 Hi, I've got a problem with "Adobe Acrobat Sign" form tool. I created a form and there is a dark gray popup / statement - It says that the user filling my form agrees to a Consumer Disclosure. And there is my name (my company name?) there. I created a form for my client and I want to send it to her so that she sends it to her clients to gather data. It is not personal data - just company name and some questions in a survey. Anyway - this is a form that I designed and created for a client and it is hers (she wants to use it in he marketing process) so I would like to hide or change the information below.How can I change or remove this statement / popup? Screenshot attatched:

Hi, I need assistance with an Adobe Acrobat template that opens with Acrobat DC. The form requires several signatures and a separtate date field  for each to be signed/completed through Adobe Acrobat Sign (Signature block not desired). I need the form to be able to autofill the date field when each individual signs the document. Not advance in Java etc. but I might be able to follow some directives. Can you please assist?

Hi, when my clients electronically sign their documents, AdobeSign sends them an email to confirm their signature BEFORE I get the final document. How do I turn this feature OFF?

We have Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams (over 100+ licenses) and I'm looking into using the Adobe Sign for Salesforce integration. Is that available in the Teams package, or is it only for enterprise accounts?

Hello there I have created an adobe sign agreement using a word doc but I need a fixed template using a pdf  that doesnt adjust depend on charter input.  I am trying figure out how can I connect data fields from sharepoint list to a specific field in a pdf document could be accomplished.   Thanks

Hi Adobe Community,Anyone have any thoughts on this issue I'm having in my small business? * When External signatory is emailed and signs, the status does not update in our system, but updates in Adobe . *When Internal signatory signs, the status does not update in our system but updates in Adobe .* Emails are sent from Adobe to External and Internal signatories stating that workflow is complete.* Our system remains stuck in "WAITING FOR EXTERNAL SIGNATURE"* Everything on ADOBE side seems good- what am I missing?  Thanks, J

I sent a page out to 3 different people in my organization for signatures. The first two came back perfect, just the signature, NO blue time/date stamp. The third came back with the blue time/date stamp! All three signatures are on one page (a dissertation page. so how it looks is important). Is there anyway to fix it so that it looks consistent and all three show only the signatures (not the time date stamp)?

Hi    I did etimestamp on my document then send to another party to sign by Adobesign. Once i got the file back my etimestamp disappear only Adobe sign show up.  Any solution please suggess. Thank you 

I removed the Blue Line, Date and Name from my Signature Blocks earlier and now I want to put these back. How can I do that?

I'm a new user to Adobe Sign. In Belgium we have an app called Itsme where you can sign documents legitly. Adobe Sign has the possibility to digitally sign with itsme. However the signing process is broken. I get a 404 when I try to sign with itsme.Will this be solved? Or did I do something wrong?

The PDF document that I received from my customers signature is too small and faint. Is there a way to enlarge it and darken it a bit?

As an administrator, I want access to the list of all documents sent for signature by all users in my company.

Currently - as owner of the document - I got the message "Request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later." The next one in row is unable to sign the document. Terrible. Someone who can support me with a solution?

I am working on a calendar in Adobe Sign where there are checkboxes for each date. I have to manually add each check box and would love to copy and paste multiple check boxes. This option never show up and it takes me forever to complete just one month. Thoughts and suggestions? Thank you.

I've seen more of the same posts and I've read a dozen of them, but none of them answered my question...Trying to 'Request E-signatures' I get the message 'Could not send - You are not authorized to send documents for signature'.https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/adobe-sign-error-message-not-authorized-to-send-documents-for-signature.html tells me to "Have your Account Admin reactivate your Adobe Sign Profile.",  "Have your Account Admin reactivate the ability for your Adobe Sign Profile to send." or "Contact the Adobe Sign Accounting team for more information using the contact.html page."As far as I know I am my own Account Admin and I can't find how to 'reactivate my profile', 'reactivate the ability...' nor 'contact using the contact.html page' (since it doesn't seem to exist).Please help? I thought Adobe Sign was included in my Adobe Creative Cloud license (and if not, please tell me where I can find that information; I've been searching for about an hour now.

Hi, I am trying to create a template in the sign tab, but I cannot find where I can change the template type or who can us the template. I have followed this link:https://helpx.adobe.com/au/sign/using/create-document-template.html#Access but the options to change and not shown on my adobe. 

I'm trying to create a connection from Microsoft Flow. I tried with different accounts, but same result. It opens a new windows to auth the connection, asks for user but after successfully login, it doesnt return a valid oAuth to Microsoft Flow, it does a complete login in the Adobe Acrobat Sign webpage as if I want to do login to use it from the web ...I tried different browsers, cleaned cookies, cache, ....  Please help, I cant use the service

I am very new to adobe acrobat sign, but our organization has decided to pursue and see if it works for us.  What they would like to do, is take several documents, merge into an agreement, send out for signature, where a signature is required on each page.   Then when the agreement is received back, they want to break out the agreement into separate signed documents again.   Is this functionality available?   Or is this defeating the purpose of an agreement?    I'm wondering if each document has to be a separate agreement?
