Have been experiencing tons of issues with Adobe Sign, and just noticed something that might be a clue.In Microsoft 365, we've added Adobe Sign to our "Integrated Apps" - but when we do, it shows up in the list as "This is a test do not install" - and that's nothing that we have set of control ourselves. It's as if somehow Adobe is deploying a bogus/test version of the add-in. WTF?

I'm not able to create a sample project in adobe sign in developer consile. I'm gettinb an error like  "contact your system administrator to request access to this service"

I am able to sign into Adobe no problem, but when I go to sign into Adobe Sign I receive a login error and cannot proceed to any of my files. This is preventing me from moving forward with multiple hires, and is very concerning. Does anyone have some advice or plan of action?  Thanks, 

Hi all, I would like to ask with the transaction-based license in Business account (i think the assistant said around AUD $4.5/transaction), we can use Bulk sign feature right?  What's the minimum limit we can buy? 50 or 100?  Also how much is the discount level for this license?  Thank you. 

I have a template that requires 5+ signatures on including myself throughout. When I fill in the participants and want myself to be the signee I have used both the "add myself" option and typed in my phsycial address and no matter which way I enter my account after my appearance the first two times it no longer recognizes my account and syncs the form to show up under the "waiting for you" status under the Manage tab in my adobe sign account, even though I am the next person who needs to sign. I still get the email notification that I need to sign it but it just isn't as handy as logging into my Adobe account and viewing the "waiting for you" status. Is there anyway to fix this or am I entering something wrong? Thanks for any help

That would require login to the Adobe sign to authorize access. Which then generates the code needed for the token service. https://api.adobesign.com/oauth/token Our solution would like to invoke APIs without the process via browser and that requires login to the Adobe sign. Is there a way to acquire that code programatically. That can be send to the token service without the browser interaction and approval process. Hello everyone,I really need your advice.I have a unique letter (attached) and a csv document created with 200 individual rows containing personal data such as: identification data, personal number, address, services provided, value of the contract, etc.My intention is to send via adobe sign each PDF mail merged document to have their personal data+signature as e-sign field, in order to be sign. The document will be emailed to each customer for them to sign their respective copy (which includes all of their individual contract details).The overall contract word document is the same, but their individual values from the csv file are different.I tried to use megasign feature from .csv file however my data into not merge into my PDF.Moreover, the document needs to be signed by the vendor and another separate 3 signature provided by their unique managers.I really don't want to send them all out individually, I would waste a lot of time.Thanks

I have been using a Trail of Adobe Sign for a Client Based in the United States. We were successful in implementing it in the Salesforce Sandbox but we are curious to know if we can manipulate or Change the document before sending it to the Client in Adobe Sign.  Main feature we are looking is Strikethrough.

Hi,We're fairly new to Adobe Sign and notice that all agreements appear to come from the sender (i.e. the person) not the organisation, as shown:Granted, the company logo is there but the organisation name does not appear in any obvious way.Is this just how it is or can I configure it so it says, for example, "Clonard College requests your signature on"?Thanks for any advice.John

I just signed up for Adobe Sign. I'm currently using a program called Airslate but running into some issues with it. Right now i'm using it for onboarding a customer. The way it works is my salesman goes to a link to start the flow by filling out a blank customer form. Once they click submit Airslate then takes the "Customer Email" from the the initial form and sends the application to that email address.  Once they finish all of the filled out forms are emailed to the appropriate people. Is it possible to do somethign like this in Adobe Sign? 

Hello, I am automatically populating an agreement using Power Automate, the document gets fully fills the prefill fields and all the prefill fields are read-only, but Adobe Sign still requires the agreement to be prefilled before it gets sent even though there's nothing to add. Is there a way that I can automatically fill form fields via Power Automate and then have the agreement send immediately? Thank You

I am working on an online account opening system and we will integrate with Adobe sign to allow the applicant to e-sign their documents. My question is, is there a way to set up a workflow in Adobe sign to where the application gets submitted (account is not open yet), the application is in pending mode, the applicant e-signs the docs and then the account is opened. The client does not want an open account before the docs are signed.One more thing. Once the docs are signed and the account is opened, is it possible for the account number that was generated when it opened to populate the signed form?I know i am probably asking for a miracle here. Just need to see what is possible.Thanks

We have a form that our families complete and then once a year they need to do an "update" and sign and date the bottom. Is there a way with Adobe Sign to do this easily? 

Within Adobe Sign, I want to set a digital signature field and send it via email. Under signature fields should be a digital signature option but it is not there. Only signature, initials, and two other options show but not digital signature. If I choose signature my recipient only has the option to type, draw, mobile, and one other option I can't recall but there is no option to sign digitally.

HiI have a teams account.  I send several documents via adobe sign as one document but once they are signed, I want to be able to split them into their individually uploaded files.  How can I do this? 

Using a form field template with drop-down option for Sender (prefill). Any selected option applies to all downloaded documents. I need to be able to select different options for different documents e.g. option1 to document 1, option 3 to doc 2 ..etc.How to do this?

Hi This is down to me and human error but I have twice entered the wrong email address for signors of contracts - for example missing a double L and using one etc.  If you make a mistake in Outlook you will get a delivery failure notice (whether is a domain error or a user name error) but AdobeSign does not seem to detect these and warn users of the delivery failure so I have been using the chase function but am chasing an incoreect email address!  I know I can take greater care and will but is there any way in AdobeSign of detecting whether there are delivery failures when using AdobeSign? Kind regards Pete
