Hi, Our client who is an energy company in France has asked us to implement a timestamping functionality where all our PDFs created by our internal PDF builder in PHP are timestamped as to mark that there was no further modification. This is for a new compliance regulation that is to be implemented this summer. A written or digital signature of one's name by an individual, either user or customer, is not needed, just that the PDF be timestamped. We were told that we would like this completed in Adobe Sign - Adobe Sign is the API specifically requested by the client. When I was using the v6 API as a test, I did not come across something involving timestamping functionality, even though UploadTransientDocument and CreateAgreement do involve timestamping files, I'm sure, since they are API calls. But it seems this doesn't have anything specifically to do with timestamping. In my mind, the whole process of what needs to be implemented is - we generate the PDF using HTML
I have an active Acrobat Pro plan, but when trying to create a Adobe Sign app it shows the option disabled.
I have created an Adobe Sign template which is an application form. It will be sent to 3 people in turn for completion/signature. I want to share this with my colleagues as an organisational template, is this possible? I need them to be able to instigate an agreement flow by being able to send out the form for completion.

If I understand it correctly, there are two possibilites of authenticating: At site level and at tenant level.Could you please explain me the difference? Is it because if I want to have more control over the SharePoint Sites on which the Acrobat Sign SharePoint Site can be used I have two choose site level or what is the reason for using site level connection if I can authenticate for every site by using just tenant level connection? 2. If I authenticate at site level against SharePoint Site with my admin user and revoke all permissions to the site from my admin user after everything is set up because confidential data is stored on the site, will the Adobe Sign App stopp working after a while?I have
There is no problem with my Adobe account,but when I log in to Adobe Sign, a loading window appears and I cannot log in.Attach the capture file.
Can someone please help me understand how our users can sign documents on SharePoint? For example, our staff save PDF documents onto SharePoint and then require another person within the company to sign them. This document could be a document generated from a 3rd party program or from a Banking Program, or just Microsoft Word, etc.... When they go into SharePoint, and open the document - it opens in Adobe Cloud, (via the Adobe Toolbar we have installed) but I cannot find anywhere that allows the staff member to insert their signature and sign the document. What am I missing?Thanks for any help.
Hello guys,I'd like to create an agreement via Adobe Sign's API and force it to use a specific workflow (created in Adobe Sign's Workflow Design page). This workflow is fairly simple, 2 users must sign the document for the workflow to be completed.I struggled a bit with Adobe Sign's API, but I eventually ended up making it work for non-workflow based agreements. First, I create a transient document, then I can create an agreement based on this transient PDF document that includes signature fields, I add a recipient's email address, and it works great. But as soon as I start adding a workflow id in my API call (POST to /agreements), I get this error : Error calling POST /agreements: PARTICIPATIONSET_LABEL_MISSING Empty label value for a participation setWhat does this "label value" mean ? I read in the docs that it corresponds to the unique label of a participant set. What is a participant set exactly ? Further in the doc, they say "For custom workflows, label specified in the participa

Bonjour,Nous lancons la signature avec Adobe Sign chez nous et je rencontre un soucis pour les signataires qui souhaiteraient enregistrer leur signature au format image. La case à cocher pour l'enregistrer n'est pas disponible.A mon niveau quand je signe, j'ai bien l'enregistrement qui a été proposé alors que je n'ai pas de licence, juste un compte Adobe pas forcément connecté... J'ai essayé de reproduire cela chez un autre utilisateur et ça ne fonctionne pas.Quel sont les conditions pour l'avoir ? Faut-il avoir un compte Adobe ? Hello, I need to send multiple documents for signature, however when I add 5 documents in one request, the signed documents that are returned to me are in one condensed document rather than the 5 documents I added initially. Is there a way to send only one request to a client and have my 5 documents returned separately? Thank you!
Certain emails assigned as signees display the wrong name. this also happens when I am a signee-- when my own email is put in as a signer, my name auto-fills incorectly and I have to redo EVERY time. How can I change this and how can my other signees change this?
Hi all! I'm looking to bulk send a document for our staff to sign but I also need their manager to countersign the same document. Is it possible to specify multiple signers on a document using the bulk upload feature? I know this is possible in DocuSign, so there must be a way to do this in Adobe Sign.

Hi there,We're trying to combine multiple documents for signing on 1 email for the recipient, but it combines the document into 1. We need the documents to be saved separataely as signed documents - i'm subscribed to Adobe for teams. I've upgraded to this one hoping that the setting would be available. I've seen it mentioned in another post - where there's a tickbox under global settings to toggle this feature - but can't find global settings anywhere - can anyone help?!! Please?!! Alwyn

Hi, I am currently trialling the adobe sign integration with Dynamics 365. It is all working apart from the power automate flow "Update Dynamics Agreement record on agreement state change in Adobe Sign". The flow is setup as per the guides. When the agreement status changes the flow runs correctly. I can see the status update field changing in the flow input but nothing is being updated in Dynamics. Does anyone have any ideas?
