Hi Community, Please share me any easy to follow references to implement ADOBE SIGN API integration in our .Net Core based application.We have documents in .NET CORE application and these documents need to grab the digital signs.Is a developer account sufficient to make use of TRAIL adobe sign api? Or should we use enterprise account only for ADOBE SIGN API integration in our .Net Core application? ** We are planning to use ADOBE sign for multiple clients. We send out agreements with multiple fields to enter data into prior to signing. Our agreement recipients are asking to download a partially filled agreement where the entered values show up in the downloaded pdf (prior to signing). At this time, the form can be downloaded, but it is a blank form. Is there a setting to enable this? The values are being saved in the cloud, it makes no sense why the values do not populate the download. If a download is not possible, is a print (with entered values showing up) possible? Hello, Adobe Acrobat Sign Community: I would like to ask if there are any specific tips for securing documents that contain sensitive data, such as SSNs, bank routing numbers, etc.. I know that there is an option to mask field data so that it is only visible in audit reports, but I want to ask if there are any other specific tips, particularly with templates and workflows partaining to financial information. We would not want any users to have access to the completed documents except for specific groups within our organization, and if possible, we would prefer to save the PDFs to OneDrive directly rather than having them attached to email upon completion of the agreement or sent as a link in Adobe Sign. Does anyone have any tips (perhaps with setting up Power Automate) that would automate this process and make it more secure? Thank you.

Hello, When I send out an envelope for signature, a daily reminder is set. Is there a way to change this setting? It is annoying clients and co-workers to receive these reminders.
We are having issues with our email anti-impersonation policies related to reminder emails sent from Adobe sign and the recipients are not getting them. The initial email requesting a signature is from adobesign@adobesign.com and we are able to receive these but when reminder emails are sent from Adobe sign they are being sent from bounces@mail.na3.adobesign.com (or slight variations of it) but have the users email address that is sending the reminder as the display from in the email. This is very difficult to allow through anti-impersonation rules. Is there any way to make it so the reminder emails come straight from adobesign@adobesign.com just like the initial emails? Anybody else have a work around for this issue? Thanks!
Hi, We are experiencing an issue with Adobe sign using the Microsoft Edge web browser. A user has signed a document but a notification appears asking the user to "Draw your signature on the line." It seems to be an issue when the user draws a continuous signature without lifting the pen from the page. Please see screenshot attached. When the same user signs the document and in the process of doing this makes two seperate pen strokes or uses a longer continous signature then this message does not appear and they can sign the document. -- Stephen
Hi - when I send out pdf for signatures - I get a nice format back from them...signed name with date/time underneath. But my signature is only the electronic display - nothing underneath. How do I get that format? thank you
Hi Community, I am exploring the Adobe eSign integration process. Followed the steps from the offical Acrobat Sign (adobesign.com). I created developer account, I managed to get the code from Authorization Request step.I tried with multiple combinations by passing POST /oauth/v2/token HTTP/1.1 Host: api.na4.adobesign.com Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded code=myCode& client_id=myCliendId& client_secret=myClientSecret& redirect_uri=myRedirectURI& grant_type=authorization_code What I am missing is unable to understand. Can someone help me, I am currently struck with no luck.Thanks!
Hi All, I have a simple customer sign-up template. I will pre-fill the form with customer name and details and the products they have selected In some cases, at point of sign-up a customer will select a higher service level so I need the customer to be able to override the product selection as he signs the form I have the check boxes set as 'Anyone' My workflow is to pre-fill the template and then send to particpant 1 but he is unable to change the selection I have made during pre-fill Can you advise please ?John
Hi, I've created 2 groups in Sign, and asigned different templates.Each group has its own user account with group admin rights. In Power Automate I use 2 different flows to send these 2 documents, this works.But I need to get the documents when they are completely signed. So I created another 2 flows, which should trigger on a successfully completet contract, and selected the scope "any agreement in my group", each trigger uses the correct adobe account for this group. But nothing happens.When I switch to "Any agreement in my account" its working, but I will receive each event in each group. I need to get only the events for my group.Does anybody has some hints what I need to change?Thanks!
How can I change the automation text as it considers the document I am intending to sign is an Agreement. Can I specify if it is a Document or a Voucher instead of Agreement?

