For some reason, CRTL + V is no longer making a copy of things in the exact same position as it was copied in. I don't know if this is a change or if I'm doing something wrong, but it's kinda frustrating as I found the way it used to work pretty crucial when making edits (I need the copied image be pixel perfect when it comes to location, otherwise it looks off and it takes a lot of time to indiviually fix them when you have to do this with over 2 dozens layers). It basically adds like an extra 30 minutes onto any big editing project I do. (On Desktop website)

Been trying since I found out about Express as a tools, which has been about a week.I've opened a new business account in Instagram, linked in Meta Accounts, and checked Business Connections in facebook, everything is as expected and still Express won't connect it. Thanks for any consideration.

 Adobe Scheduler deletes posts from the schedule after I edit them - posts permanently lost. Quite a niche issue, but there isn't really more to say - what is going on! lost a few posts this way, quite annoying.

How do I search for help in Adobe Express? I wanted to make the background transparent after creating my logo and I can't figure out how to search for help for that option in Adobe Express. 

Quiero hacer un póster para anunciar una exposición fotográfica y lo quiero hacer en formato collage con 17 fotografías. Cuando cargo las fotografías desde mi ordenador tan solo me carga 15 y aaparece un mensaje de error diciendo "algunos elementos superan el límite de tamaño". He reducido las fotografias ha tamaño web y aún así me sigue saliendoel mismo mensaje.

I am trying to save a video file, but get this error, no image is marked with an failed icon so I don't know which on it is, I also have a premium account, so this should not  be happening.    

Hi, I'm using Adobe Express on my iPad and I can't figure out how to add fonts. I need a specific font for my designs, please does someone know how?

 I have a series of paid tiktoks I need to do for Adobe express. But not one feature will work for me. Every thing I open merely shows this screen (attached) and nothing will load. The app ends up crashing every single time. 

I want to design a flyer. I can view templates and other features but when I want to customize templates, click the plus button, or tap my projects, this notification keeps popping up. I have tapped on reload countless times but nothing. It would just start afresh and it would pop again

Hi I am trying to change the font that is used when automatically generating captions on videos in Adobe Express. At the moment the only way I can see to do this is to individually go into each caption in the Editor which is very time consuming. Does anyone know of a way of changing the font throughout the video. Thanks in advance.

I updated my payment method in Adobe for Adobe Express and when I try update for premium it doesn't show the updated card. What can I do?

How do I save as transparent png? So frustrating I've tried everything. What am I missing?

I've made a short (15 second) video (using Adobe Rush) which I have uploaded into Adobe Express. At the end of the video I want to add "LEARN MORE" with those words linked to a website. However, after creating the link and downloading the finished project, then opening the video, the link doesn't work. Ultimately I want to be able to send this video via text, but I can't find any indication  whatsoever that this will ever be possible. Can anyone help?

Hey, ich habe ein Werbe-Banner für eine LED Anzeige an der Seitenbande einer Arena für Sportveranstaltungen in den Abmaßen 4.032 x 80 Pixel erstellt und erhalte immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung bei dem Versuch die MP4 Datei herunterzuladen. Woran kann das liegen? Ist die Datei zu groß? Was kann ich tun? 

Another day, another problem. Now I can't edit a simple 8mb mp4 video. After uploading, I just get a "progress" bar that keeps going back and forth and never stops. I can't save the edits I've made. On the web and iphone versions. 

I've uploaded a photo and it's just showing as white. I removed and tried again, same. I resaved the photo again and uploaded that version, same. It's a screen grab from i movie and I've done this exct same thing a good few times as it's been fine but not today. I've also exited the app and come back in and still nothing. Someone help before I lose my bloody mind!

My son created a project for school a few years ago, using Adobe Express. I'd call it an animated presentation. I'd like to bring it into my account or convert it to a video or whatever might be possible so I can save it for posterity. All I have is the URL, and I can't figure out what to do from there. He's not at the same school, so I don't think he would still have access to the account in which he created it.

Hello??? Why did this button disappear all of a sudden? It used to be visible while selecting any photos which was way more convenient than accessing this button via the menu as that was more of a hassle so that button was a lifesaver but now it's gone 🫵😂

I tried...over and over.  I upload one clip - all is well, I upload two more...I go back to watch all three and now the first one is blurry? I try uploading a fresh version of that blurry one...it's fine, now one of the other two is blurry?I download the video to test it...it must be because I'm on a "live" app and it's just slow internet or something right?Nope. The downloaded movie shows the same.  This was all after trying to "adjust" the brightness, contrast, saturation etc trying to get a uploaded clip to not look faded and soft...which seemed to degrade it as well. Come to find out there may be an issue with HDR and they need to be re-encoded before uploading?I spent over 4 hours tonight - between figuring out that the HDR mp4 sent by my client had to be re encoded and then NOT adjusted in any way in order to not look washed out or go fuzzy, to then trying to figure out why the clips would randomly blur even when I didn't adjust them?I LITERALLY thought I

Fui na Play Store e veio a surpresa, meu Galaxy Tab S9 Fe Plus não era compátivel com o APP e por isso não poderia instala-lo. Adobe, que atraso heim ?

In adobe express mobile app. I remove the background and want to save my image with under 300 KB. But the resize for 'webpage' option makes the image totally blurry. And if I resize it to 1800 x 2400 px the images is downloaded in 3 MB. Too big for what I need. Is it possible to do this in the app? I don't want to open all the images in photoshop and do the 'slide quality from high to low' thing. isn't it possible to do it in the mobile app? help!! 

This is my first try making a newsletter from a template. Everything has gone fine so far until I try to change the contact info at the bottom of the newsletter. There is an editable text box for the phone number and address, but the website and email address don't have text boxes around them. Are they an imprint on the template itself that can't be removed?
