Everytime I try to download my videos, it tells me the file is working on 18 uploads and won't let me download  it until the 18 uploads finish, which never happens.

how do I get to the "animate from audio" tool from the main screen of express? I don't see a link anywhere

Hi. I've been trying to put web pages created with Express online for several days. The first time I use the link they work, then they don't work anymore. Please, Adobe, we as a community are begging you, go back to the old version. This UI on this new version is abysmal. The old mobile version was nearly perfect. It just needed a few extra features and some minor updates. This revamp ruined the whole system. Everyone I know that once used Express is switching to Canva. Listen to a majority of your community and revert back to a few months ago before this update.

Ive been unable to find web obejcts in the Adobe New Captivate product. Where is the Web Object on the Adobe new Captivate roadmap? Is it expected to be added in the next few months?

None of the projects I was working on in Adobe Express are there anymore. When I open "my files" it says it's empty but I can see my projects in my files in Adobe Libraries. When I click "open on web" I get an "Access Denied" pop up that says "Your request to access the resource was denied by the project owner" but I am the owner so I don't understand what it going on? How do I open these files?

Once you have created a website is it possible to use the embed code and host onto another webspace so you can launch under a url name of your choice? Seems to not be able to do it when I upload html embed code onto the space - are there option on how to do this? Thanks

Creative cloud suggests I try Adobe express but the store says not compatible with this tablet. Lightroom and Photoshop and photoshop express all work on my tablet but not express?

I had an older account connected to my student account. Since I am no longer a student, my access became limited. I was still able to create files since I was still paying for the subscription (it was no longer the student price btw after I graduated) so I thought all was well. I had been creating documents for the last few months for a small business I am helping out.This cloud had my senior capstone project, my portfolio, my resume, and the project for the small business. Months and YEARS of work were suddenly deleted without warning. I no longer had access to the student email, so any warnings about deletion was never received. A few months ago, I tried to convert everything to my new account under my personal email instead with a customer representative, and I was basically told to shove it.Does ANYONE know how to retrieve older cloud documents from an account that was deleted without warning? Or at least get it back temporarily in order to retrieve the documents?

Can anyone help - I want my old Adobe back I don't need all these extra features. USERS should have been given preview to see if new Express was suitable. NOW I'm stuck - all my old stuff has disappeared and can't find in new how to do collage using own photo gallery I'm REALLY unhappy 

Is it at all possible to get files back after migration?? I clicked on the check here if you don't see files and nothing happened. Then when I went back the option was gone. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi! We have Adobe for our Army Enterprise for us to use. I. LOVE. IT. I love it SO much, that I think it would be awesome to have them advertised in our Anniversary Book for our Facility that we are going to be putting together. Obviously we're going to be using InDesign to create the book, really most of the Adobe products we'll be utilizing to put it together, and I think it'd be amazing if we can have Adobe in our book to represent the Army as our choice of creative software.  So far I've only found education sponsorship, and NASCAR information. What if we'd like a sponsorship for a history/Anniversary book...? Please help!

I'm having trouble finding the tools -  How do I put color into a text box? How do I move elements forward or backward? So I can put a text box over an element? The tools are there, but they're disabled.  Help 🙂 🙏

Greetings to all who read this, I recently made some changes to an Adobe Express webpage which haven't seemed to save. When I try to update the link to access my edits, it does so. However, none of the changes show. I have tried updating the link of this page several times on three different devices, but the results remain the same. What should I do? Not only did I dedicate hours to working on this project, it counts towards my final grade and is due soon.  Any help or advice is welcome!

Some of our students are getting a "malformed certificate" error message when launching Adobe Express on their Chromebooks. I have no idea how to resolve this - any suggestions?

Hello! I have an education account but have all apps. I used to be able to upload fonts to Adobe Express, but now that feature is missing. Is it because I have an education account? The account is not provided through my university, but I don't know if that changes anything. Thanks!

Hello! I am starting a business and was wondering if it is ok to use a photography business logo template commercially for my photography business as long as I make modifications to the template such as the text, text color, font, font color, and changing the shape of text such as circular as well as other modifications? When I click "start from your content" and open an illustrator file, it opens as a flatterned background image.I want to be able to edit the individual layers. I am a premium member.