I'm trying to password protect some pdfs then use send for signature.I get an unsupported file type error. It's a a pdf. I added the password right in Adobe. Help, please! I bought this so I could easily send things for signatures. Does it not work if you add a password?!Do I need to do something special to send password protected files?
I have a webform created which requires a unique customer numberI have a data set that has all of the customer numbers + attributes that I would like to pull in to the webform to minimize data entry by the customer. I have that in Salesforce but could also place in google sheets, share point or other to access. Is there a way for me to have the customer fill out the customer number and then have the other data points pull from another source? Thank you any tips are appreciated.
Hello, I have created a web form for my website that is password protected. However, when I open the web form on my website, it opens without requiring a password. I have tried opening it after signing out of my adobe account as well, and on different browsers. The issue remains. How do I fix this bug?Thank you!
Is there a published list of IPs/Domains for whitelisting to receive Adobe Sign Documents? We have a very restrictive environment and cannot receive esign documents without whitelisting. Thank You.
Hi, we are using Adobe Sign for Dynamics 365. We recently sent an agreement to a customer where the customer was using a generic email address. The recipient forwarded the email to a colleague and when the colleague opened the agreement to sign it they were prompted to with a further colleages signature, depite never having used Adobe Sign previously themselves. Why was the colleague prompted with another users details? Are signatures cached on some way with the email address? Thanks

Our company uses Adobe Sign to send out contracts. We're thinking it would save time if we could send someone a link to our standard contract where they can sign and start business. Is there a way to make a document public so that anyone can receive the URL and sign?
I sent my pdf out for signatures, but when it came back the signatures that should be on page 3, 4, and 5 are all on the very last page (which is an exhibit page).Why aren't the signatures where they're supposed to be and how do I fix it?Rob
I have a form I use in Adobe Acrobat that I require clients to sign.I have formatted this form with mathematical functions so I can't use adobe sign as my template form (functions don't work).This form has several form fields that I fill in before sending it to the client to sign.When I request e-signatures the form fields default to allow anyone to fill. I do not want clients to be able to fill or change this information. Because I have a lot of fields, it is very annoying having to individually change the cells to "prefill." I only need the client to fill their name and sign. Using ctrl and clicking the other cells does not allow me to change multiple fields at once.Is there a way to allow the default setting on a form to pre-fill before requesting e-singatures, I cant stand how tedious it is to change each field everytime.Had I known this would be an issue, I would have just used excel and then converted it to pdf when signatures were required. Bonjour, mon abonnement adobe acrobat pro comprend les outils PDF et de signature électronique. Le site d'Adobe confirme que j'ai droit à toutes les fonctions. Sauf que quand j'utilise la détection automatique des champs, il me manque des fonctions. Si on regarde cette page https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/sign/using/automatic-field-detection.html, la vidéo montre que 5 possibilités existent dans la fonction "signature fields" / "champs de signature" : signature / signature, digital signature / signature numérique, initials/initiales, signature block/bloc de signature, stamp/tampon. Sauf que ma version ne me donne que 4 possibilités signature / signature, initials/initiales, signature block/bloc de signature, stamp/tampon. Impossible de pouvoir ajouter un champ "signature numérique". Comment faire, car apparemment, adobe m'a configuré une version réduite alors que j'ai droit à la totale. Hi members , I am trying to build an interface which will periodically pick data from a SAAS application and trigger the esign functionality using a middle ware tool . since we already have the api available .The challenge is with the redirect url and how and what should I mention if I am using a middle ware to run this as a periodic job using api calls Since it is an automated job What i undertand is you have to login into aodbe and approve access requets for each call before you get the code . This code is vital for tokens . Can someone throw some light if this can be automated if yes how ? Thanks,Zeba
