Hi.  I have been fighting this issue for some time off and on for a couple weeks.  I have tried this in both the edge browser and by downloading the windows 11 app from the windows store.  In either case, I am unable to successfully connect to either my Facebook account or any of my Instagram accounts (via Facebook) from Adobe Express.  All the accounts are business accounts and are linked together in Account Center.  I can set up an initial connection so that in Facebook, Settings > Business Integrations, Adobe Express is active, but before I can move on, I get the Adobe Express message that the connection failed, please try again. Under the view/edit in Facebook for Adobe Express, everything is checked, notifications are turned on and Only me is set for who can see the business integration.  I also see a numeric user ID in a field at the bottom of this screen.  Not sure what this is for, of if I should somehow be using it in Adobe Express...

I created video scenes in two separare pages within the same project in Adobe Express but now would like to combine the scenes to create one video. I don't see an option to easily copy the scenes from one page into the other page nor combine the scenes from the two pages. Is this possible/any suggestions on the best way to do this without losing the timing/animation? Thanks!

I have a photographers subscription and have had it for many years, in addition to Lightroom storage. I used to be able to use the premium capabilities within Adobe express because it would ask me to sign in. Recently, however The app on my iPhone does not ask me to sign in, but wants me to sign up for a free trial of the premium version. Has something changed?

Adobe AI generative fill spells words incorrectly and usually without real letters.

NEED HELP Have designed some flyers on Adobe Express and ready send to print. Seems it uses Zazzle which is fine and i'm happy to proceed with the order - BUT I get an error message when trying to add the order to my basket!!! Need urgent help please!!! ThanksHaroon

I'm on a MacBook Pro Safari 18.1.1   working on a simple project in Adobe Express to find a background for a portrait.   The design and choices on the left are visible, but the Layers options , which should appear on the right side of the screen, is inaccessible because it is beyond the edge of the visible page...I can see the first letter, but nothing more.   I tried expanding the page, same issue.   I am including a screen shot of the problem.  

In order to add audio to my individual slides, I turned it into a video. Now, I'm seeing some timing issues within the same scenes and can't edit them. For example, scene two has a speech bubble containing some text, now it is apparent to me that the timing of the two are off, I can't figure out a way to edit it.Video won't let me access the layers Thank you,Deb

Can anyone support with Animate from Audio... Been trying to record a 30 sec voice piece for the last week and just keep getting an "Unable to contact server" error message.  Any fix? thanks

Hi Adobe Community, I’m keeping experiencing an unexpected issue while editing a video. I receive the following error message: “An unexpected problem has occurred. Try refreshing the page or go back to the home page.” The error included the following UUID: a0d84824-dce2-4065-8574-55b6033348c0 From what I understand, this identifier can help the support team trace the problem. Is it possible to move my Adobe Express webpage project over to Dreamweaver? There are certain design changes Adobe Express does not (yet) accommodate . . . and I can't find any Adobe Express hacks for what we want to do. It's been over a decade since I worked in Dreamweaver but I'm willing to figure it out!

Is it from this morning that I'm trying to generate images, but the 80% of the times the system send me image totally different of what is asked. Also explaining better and better what the images must contain.I'm really tired about this.For example, I ask to create an image of Ginger and it generate all images with purple Gingers. The Ginger is white. So I asked to generate "white Ginger" and it continue to show me unusable images of purple Ginger.And many things as this.Really not nice. From this morning, now is evening I was able to create 5 or 6 images, all the images asked are all wrong generated. I hope you can fix this because in this way the service is not working.

No sé qué está pasando que desde ayer la actualización de ADOBE EXPRESS (versión gratuita) no consigue actualizarla. Me da error 501. Sin embargo, analizando el error citado, que lo que dice es que tengo que finalizar tarea en otros procesos de Adobe, una vez que los he cerrado y reiniciado, tampoco se consigue actualizar. NO SÉ QUÉ PUEDE PASAR. Gracias.

I am not tech savvy.  I have Adobe Express.  I have two things going on right now.1st.  I only want to use Adobe Express.  EVERYTIME I open my app (Ipad), it opens in Premium view.  Then i have to log out and close the app and log back in to get into my Express View.  I can't tell you how annoying it is.  Currently, I have the Premium trial; which honestly I dont even think i asked for, nor do i want it.  As of now, I dont know how to get into my Express View to use the app.  If i use the Premium app, it wants let me convert it over to Express. Can anyone help me.(P.S. Customer Service for this company is a joke)

This is my first time posting and hope this is the correct section to post regarding A/E. Besides the gradient feature, is there a way to create METALLIC text ?  Secondly, unless I missed it, I want to drop a background into an alphabet frame mockup? When I change the name of the card in the upper left and export it, the name is not kept - just the prior name is used. What step am I missing? Many thanks, Todd

I've made promo material with my own assets in the past and never had an issue with this "update assets" error. In this specific project I only have two assets; one audio and one MP4, I made both of them and I'm a premium member. When it asks to "update assets" I've reuploaded them and/or replaced them multiple times, tried a private browser, signed in and out, and cleared my cache, yet i'm still getting the error. I need this to be resolved asap because its on a scheduled release timeframe.

I mostly work on Instagram reels here, but it keeps getting rejected because many Adobe Stock audio files are higher than 320kbps. Some get through, some don't, and I can't check it or change the audio export setting on here. Would be great if this problem gets fixed!

Would be great if you could generate an image using AI, then drag and drop one of these into the 'style' or 'composition' options
