to.

Hi there, I'm wondering if you can help? I have an Adobe Express account, which I use for creating marketing assets for my job. Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that the Italic option for text is greyed out and can't be utilised. Bold and Underline still work, not Italic. I thought it might be a short term glitch which would right itself, but it's now ongoing for a significant period which is affecting my work. The issue is present either via the web or app versions of Adobe Express. I've also tried to use the chat function on the Adobe website to speak to an agent on a number of occasions, but the chat box keeps failing and ending the conversation. Please can you advise? Hi Adobe, When preparing posts for social media in Adobe Express, I wonder if it's possible to tag profiles with @ and # so that they will actually be tagged.  - This is a question that I can't really awnser my social media guy as I don't know it it's possible when posting on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram when writing the image captions 😄 Would be nice to figure out if that feature is yet to come or if it's already working 😄p.s the picture is just an example I know it's not connected and I know about the warrning ;D

Does Adobe do a blog/website where I can post photos and text about the photo and people can comment and like my posts, like wordpress just easier to make? Thanks
