Hello. Can someone help me to resolve the below? When I am creating Adobe sign, 10 minutes later the below pops up. Click on "Reload" and all my completed fields empty, has to start all over again. It is very frustrating to do it a few times since client waiting for the documents. Any recommandation please? Or is there a way to retreave or save it during creation? Thank you,
Im creating adobe sign workflow, where should be different attached documents appearing phase by phase if certain checkboxes are true. For example i send doc to be signed to customer, if he/she checks certain button and signs, document comes next to our companys approver. Based on the choices made by customer (checkboxes true/not), there should be certain file attachments with the document. If i send sales document to customer, where is computers and or displays to be sold... and customer checks only display equipment checkbox... and approver gets the signed file, there needs to be document attached explaining how to install the display. overall, i need some automation to deploy different extra file attachments to right customers.
We have two environments one with Dynamics 365 Sales and another with Power Apps Dataverse (model driven). After trying to install the adobe solution on de dataverse only app we receive an installation error. Is the solution also available for Power apps dataverse? The error is about missing entities like Campaign response, marketing OOB entities. This is not a part of dataverse.
I need to send a form to over a 100 recipients at once and need for them to complete and sign the form individually. It seems that Mega Sign can do this using a CSV vile. My question is what plan do you need to have to do this. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC currently. Also, will they be able to view all the recipients? Or will they only see that it was emailed to them. For privacy I don't want others email addresses to be visible. Thanks
Hi all, Please could someone help with the following question:'When using SMS for authorisation on Adobe sign, where will the mobile phone numbers be stored and for how long?' I'm currently setting up Adobe Sign for my organisation, and I'm trying to make sure I have all compliance requirements covered. I've found everything I need for 21 CFR Part 11, where our data centre will be etc. However I can't find any information specific to how these phone numbers are stored. We will be using the SMS method of signtaure authorisation for external users, so I need to make sure we can document clearly where their information will be stored in Adobe's system and for how long. I'm aware the number will be on the agreement for the life of that document, but does Adobe otherwise purge the number as soon as it's used? Any help would be much appreciated!
Good Afternoon, when you are in the adobe sign dashboard (where you can see signed/in progress, etc) does anybody know of a way to copy past all selections, or export that data to excell. the goal is to get a list of all unsigned pages and send to somebody, but theres no way that I know of to do so. We're having an issue when signatures land on top of each other. A user says everything is working fine until they selected "Click to send another document." Now signatures come out as shown in the attachment. The user's rebooted, signed out and back in, but still see the issue. What are our next steps in troubleshooting? Many thanks.
If I send One DOcument to multiple emails for signature, will the document come back to me with all signers in a single document?
Hello everyone,My department uses Adobe Sign to submit digital documents for approval everyday. Its straight forward and I really like how it streamlines the process. For even more efficency, my director is asking if there is an option to send documents with a approve/deny option, where she can review and in one click send back to you as approved or denied. Can anyone let me know if what I am trying to do is possible and the best way to do it. I work in education and we have a policy agreement form that needs to be signed by each student in multiple classes, as well as their instructors. This was done with physical copies in the past. My predecessor would email each instructor a PDF of the document and they would sign that digitally then print out a copy for each student in their class to physically sign and return. I'd like to make this process completely digital. The workflow I'm trying to setup is as follows:1. Distribute form via Adobe Sign to all instructors2. Instructors sign the form digitally.3. Instructors than distribute the signed from to all their students.4. Each individual student signature is recorded and tracked in Adobe Sign. Hi All, I'm one day into Adobe Sign templates and trying to figure out why the values on this picklist value aren't functioning properly. In the image below you can see that the picklist values are populating but with random spaces (ie "Entr ance" instead of "Entrance"). Besides being pretty ugly it also affects other dependent fields which populate prices and other values. They are only populating when the picklist value appears as it should (ie "Europe Insights survey"). I have Acrobat DC which includes individual version of Adobe Sign which is supposed to have a page limit of 100 pages, yet it bounces back saying page limit is 25 pages... Is there a setting to change somewhere ?
I'm an Adobe Sign Admin. I have access to all the account settings, but I'm looking for a PDF that I can share with some non admin team members, that will be deciding what features should be enabled, or disabled. So far, I've had to share my screen with them, in time consuming meetings. I would like them to have a PDF that shows all the options found in the Account Settings (Account Setup, Signature Preferences, Digital Signatures, etc). I do not wish in any way to give them Admin rights. Thank you

I have a PDF that was e-signed and I want to print the document. When I print the e-signature does not print on the page. How do I get the signature to show up when printing the document?
Hi!One of our business benefits for implementing Adobe Sign was to reduce paper consumption. We have been trying to get a basic report on number of pages unprinted due since electronic signature usage. However we cannot generate any data around number of pages in each signed document. i was wondering if anyone has utilised the platform to assist with sustainability reporting in this way, thanks
I have successfully installed the Adobe app to my Dynamic 365 environment. I have question, how do we add and design the template in Dynamic CRM side (place the signature component and any other). I know how to update template while login to Adobe administrative portal and send document to signature. But I’m bit confuse with how we handle with this Dynamic 365?

Looking to pick some brains here. I'm attempting to post a PDF to the transientDocuments endpoint and running into some (probably very basic) issues - wanted to see if anyone else here ran into the same thing. In the RestRequest, I've tried the .AddFile() function and also the .AddFileBytes() function, but both ways gives me a error stating: NO_FILE_CONTENT","message":"Must provide file body" Code in question://request.AddFile(displayName, fileName, "multipart/form-data");//request.AddFileBytes(displayName, System.IO.File.ReadAllBytes(fileName), displayName, "multipart/form-data"); I am including the File-Name and Mime-Type parameters on the request.
