Everyone time I send a template to be signed from my iphone mobile app in Adobe Sign it gives an error message saying "the page you are trying to access is not valid" and then I have to redo it and then it works. It consistently makes me do it twice to work.
Hi colleagues!!Does anyone know if it's possible to add a formFields to the default SIGNATURE_BLOCK?Adobe Sign, by default, is generating a SIGANTURE BLOCK with some fields at the end of the last page...I need to enhance the SIGNATURE BLOCK with national ID number for example.....Do you know if it's possible to add the field without to send FormFieldLocation attributes?I'm testing with PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields methodRegardsMariano
Hi I’m a complete beginner and have designed an Adobe form. Then, I uploaded the form to create a reusable template in Adobe Sign. I need to create a field which will have automatic answer based on the answers given to 4 other sub-fields. i.e. if the suppliers have complied to 4 sub-fields, the final remark of the main filed will be ‘complied’ which will be automatically assigned. Suppliers cannot manually enter data into the final remark section. I got a formula for it but it works well in simple Adobe form but it Is not recognised in Adobe Sign reusable template if(this.getField("Compliance").value=="Compliant " && this.getField("Bribery").value=="Compliant " && this.getField("Responsible Sourcing of Materials").value=="Compliant " && this.getField("Audits and Assessments").value=="Compliant ")event.value="Compliant "; else event.value="Non-Compliant "; Any idea why for it to be working in Adobe Form but in Adobe Sign template? We curently use Dropbox and Adobe Sign. If I access the document from dropbox, send for signature with Adobe Sign, at the end of the process I can say where the document should be saved once sent and I can choose a dropbox file. We are lookign to change to Google Drive and can not find the same funactionality. The artical suggest at the end I can 'Change destination folder', but this option is not there. I pulled through the file from the Good Drive in the first place. Please help!
The Adobe Sign feature list says that all versions support "Send, track, and manage directly from your online Box or Google Drive account". Where are the configuration instructions for Google Drive? I see nothing in the help or forums.
Goal: add a formfield (a signature) to an agreement.Steps: 1. Create an agreement 2. Use the id of that agreement to GET the agreement which returns the ETag in its headers 3. Hello. I've sent some ducuments to two clients for signature via Adobe. Both client's are now experiencing the same challenge where they finish completing and signing the document but the "next" arrow keeps apearing. Please assist.
Does Adobe Sign support signing with dutch public eID like DigiD?So can a Belgian company send a document to a company in the Netherlands and can they sign with their DigiD?

Hello all,I have a specific project I have been tasked with. My company needs to create a form of acknowledgment that training has been completed. I will create a hypothetical situation below that shows the need: 5 people come to our facility for training. Once complete, we have a form that essentially says "I have received training for (COMPANY) on this date" with a signature line, an email line, and a few checkboxes. While the form itself is easy to create, the way they must sign it has not been easy to solve. The goal is to pass around an iPad after the training is complete. Once the trainee has filled and signed the form, we will share it with them and ourselves, clear PDF and pass it to the next trainee. The reason this is so problematic is that every solution I can find for Adobe has downsides. For example, sign & fill will not show any of the forms fields, and it retains the previous persons signature (for some reason the "SAVE TO DEVICE" check is ALWAYS defau

Hi!I am trying to connect the Oracle tool Unifier to Adobe sign, however I keep getting an error. "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: use_oauth_v2_apis" Oracle currently is hardcoded to only to use an Oauth url:https://secure.[Shard].echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=[UnifierWebsite]&response_type=code&client_id=[ClientID]&scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account+agreement_read:account+agreement_write:account Is Oauth V2 a new requirement? or has someone seen this issue before? In a multiple signature document, if signer does not want to sign one of the docs, is there an option for this instead of resending the entire doc again?
I am not able to integrate Adboe Sign Add-in to our SharePoint Online (O365) site. I follow the instructions as per the installation guide but nothing happens. No package is installed. I tried calling support but they routed me to this forum to post the question here. Any kind of help/insight is appreciated. I have an Adobe Sign enterprise trial license.

I have been unable to reach anyone from the customer support team for weeks, the support email adress is no longer active and the prompts on the website just keep me in a loop. We have had a number of issues with Adobe including documensts not being received, delay in documents being received and no option to decline or send back documents.
We have 3 user licence for acrobat dc. Esign works fine for 2 and NOT AT ALL for the thirdall our security is the same, all settings in dc are the same, acrobat have been on the phone approx 8 hrs all up and have no clue why it won't work. anybody any ideas? If Adobe have no idea who on earth is supposed to know. Fed up of being out on hold, passed to numerous customer service reps ... a better alternative to Adobe anyone? This has lost my business at least eight hours work paid work not cheap either wasting money and getting very very fed up
Greetings,I have been able to successfully call multiple endpoints such as POST /transientDocuments when using the v5 API of Adobe However, when I use the same app and change v5 to v6, I get the following error, any idea how to resolved this ? (Note that it works with v1/v2/v3/v4/v5) The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation Frederic
I seem to be having a problem using the v6 api when uploading a .docx page to be signed. I cannot seem to find any help documents to help figure this issue out. Can someone help with a possible solution to the following error: We were unable to create your agreement [DEMO USE ONLY] Example Esign For API because we had a problem converting your document file_name.docx to PDF. When looking at the API logging, I do not see anywhere where it would display what the actual error is.
Hello does anyone know if after I have created a document for mutiple signatures, and was sent out for said signatures, can I then still add more signatures to the same document? Or would I need to cancel and start over? THANKS!
Hi, I am up-to-date with my Creative Cloud inc. Adobe Sign. However, I am not able to request a signature. An empty white box appears on the screen every time I request a signature. Re-starting Adobe and even the computer does not help. Any idea?

He intentado descargar un documentos ya completado con las firmas de todos los involucrados, al intentar abrirlo en Adobe me aparece la leyenda "No se puede abrir este documento. Puede que esté dañado o que el tipo de archivo no se admita." y al intentar descargarlo me aparece "El documento no está aún disponible o no tiene páginas para ver" en un recuadro rojo de alerta. Podrían apoyarme con este caso. Muchas gracias.
