Good day,When I want to send a document only to myself in Adobe Sign via e-Signature, Adobe Sign gives an error message "You cannot send a document only to yourself for completion."How can I ensure that I can send an Envelope via e-Signature only to myself?One-sided signing is a common occurrence.

Hi Team, We are generating a agreement link using an adobe apis(https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement) and sending the agreement sign link to signers using an email. Once signer opens that document sign url, fills all the required fields and signs an agreement document. After this signer/other paties added in cc will be recieving a copy of completed document which has all data filled by signer and signature of a signer. We observed that, we can copy a content data/signature from that completed document and paste on word document or somewhere else. How we can restict to make not allowing the copy paste content from agreement document generated using API https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement. Is the document generated after completing a signature is editable or non-editable at adobe? Regards,Mahesh

Hi everyone, I must send the document through ADOBE and they arrive in the case of SALESFORCE taking into account the Thread ID. Previously the document and the auditable report arrived separately, now the two files arrive in one, and this requires a rework because we have to separate them later. Do you know if there is a configuration in ADOBE or SALESFORCE so that they arrive separated again? thank you
I think I'm having trouble getting my webhooks to fire. I have setup a generic endpoint which works with my fiddler testing. I am extracting and returning the client id in the header request/response as stated in the documentation.Is there any way to see if my webhooks have fired? Are there any logs I can check?My webhooks fire on all events and my endpoint simply accepts any generic information so I have made it as simple as possible, but it's not firing.Would appreciate any suggestions.
Hi - I am about to tear my hair out as I am trying to send several documents to be signed.I am getting the error:Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed.I have tried to look up ways to solve this and no luck.Can anyone advise please.Thank youGlendaPS - old system much better as you could see which documents were sent to who and be able to easily find them. New system seems to be much less information shown.

Is there a process for merging two signed docs? We have a doc that needs to be signed by 35 people and looks like 25 is the max that Sign can do at one time. Thanks in advance.

I need to send a waiver to the parents of 300 students. I need both parent signatures. How do I do this with the bulk send? I can send the document separately to each parent but I want to send to both with both of their signatures required and the waiver not completed until signed by BOTH parents.
I am trying to use the sign here stamp but it will not let me. It won't even let me click on it. The only stamp I have access to are the dynamics ones. My co-workers don't have this same problem that I do so I don't know how to fix it.
Hello, I am attempting to send a form out for signature. Once that form is signed, I need to share the form with another group in order for them to sign/edit. I understnad the only way for them to have editing access is to enter the permissions password within Adobe. Before doing so I'm testing on my own computer with a seperate email to ensure the process works. However, once I've sent, signed, and downloaded the document, Adobe Acrobat Pro is claiming my password is incorrect. However, I know for a FACT that this password is indeed CORRECT. Losing my mind over here. Someone please help. Is it because I'm doing it all on the same computer? Other info: When I download the signed document and open it within Chrome, the persmissions password works. It's just within Adobe Acrobat Pro when it won't work. Thank you!

I'm not able to save changes made to a template that I've created. It seems that the revisions I make don't save when I'm done and I have tried to log out/in after saving. Adobe doesn't recognize that I've made changes to the fields and even added other fields in the version I save, and reverts back to the old version which is incorrect.
So, I choose only availabe for me. I assumed that meant that only I could see it. Is that accurrate or can anyone in my organization see the templates anyone else creates? It matters as it's private information needed for signatures with different staff that should not be shared. I was hoping since it's the same request each time to make a template but not if it's going to be seen. thank you, D
Hi all- This relates to Acrobat Forms and Sign: I teach a class which is court ordered. That means there are multiple documents that need to be filled out and then signed by each student and then signed by me. Other forms need just the student's signature. Example: Mary has to fill and sign the Agreement form and then I have to counter sign it. Mark has to fill out the same form but it is for just him and me to sign. I would like to send the form to each student in the class for completion and signature. Mary fills out and signs her form. Mark fills out and signs his form, etc. Each is a separate form for a single person. Is there some way for me to distribute one form to 5 people for each to complete, sign and return for my signature? I need the complete pdf back as each document must be filed in the student's masterfile. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Hello, I have recently been added as a licensed user to help the office in sending out contracts that need to be e-signed. However, when requesting an e-signature, it is coming from my personal email account (the one the administrator used to get me my licence) not the business email. Is there a way to have the requests generated from the only other license, which happens to be the business email address and belongs to the administrator? She asked me to sign in using her credentials which I did. I was then asked to remove the license from one of her other devices and this is not something she wants done.

Good day, When I send a contract to the internal approvers and signers and to the supplier approvers and signers. I want internally (for example) the purchasing manager to initial the contract summary and to be able to see the rest of the documents without having to initial or do anything else so that this person only sees the documents and does not have to do anything with them. But I want the supplier to not see the contract summary and only see the rest of the documents (contract + attachments). How can I make documents invisible to external parties? I just don't want a role approver and signer (external) to see the internal documentation.

Hi,We have a platform (developed with php laravel) which will use adobe acrobate sign to send documents to be signed.According to the documentation, we have created a new application and configured for a few scopes and trying to get the authorization code before getting the actual access token. All is going well. we tested the APIs and we got the right answer.My question: How can I retrieve an access token from our base account to send these documents without exposing any type of login UI?Because our application is mainly an external application and I didn't want to add a redirect URL to get the code!Is there a way to get the code without going through the Adobe authentication page? do you have a login API or if I'm not going to use the free version I would have a unique code.Help me, it's urgent.
